A scholar heard this and quietly came to Liang Mo to buy writing brushes, ink, paper and inkstone to copy down the teachers' opinions and quotations.
Liang Mo simply asked the two guards Xue and Zhu for help. They carefully moved all the low tables and chopping boards in the shop into the shop so that they could spread out paper and copy.
He looked at the students sitting around the Liangyi couch, and for some reason, he felt his heart surge.
Suddenly, he heard the sound of horse hooves in the alley. Thinking it was a guest, he hurried out to greet him. However, he was delighted to see that the visitor was Lou Yunchun.
"Brother Lou." He stepped forward to hold Lou Yunchun's horse and said with a smile, "I heard you were back in Beijing, but I haven't seen you back at the bookstore. Are you busy with official duties?"
"Well, I'm busy at the yamen, so I only had time to come here today." Lou Yunchun dismounted, patted him on the shoulder, and said, "You've worked hard these days."
When Liang Mo saw him, he seemed to have found a backbone. "It's not hard. It's what I have to do."
Lou Yunchun glanced at the rice shop and saw that it was closed, so he asked, "Brother, have you returned home?"
"Well, he said the city was not busy, so he went back to his hometown yesterday."
"How's the bookstore doing lately?"
"Both are good. We've published two sets of books, one from the Imperial College and one from Brother Hu. Brother Hu's collection of essays is selling well, so he even reprinted a new collection of 'Elementary Learning'. Mr. Zheyun's collection is also selling well, but a bookstore wants to rent his plates for printing, so I'm a little undecided."
"You can rent it, but you have to follow the rules set by the Ajahn. You can't make changes or revisions. You have to check the cost and not let them inflate the price."
"Okay, then I'll do as you say."
When they arrived at the bookshop, Lou Yunchun heard the sound of quiet conversation coming from inside. He looked at the wooden signs hanging in front of the shop door and the corner gate of the backyard and asked, "Who is in there?"
"Mr. Ji, Mr. Deng, Mr. Yuan, and Mr. Xun who came with Mr. Yuan. Brother Zeng and Brother Hu are also there. The rest are some scholars."
Mr. Xun must be Xun Yan.
As the two were talking, another scholar came to the door. Liang Mo hurried forward to greet him and lead the way.
Lou Yunchun tied the horse under a tree, and then saw the carriage from the mansion enter the alley. Only then did he remember that he had left Yinyin behind.
Yin Yin got out of the car and looked at him aggrievedly while holding the money box. He coughed twice and looked away.
When Yin Yin saw Liang Mo coming out, she pulled him aside and quietly reminded him that his young master was here to steal the letter.
Upon hearing this, Liang Mo went into the shop and handed the letter sent by Xu Jiang directly to Lou Yunchun.
He didn't even need to ask.
Lou Yunchun looked at him approvingly, then stepped into the restaurant.
Yin Yin looked at the two of them stupidly, then glared at Liang Mo and followed him in with a pout.
Liang Mo was completely confused. What was going on?
