The brief standoff between Mu Jin and Song Sifan gave everyone a strange feeling that rivals in love would fight each other without mercy.
Mu Jin quickly looked down at the cat, "Is something wrong?"
Cat smiled, her eyes crinkling. She knew Mu Jin was asking if she was injured, and she happily shook her head, "No."
How could she be injured? Even if all of them attacked together, they couldn't touch her.
Mu Jin nodded and looked to the side.
One was a person whose face was covered in blood and who was still shaking violently; the one who had been "killed" but was not yet dead.
The other one is Ai Fenfen, who just led the slander against cats.
There was another one, the man who claimed to be the injured man's brother, sitting on the ground covered in dirt.
Meeting Mu Jin's cold gaze, Ai Fenfen felt a chill run through her from head to toe, a sense of inferiority she had never felt before eroding her.
Mu Jin's gaze was as if he wasn't looking at Ai Fenfen at all, nor at any celebrity or woman, but rather at an ant or a fly; he didn't care about her at all.
Ai Fenfen felt as if she had been pierced by a thousand arrows.
Mu Jin released the cat, saying, "Wait here for me for a while."
The cat nodded, "Mmm."
Mu Jin walked up to the injured person. The people around her tried to stop her, but Mu Jin's aura was so intimidating that they didn't even dare to step forward and involuntarily stepped back.
Mu Jin squatted down in front of the man, lifted his eyelids to look at him, then pinched the man's wrist. After three seconds of silence, he pinched the man's chin and threw a pill into his mouth.
The pill dissolved as soon as it was swallowed, and by the time Mu Jin walked away and someone nearby wanted to check, the person's mouth was empty.
Surprisingly, he stopped shaking after only a few seconds!
Why isn't he moving?
"Could he really be dead?"
At that moment, the person suddenly groaned in pain, "My head hurts so much, please take me to the hospital..."
It seemed he wasn't dead. Everyone was immediately surprised and puzzled. What had that man in black given him to eat?
Mu Jin took the stick from the cat, walked over to another person, and asked him while holding the stick down, "Is he your brother?"
The man looked up at Mu Jin. Although he showed no anger or emotion, he was so scared that his legs cramped. "Yes, he's my brother, my own brother... Ah!"
Before he could finish speaking, Mu Jin swung the stick at his face!
The man fell to the side, spitting out a mouthful of blood and breaking two teeth. "You, you hit me..."
Before he could speak, Mu Jin swung the stick again, hitting him on the other side of his face!
"Ah!" The man fell to the other side, spitting out another mouthful of blood, mixed with three or four teeth.
"Say it again, he's your brother?" Mu Jin asked again.
The man's face was swollen on both sides, his chin and clothes were covered in blood, and he was speaking with a lisp, "Yes, him..."
Mu Jin raised the stick again, seemingly casually, but slammed it hard into the man's face, one blow followed by another.
The man screamed incessantly, his mouth full of bloody blisters, and many teeth were scattered on the ground. His face was almost smashed, and he cried out for mercy, but because his mouth was full of air leaking out, he couldn't speak clearly.
The people around were stunned with fear, and the women even covered their eyes, too afraid to look.
Is this really going to kill someone?
The man who had been beaten was terrified. He rolled around on the ground trying to get away, but it was no use! Finally, he couldn't take it anymore and begged for mercy, "I'm not...his brother...I don't know him..."
Mu Jin stopped, blood still sticking out of the tip of the stick. His voice was indifferent, as if he hadn't been the one who had just hit someone. "Say it again, make it clear."
The man had almost all his teeth missing, and his speech was slurred. He tried his best to say, "I don't know him. We're all just extras. They paid me ten thousand yuan to act like this..."
The people around were all surprised when they heard this. They all worked in this film and television city, but they had never seen anyone being harmed by acting.
Why would he slander a cat?
Isn't this just causing trouble?
"Who told him to do that?"
Mu Jin asked him calmly, "Who made you act this way?"
The extra said, "It's Brother Wang."
Mu Jin: "Where is he?"
The man, clutching his face in excruciating pain, craned his neck and searched around, "He was just there a moment ago..."
At this point, the assistant director of "God's Tribulation" stepped forward and said, "That guy surnamed Wang is an old extra. He is responsible for contacting some extras. We had arranged a thousand extras with him, but when it came time to film, he gave the extras to the crew of "The Long Night"!"
We came to ask them what happened, but as soon as we arrived, they started hitting us!
The person on the other side immediately retorted, "No, you were the ones who started the insults and the physical altercation!"
It's you!
"Stop spouting nonsense! You were the ones who started it!"
Suddenly, a large group of people started arguing again.
Mu Jin frowned slightly and raised the stick.
The person on the ground was so frightened that they scrambled to their feet.
The others immediately stopped talking and ceased their arguing.
Mu Jin kicked the person who was trying to crawl away, saying, "Go check if your brother is dead."
The man dared not disobey, so he crawled over. Before he could even look, the other man yelled at him, "I'm not your brother! I'm not dead, you're the one who's dead! Your whole family is dead!"
The latter looked at Mu Jin tremblingly, "Not dead..."
Judging from his strong and energetic voice, he could live for several more decades.
Suddenly, Mu Jin looked at Ai Fenfen again, "Go and see if she's dead or not."
