Sunlight streamed through the glass at the hospital entrance, casting dappled shadows on the ground.
The hospital entrance, which should have been quiet, was now noisy due to a conflict.
The man was startled by the cold aura emanating from Lin Yuan. His body trembled slightly, and he almost lost his balance and fell to the ground.
His face turned deathly pale instantly, and his eyes were filled with terror.
Nurses and patients coming and going all looked over.
But soon, he seemed to realize that he couldn't lose face in front of so many people.
And so, he reverted to his arrogant demeanor, his eyes filled with contempt and provocation.
He stood there drunk, his voice thick with the smell of alcohol, and shouted at the quiet hospital entrance, "Who are you? How dare you talk to me like that? I'm in a bad mood today, so don't fucking mess with me!"
The angry voice echoed in the air, making the surrounding air tremble.
Lin Yuan sneered, his eyes full of disdain.
He defiantly put his hands in his pockets, leaned forward slightly, and stared at the other person with eyes as sharp as knives, trying to see right through them.
His lips curled up slightly, revealing a mocking smile.
"Who do you think you are? Daring to bully a woman in a hospital? This is a hospital, not a place for you to run wild!"
The two stood facing each other, the air around them seemed to freeze instantly, and the atmosphere was so tense that it was hard to breathe.
Several nurses and patients passing by stopped and watched from a distance, whispering among themselves.
Some people frowned and observed quietly.
Some people whispered among themselves.
"How can this person be so unreasonable?"
Someone else whispered, "This young man looks pretty good."
Lin Yuan shouted, "If the girl isn't interested, just find someone else. What kind of man are you to keep pestering her? If I don't teach you a lesson today, you'll really think no one in this world can handle you!"
After saying that, he strode forward and stood in front of the woman.
"Don't bully her!"
The woman was pulled behind her and looked at Lin Yuan in surprise.
Her eyes showed panic, but she quickly regained her composure.
When the man saw Lin Yuan blocking his way, he flew into a rage, glaring at Lin Yuan with eyes that almost popped out of their sockets.
He shouted, "Who the hell are you? How dare you meddle in my business?"
Lin Yuan smiled easily, but his tone was extremely serious.
"I'm just someone who helps those in need!"
His voice was so loud it echoed in the air, and an invisible spirit of Lei Feng sustained him.
Upon hearing this, the man immediately exploded, gritting his teeth as he said, "Don't you think you're someone special! Ning Rushuang, have you taken a liking to him?"
Ning Rushuang? Isn't that the doctor?
Upon hearing this, Lin Yuan glanced at the girl behind him.
Wow! It really is true.
Ning Rushuang was already having a headache from this drunkard, and when she met Lin Yuan's eyes, it was like seeing a savior.
She quickly took Lin Yuan's arm, her voice immediately becoming assertive and confident.
"This is my boyfriend, Liu Ming, don't bully him!"
Lin Yuan was startled; he hadn't expected Ning Rushuang to be so direct.
He quickly realized what was happening, smiled slightly, patted Ning Rushuang's shoulder, and comforted her, "Don't be afraid, I'm here. No matter who he is, I will never let you suffer any injustice."
His voice carried a hint of gentleness, as if it were infusing Ning Rushuang with strength.
Lin Yuan continues to shower others with affection.
"baby......"
Upon hearing the word "baby," Liu Ming immediately flew into a rage.
His eyes widened, his face flushed red, and he roared, "You dare pretend to be her boyfriend? I'm going to teach you a lesson today!"
After saying that, he raised his fist and slammed it hard at Lin Yuan.
Lin Yuan narrowed his eyes, his expression turned cold, and he slightly shifted his body to the side, easily dodging the punch.
Raising both fists, she then unleashed a powerful, tiger-like movement, grabbing the man's arms and pulling him sharply.
The man instantly lost his balance.
I was kneeling for two seconds and felt dizzy, seeing stars.
Liu Ming shook his head. "You son of a bitch..."
The man flew over again, then flew out and crashed heavily to the ground, seeing stars.
Liu Ming was thrown to the ground by Lin Yuan's over-the-shoulder throw, wincing in pain.
He struggled to his feet, muttering, "You fucking bastard, don't you dare leave!"
Lin Yuan sneered, crossed his arms, and watched Liu Ming slowly get up.
"Come on, I'm not afraid of you!"
Upon hearing this, Liu Ming was immediately overwhelmed by Lin Yuan's imposing aura.
But he was unwilling to give up and said through gritted teeth, "You wait, I'm calling the police!"
After saying that, he took out his phone and dialed the police.
Her handsome face stared at him speechlessly.
What a scoundrel! I've finally met a real scoundrel today!
While waiting for the police to arrive, Lin Yuan unceremoniously put his arm around Ning Rushuang's waist.
He brought his mouth close to his hair and smiled slightly.
"You owe me a favor for letting me pretend to be your boyfriend."
Ning Rushuang's face flushed instantly. She gently pushed Lin Yuan and said reproachfully, "Don't overthink it. I just don't want to be bothered by him!"
She never expected Lin Yuan to do something like this at this time.
However, it didn't push away at all.
To Liu Ming, it looked like flirting.
He was so angry he was practically fuming, and his blood pressure skyrocketed.
Lin Yuan glanced at him out of the corner of his eye.
He laughed heartily, his eyes full of doting affection.
