Su An appeared behind them unhurriedly, one hand behind his back, his eyes blinking innocently.
"You're really good at spreading rumors. You accuse me of poisoning people, but you have no evidence and you're not using your brain. I have no grudges against anyone, so why would I kill so many people?"
He Wangshi looked around in a panic. Just as she was about to mention the bowl of stinky tofu, she noticed that the waiters' bowls contained the exact same stinky tofu as hers.
The red powder is clearly chili powder!
That damn Su An lied to her! That little slut is so cunning!
He Wangshi's eyes were bloodshot, burning with rage. Her molars were clenched so tightly they were grinding, and her sharp fingernails were pointing at Su An's nose.
"Fine, you did it on purpose..."
With a "slap," Su An coldly slapped her hand away without any politeness, instantly turning He Wangshi's hand red.
That ill-mannered old man, pointing fingers and gossiping as he speaks.
"What? I kindly brought you food, and you didn't appreciate it, but you're even making false accusations. Or are you saying you only eat expensive beef and mutton, and can't eat stinky tofu?"
Su An didn't give He Wangshi a chance to speak. First, he scolded her, then his attitude changed drastically, and he sighed with disappointment in his eyes.
"My family felt sorry for you and made sure you had everything you needed, but this time you really hurt me. How could you think of me like this!"
Then her lips twitched slightly, making it seem to outsiders as if she was about to cry: "I, Su An, believe that I have done right by heaven and earth, but you are the only one who targets me at every turn, just because I am unwilling to marry your ungrateful son?"
Su An took a deep breath and lowered his eyes to hide the cunning in them.
It's not just He Wangshi who can play the victim; people always sympathize with the weak. Rather than confronting her head-on, it's better to fight fire with fire.
This made Madam He so angry that she gasped for breath, trembled all over, and looked like she was about to pass out from exhaustion.
Su An was using all of her words!
"That's right, Boss Su has always been incredibly good to us, everyone can see that!"
"You greedy old woman, shamelessly begging for money from others, and you still can't keep quiet!"
"Your son is an ungrateful wretch; he probably inherited it from you!"
The men were all roughnecks, and they spoke bluntly, one after another, not giving He Wangshi any face at all.
Su An seized the opportunity, and seeing that things were proceeding as she had anticipated, she raised her delicate eyebrows in satisfaction.
"Since you're always thinking I want to harm you and living in constant fear, then you'd better get lost already, or you might scare yourself to death one day!"
Upon hearing this, Madam He turned deathly pale, and her heart pounded wildly.
She cannot be kicked out, otherwise the consequences...
She plopped down on the ground, crying and begging for mercy, refusing to leave no matter what.
"Su An, if you want me to die, just say so. I'll die right here now, you don't need to chase me away!"
After saying that, she threatened to kill herself again.
Even Su An was stunned by her shamelessness and was at a loss for what to do.
"Fine, then you can stay here. Let's see what other tricks you can come up with!"
"You better never let me catch you, or I won't let your son get away with this!"
She hated He Cheng so much that her teeth itched.
How could he be so scum? He learned it from his shameless mother. Like father, like son!
How could the original owner be so stupid as to be deceived by such a scumbag? It's a good thing she didn't marry him, otherwise she would have been devoured without even leaving a bone!
She went to practice calligraphy with Fu Huai, feeling very frustrated, but Fu Huai noticed.
"concentrate."
Fu Huai lightly tapped her hand with a ruler; it didn't hurt, but it startled her.
Su An looked up at him, her eyes red and swollen like a frightened rabbit, which was rather cute.
Fu Huai smiled slightly and asked, "Is something troubling you?"
Su An shook his head, not really wanting to talk about it, but suddenly an idea came to him.
"Young Master Fu, is your Jianyi squatting in the corner right now?" Su An looked around at the corners but didn't find him, so he could only ask Fu Zhun with a smile.
Jian Yi might have extremely high martial arts skills, and he usually appears and disappears without a trace, but suddenly appears to frighten people.
I don't know which corner it was hiding in, but there wasn't a trace of it at all.
Judging from her cunning look, you don't need to guess to know she has a trick up her sleeve.
Fu Zhun paused, raising an eyebrow and asking with a smile, "What's wrong? You've become interested in the corner of the wall?"
"Sigh." Su An subconsciously bit the cap of the brush, and said without hesitation, "It's actually a small matter. I just wanted to borrow him to help keep an eye on that wretched old woman, He Wangshi."
"If she does something under my watch while I'm away, I won't be able to protect myself from it."
"Keeping an eye on her will at least give me some insight!"
"I see." Fu Zhun nodded slightly, almost without hesitation. "It is indeed a small matter, and I can certainly lend it to you."
Su An's eyes lit up immediately, and she gave him a thumbs up, "Truly a beautiful, kind, generous, and classy God of Wealth!"
"Just tell me if there's anything else you'd like to eat, and I'll make sure you're satisfied!"
Fu Zhun stared at her radiant appearance, momentarily lost in thought, a dark, unseen light flashing in his eyes.
"Miss Su, are you afraid of me?"
What kind of nonsensical statement is this?
Su An tilted his head, but quickly realized that Fu Zhun was referring to the matter of dealing with the guards that day.
She quickly waved her hand and said with a confident smile, "How could I be afraid of you! You have your own principles, and besides, I've never seen you harm anyone without reason. You're generous and gentle, you're absolutely a wonderful person!"
"Even if there is a mistake, it is the guard's fault!"
"When you punish bad guys, you're doing a service to the people!"
