Ai Fenfen froze completely, like a statue, unable to move.
When Ai Fenfen met Mu Jin's gaze, she felt confused and lost. She had never seen such a bewildering look before. It was as if in those eyes, there was nothing about her that could be appreciated, and she felt as insignificant as dust.
Mu Jin then said calmly, "Have you ever seen what a dead person looks like? Do you want to see?"
Ai Fenfen felt ice-cold all over.
"Isn't she Ai Fenfen? Aren't she and Jiu Maomao on good terms? Why would you harm her without finding out the truth?"
"Yeah, they used to be in the same group. I just don't understand it. You can eat whatever you want, but how can you say whatever you want?"
"Was she bribed too?"
"The entertainment industry is so chaotic..."
Hearing the whispers behind her back, Ai Fenfen felt as if her heart was being torn apart.
Fortunately, the police and ambulance arrived at that moment, and Ai Fenfen came to her senses and quickly retreated to the back of the crowd.
Paramedics carried the person covered in blood onto a stretcher and took him away, and also helped the person whose face was bruised and mangled into a bloody mess onto the ambulance.
The man felt saved and nervously asked the doctor opposite him, "Doctor, can my face be cured? What about my teeth?"
The doctor looked at him, then suddenly reached out and pinched his face.

"Holy crap, there's still a back molar left. Jin Er is no good, there's still one that slipped through the net."
"It's okay, I'll remove it for you."
As he spoke, the doctor picked up a long, thin pair of forceps, inserted it into his mouth, precisely clamped the tooth, and swiftly pulled it out!
"Wow, now it's all neat and tidy."
After saying that, he flung his hand away and released the man.
The latter writhed in pain on the stretcher, crying, "You...you're not doctors..."
"Yes, that's me." Ye Mingshi straightened his white coat. "Me, a genuine doctor. I look pretty handsome in uniform, don't I? Even the cat didn't recognize me."
This doctor really is Ye Mingshi! The driver is Nan Jue.
"Where are you taking me?" the man asked fearfully. Horrifying images of murder and dumping bodies in the wilderness were already flashing through his mind. He was so scared that he wanted to jump out of the car, but Ye Mingshi stopped him.
"I'll take you to get treatment. Your kind of nonsense needs to be properly treated."
At the film studio, the police took away the suspects, Mu Jin and Maomao.
Song Sifan glanced at the two groups of people who had left, his expression unreadable.
“President Song, right now… Cat isn’t here, so we can’t film today…” the director walked over.
Song Sifan suddenly looked at the director, and the look in her eyes made the latter shudder.
"I asked you to make movies, not to cause trouble. If you can't do it, get out of here now."
The director broke out in a cold sweat. "I really didn't know things would turn out like this today. There won't be a next time, I promise..."
"Get lost." Song Sifan was unusually impatient.
The director quickly turned around and left, taking the entire crew back with him.
Song Sifan looked to the other side. Pei Wu, who had been watching the commotion, was no longer there. He remembered that he had warned him not to mess with his people, but Pei Wu had obviously not listened.
After the crowd dispersed, Ai Fenfen sat in the dressing room, looking at herself in the mirror, her mind a jumbled mess.
Just now, Mu Jin's beating made everyone believe that today's incident was instigated by someone, that Maomao was innocent, and that Mu Jin was the culprit eager to frame Maomao!
And then there's Song Sifan, that's Song Sifan! She's been at Feifan Entertainment for almost a year, and today is the first time she's seen Song Sifan up close like this. He's also protecting the cat.

"Are you questioning me? Who do you think you are, daring to speak to me like that?"
Ai Fenfen stared at Pei Wu in horror, terrified! She had no idea why Pei Wu's expression had suddenly changed!
The hand around her neck felt like an iron clamp, squeezing her neck so tightly it felt like it was about to break!
"Uh..." Ai Fenfen struggled with her hands and feet, but she couldn't budge Pei Wu even a little bit.
Ai Fenfen's face gradually turned red, and her struggles became weaker and weaker. Her mouth was open, and she could no longer breathe.
Suddenly, Pei Wu withdrew his hand.
Ai Fenfen turned and slumped over the dressing table, coughing and gasping for breath. When she finally calmed down, she backed away in terror. "Director, why are you doing this to me? What are you going to do?"
Pei Wu moved closer to her and said disdainfully, "Of course it's because you're useful."
