Chapter 4 Zhou Qingyun

"At least, there are no zombies or mutated plants and animals now, right?"

Mutated plants and animals are manageable, but zombies and zombified animals are much harder to deal with.

There are also mutated rats, insects, and the like, which are even more troublesome.

Fortunately, everything has its counterpart; even though there are mutated mice and insects, snakes, birds, cats, and other animals have also mutated.

All animals have natural enemies, and even zombies have superhumans as their nemesis, which is why humanity wasn't wiped out when the apocalypse came.

Even so, after living in the apocalypse for a long time, I still miss the life before the apocalypse.

There are no zombies or mutated plants and animals in this era. Isn't it great to live here?

Chen Suwen frowned. "You're thinking too simply. Don't you know how many restrictions there are in this era?"

It's the 1970s now, and even though it's been 75 years, the college entrance examination will be reinstated in two more years.

However, there are still many limitations.

Relatively speaking, she still prefers the 21st century. Why couldn't she travel to the year after the millennium?

“That’s not something we can control.” Zhou Qingyun smiled and patted her head. “I just never expected that we would become grandparents after we transmigrated.”

Actually, their current age is about the same as their age during the apocalypse, both in their forties.

Before the apocalypse, they were both in their thirties, and ten years after the apocalypse, they were in their forties.

However, after they awakened their superpowers, they did not age; in fact, they looked several years younger. They were in their forties but looked about thirty.

Now that they are in their forties, they look like they are in their early fifties; they have really aged.

When Chen Suwen heard that he was actually of the grandmother generation, her face turned very ugly.

"Wow, I've gotten so old."

Chen Suwen took out a mirror and looked at her face. The wrinkles on her face made her feel like she was having a heart attack.

Ahhh, even when she was working so hard selling snacks at a street stall, she didn't age much.

Perhaps because the pressure of supporting her family is not particularly great, she doesn't have to work as hard as others when she sets up her stall.

They basically all strictly follow the rule of an eight-hour workday when setting up their stalls, and they "clock out" on time as soon as the time is up.

Because she wasn't particularly overworked, she didn't age much.

She sells snacks that produce relatively little oil and smoke, and she is very particular about her face and her body.

But who would have thought that she would become so old after transmigrating?

"I've gotten so old, are you disgusted with me now?" Chen Suwen looked at Zhou Qingyun and questioned him fiercely.

Zhou Qingyun maintained his smile, "How could that be? Haven't I become a decrepit old man too?"

It wasn't just Chen Suwen who aged somewhat; he was almost the same.

He also has wrinkles on his face.

Of course, they are not particularly old, only in their forties, and they don't have many wrinkles, just some around the corners of their eyes.

Even so, Chen Suwen still felt it wouldn't work.

She has to be beautiful; even when she gets old, she has to be a beautiful old lady!

When she was watching videos, she saw a seventy-year-old woman with a great figure and face, and she was very envious.
