Chapter 3 [Magnificent Interstellar Space] Brain Ranch

"StarNet doesn't support bulk commodity trading? No wonder interdimensional merchants are so popular."

Xu Milu floated in the void, following Dada Mathil as they passed through streams of colorful data and plunged into silver walls of light, as if bathing in an endless galaxy.

Finally, she felt a flash before her eyes, and when she opened them again, all she could see was a dreamy pink.

...

...

The sky was pink, the ground was pink, the mountains were pink, the water was pink, and even the ubiquitous alien vegetation was a hazy, smoky pink.

The hills rise and fall, seemingly stretching endlessly, but upon closer inspection, one discovers large, blurry mosaics in the distance.

Triangular plots of land were divided by light, and countless Ace aliens were working within them:

These creatures, which look like human eyeballs, are only the size of a human fist. Beneath their everted eyelids are six pairs of tiny black feet, which at first glance look like large eyeballs with irregular false eyelashes.

But they move incredibly fast, watering, thinning, harvesting, and transporting—each step is precise and orderly, like a machine.

"Dada has brought new friends."

A cluster of red jellyfish floated down from mid-air, looking like a Portuguese man-of-war stretching its body in the seawater, with its umbrella-shaped body a full two meters in diameter.

—This should be Dada's friend Mobaka. Based on the patterns of StarNet translation, the other party should be a Rafa alien.

Xu Milu flapped her wings and greeted the other party with friendliness: "Hello, nice to meet you. I am Xu Milu. This is a beautiful and dreamy ranch."

"Thanks."

Mobaka circled Xu Milu once, then extended a tentacle and nudged her head, as if to complete its greeting:

"I love it! Brain Ranch, it's great, it's fantastic, you can check it out, it's cheap, cheap."

The tentacles gently caressed Xu Milu's forehead, as if a lover were tenderly stroking her with soft hands.

Mobaka's tentacles are not individual strands, but rather they are as light as fluttering ribbons, with a texture similar to red velvet or rose petals, spreading out in full, which shows how happy the owner of the tentacles is.

Xu Milu pieced these fragmented words together and tried to understand them herself:

This is a brain ranch, it's fantastic. You can wander around freely, and if you see something you like, Mobaka can sell it to you at a discount.

She couldn't help but marvel once again at the universe's favoritism towards her.

The aliens are so friendly, just like our fellow Earth folks.
