Chapter 77 It's all your fault for spoiling me.

The cat stroked Mu Jin's slender neck, and just as he was about to urge her again, the cat suddenly lowered her head and bit her hard.

The sweet, fishy taste seeped between their teeth, and the cat quickly let go.

She glanced at the tooth mark, from which a trace of blood seeped. The cat couldn't bear to waste it, so she gently rolled it with the tip of her tongue.

She straightened up and saw Du Mujin clutching his neck, trembling slightly, looking like he was on the verge of exploding but desperately holding back... Cat finally realized something and stopped provoking him. She jumped to another sofa and sat there hugging her knees.

She smacked her lips quietly and whispered, "It's delicious."

Mu Jin took several deep breaths to calm herself down.

He touched the teeth marks on his neck; this was the second time!

However, this time he seemed to have noticed something, and he asked, "Is that all?"

Cat nodded. Ah Jin is a mortal now, how could she dare to eat freely? It would be good enough if she could just taste it.

"Are you full?" Mu Jin asked again.

Cat nodded hesitantly. She felt refreshed and could cast a few more spells without any problem. The key was that she wouldn't lose control because of hunger tonight.

You could tell she was very satisfied.

Mu Jin lowered her eyes slightly, "What's wrong with you?"

The cat shook her head and said, "You're the one who made this up."

Mu Jin frowned. Her pleasant voice was captivating, but her words were unpleasant to hear. "Jiu Maomao, do you even know who I am? You've come looking for me time and time again. Are you really looking for me? Cats are the thing I hate most in this life. When have I ever spoiled you?"

Cat immediately raised her head, looking at Mu Jin with a hint of accusation, "I would never mistake you for anyone else!"

She had spent countless years in hell counting skeletons, and Ah Jin's appearance was before her eyes when she opened them and in her heart when she closed them. How could she possibly mistake her!

In the battle against the immortals, she was nearly destroyed. Every day, Ajin fed her a bowl of fresh blood, which helped her to forge an immortal body.

But Ah Jin's scent became her poison, something she couldn't give up.

"snort."

The cat huffed and puffed, burying her head back into her knees. It wasn't fair! Why did Ah Jin forget her? Even if she had ten mouths, she couldn't explain how many years they had known each other.

Mu Jin got up and walked away.

Cat looked at the empty sofa, feeling a little wronged but also a little guilty. She had asked for too much. Ah Jin had become like this to save her, and she couldn't be so mean to Ah Jin.

From what Ah Jin said, was she being too proactive? But if she didn't take the initiative, Ah Jin would pay even less attention to her.

Lost in thought, a shadow suddenly fell over my eyes.

The cat looked up slightly and saw a pair of straight, long legs, and above that, Mu Jin's cold yet flamboyant face.

A beautiful hand held an exquisite beer mug filled with a scarlet liquid.

Mu Jin's thin lips parted slightly, "It's fresh. Didn't you want to drink this?"

He was really smart; he didn't actually think the cat was just playing a prank by biting him.

Cat looked at Mu Jin in surprise and swallowed hard! Mu Jin's blood has regenerative power for her, drinking it like this... is too extravagant!

"What, do you want more ice?" Mu Jin asked.

Cat quickly took it! She tilted her head back and drank it down, feeling warm all over, as if she had fallen into a warm abyss. Cat said in a daze, "No ice, it's best to drink it while it's hot... Ah Jin, don't keep pouring it into my cup, it's not good for you."

Mu Jin looked at the empty cup.

It seems they understand now; this "irrigation" is not the same as that "habit".

He sat back down on the single sofa.

After a while, the cat perked up and asked him with a smile, "Ah Jin, aren't you afraid? Maybe I'm a vampire!"

Mu Jin casually lifted her eyelids. "Hysteria, pica, infatuation syndrome—vampires don't have as many problems as you."

Cat laughed until her eyes crinkled. "Ah Jin, your diagnosis is not accurate. Cat doesn't fantasize about others, doesn't want to eat others, and doesn't harass others. This is all for you."

Mu Jin sneered, "Thank you for the additional information."

The cat said, "Of course."

Mu Jin kept looking at the cat.

The cat asked curiously, "Ah Jin, why are you staring at me?"

And his eyes looked a bit strange.

As she spoke, the cat felt a warm sensation under her nose. She reached down and touched it, finding her hand covered in blood.

“...Everyone says you shouldn’t force it, it’s too nutritious,” Cat said, her nose was bleeding.

The cat is too big to leave, and even though I'm very reluctant, I have to go!

She ran back to her room, jumped onto her bed and meditated. She never expected that Ah Jin's blood would have such a strong effect on her!

Perhaps because the Flame Heart Lock was crafted with Ah Jin's life's blood, it loosened slightly upon contact with Ah Jin's blood! A wisp of familiar power emanated from her body; though insignificant, it was already a great deal for her as a human now!

She grasped this sliver of power tightly, guiding it through her limbs and bones. After a night, she had actually cleansed her body and marrow!

early morning.

The cat opened her eyes, her clear, bright eyes even more captivating. Suddenly, she jumped out of bed and ran into the bathroom!

A layer of sticky grime covered her body; it was the impurities expelled during the cleansing and marrow-refining process. Cat turned on the shower and washed herself clean, thinking to herself, "Ah Jin is so good to me. This has saved me several years of cultivation!"

After getting dressed, the cat looked in the mirror, but suddenly disappeared! In the blink of an eye, it reappeared in front of the mirror!

She snapped her fingers, and now she could enter and exit her life space!

Just then, Chen Doudou knocked on the door.

The cat ran to open the door for her.

Chen Doudou brought breakfast. "Boss, our work is finished. Do you want to go back, or stay here for a few more days?"

The cat said, "I'll tell you in a bit."

She's going to ask Ah Jin when she's going back!

"Oh." Chen Doudou, who had just finished setting out the food, was so surprised when she went to look at the cat that her glasses almost fell off. "Boss! Why are you suddenly glowing!"

The cat frowned. "What are you yelling about? Am I a light bulb? Giving off light?"

Chen Doudou gently touched the cat's arm, "Look for yourself! You're so white you're practically glowing!"

This skin...

Chen Doudou, whose literary vocabulary was limited, blurted out four words: "delicate and fragile."

Cat looked closely at her arms and noticed they were a bit whiter. She figured it was probably the effect of the cleansing treatment. She said nonchalantly, "It's like this after just one shower."

Chen Doudou turned around and rushed out the door.

Seeing her running so fast, the cat asked, "What's wrong?"

Without turning her head, Chen Doudou said, "I'm going to take a shower!"

Cat: "..."

After dinner, Maomao went to the penthouse suite to find Mujin. There were still some things left over from last night, and Maomao took the initiative to ask them questions.

Of course, she would be more than willing to see Ah Jin!

"Good morning, kitty! I'm so touched that you came to visit me so early." Ye Mingshi greeted him warmly.
