Suddenly, a man in black, carrying a knife and wearing a hat, darted out of the alley and blocked her way.
"Hand over the money!"
The thugs looked menacing, which frightened Han Chae-young so much that she kept backing away.
"Brother, please spare me, I have no money."
"No money? Then let me have some fun."
After saying that, the thug grabbed Han Caiying by the neck, put one arm around her neck and held a knife to her back with the other, and dragged her into the alley.
"Help!"
Han Chae-young screamed for help, but the assailant covered her mouth with his hand, saying, "Don't speak. If you scream for help again, I'll stab you to death."
At that very moment, Gu Tingzhou, who had just taken up his post as a police officer, happened to be patrolling nearby.
He was patrolling the area on his bicycle with a flashlight when he heard someone shouting for help. Although the voice wasn't very loud, he heard it.

The man in black immediately turned around, threatening him menacingly, "Who dares to ruin my plans!"
When he saw that it was actually a police officer, he was so frightened that he ran away immediately.
"Don't run!"
Gu Tingzhou quickly gave chase. The assailant ran very fast, so Gu Tingzhou swung his baton and hit the assailant on the head. The assailant immediately fell to the ground, and Gu Tingzhou was able to subdue him.
Gu Tingzhou immediately took out handcuffs and restrained him.
Han Chae-young was terrified until she saw the police subdue the thug, at which point she calmed down.

Before he could finish speaking, he saw the thugs stirring around, pulling out a knife and trying to stab Gu Tingzhou.
"careful!"
She quickly stepped forward and stood in front of Gu Tingzhou. Gu Tingzhou reacted and kicked the thug to the ground.
However, Han Chae-young's arm was still cut open, and blood gushed out.
Are you alright?
Gu Tingzhou felt a little guilty. After all, she had done this to save him.
"I'm fine, you should take the thug to the police station right away." Han Caiying frowned, clutching her wound.
