Chapter 1020 I like to eat

Here, I would like to thank my friends and friends for their generous reception. I would also like to thank the government, Yunluo and An Qingju for their great design, which allowed Yunluo to eat food that foreigners cannot afford in his lifetime. The following 2,000 words are omitted...

With his friend's thoughtful and professional operation, Yunluo basically just followed him, and soon Yunluo and An Qingjue's sumptuous seafood lunch was served.

Two ways to eat lobster: the front is baked with cheese, and the meat from the tail is made into sashimi

A friend recommended that the essence of Australian lobster lies in its sweet meat, and it is best eaten raw. However, Yunluo does not usually eat much seafood, and is affected by the freshness of seafood in China. She was afraid that her stomach would not be able to eat it raw, so she conservatively chose 2 dishes. Later, she found that this was completely unnecessary and wasted the great cheese baked Australian lobster. She regretted it...

The raw lobster tasted so good that it felt like jelly, sweet and chewy. The baked lobster tasted old and dry and I couldn't swallow it. Humans are really strange animals.

In China, people usually eat baked lobsters, which is very delicious, but now people just ignore it. This shows how deeply capitalism corrupts people.

Comparison between Australian prawns and human faces. This picture clearly shows the size of the prawns. They are big, fat and good quality. Sorry, I am a little greedy. Back to the topic, by comparison, an abalone is about the size of 2 abalones, which shows the importance of reference. Although the abalone is big, the taste is average. It was okay at the beginning, but after eating the Australian lobster and prawns, everyone basically stopped eating it.

Salmon: Australian salmon is very fat and sweet, and is relatively cheap compared to other foods. I don’t usually eat much seafood, but this was a feast for me, haha.

Dining environment: indoor and outdoor. There is air conditioning indoors and beautiful views and sunshine outdoors. Isn't this nonsense!

Although this is generally true, the details are still very different from those in China. Although there are many people inside, the order is good and it is very clean. There is no garbage on the ground. The most important thing is: there is no fishy smell! This is a huge contrast with China.

Yunluo walked through the entire fish market and basically didn't smell any fishy smell, which shows how strict and excellent the management is! Compared with the indoors, the outdoor scene is completely different.

Sunshine, sea, bikini… Hey, wake up! Sunshine and sea view are all right, but bikini is gone. Instead, there is another very annoying creature: Australian seagull! With a sharp nose and monkey cheeks, red feet and red beak, plus a pair of shifty eyes, it is the legendary thief bird (hereinafter referred to as thief bird).

The reason why they got their name is not entirely because they look like birds, but because they are really good at stealing food from diners. According to Yunluo's later observation, thieves are widely distributed in Australia. They can be found in almost any place where there are people, which may be the opposite of some countries...

Since Australia has a high level of animal protection, those who abuse or kill animals privately will face a high fine, so the number of thieves has increased. Where there are many people, there is more food, which makes it easier for them to get something for nothing. It is estimated that after a long period of time, thieves have become accustomed to eating human food, which has led to the following two obvious characteristics:

1) Omnivorous, except for seafood. As long as it is edible by humans, they will eat anything, big or small, such as French fries as thick as fingers (there will be photos later to prove it)

2) Strong ability in both individual and team combat. Some thieves are extremely brave and often go in alone to steal food. Other thieves are average in their own strength, but in order to successfully obtain food, they often work in a team. For example, the thieves in the photo first occupied the commanding heights (parasols).

They observe human movements and will immediately swoop down to any table that is not vigilant and sweep away everything. Some thief birds patrol the ground to distract you and take the opportunity to sneak attack you. You are on guard against the upper part but not the lower part. In short, it is hard to guard against them.

Take the table of Yunluo and An Qingjue for example. Due to the advantage of numbers, there were people guarding the east, south, west and north gates. Although thieves birds occasionally fell from the sky, they were all killed by Yunluo and An Qingjue. Just when Yunluo and An Qingjue were enjoying their meal and their friends went to order more food, a group of thieves birds (about 5 to 6) attacked from the sea, land and air.

Although Yunluo tried his best to drive them away, he still lost three large pieces of salmon. The speed of the sneak attack, the high efficiency, and the skilled teamwork really impressed Yunluo. The whole operation should have only taken 1 second, and Yunluo was staring at the table, so he didn't see clearly how one of the successful sneak attacks robbed the three large pieces of salmon into its mouth.

I only remember that with a "tung" sound, three large pieces of salmon disappeared (this was counted later). The salmon was cut very thick, and the capacity of the Evian mouth was at most 2 pieces, and 3 pieces were definitely not possible to fit in at one time. But the well-trained thief bird did it, it was really as fast as lightning, in a flash~

Since Lunapark is right next to it, we will call it Lunaparkview. The feature of this view is that you can see two iconic buildings in Sydney, the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge, and you can get a close look at the Customs Bridge, with its majestic majesty.

In general, the decoration is quite modern and it is very convenient to use. Especially the coffee machine, which produces hot water very quickly. As long as you put cold water in, press the button, and it will be hot water in 1 second at most. It is much faster than boiling water. I have to say that the configuration of foreigners is quite advanced.

Recommended by a friend, we signed up for a fun day trip. As the route was long, Yunluo and An Qingju set out early in the morning. As the air was good in the morning and they wanted to see the scenery of Darling Harbour in the morning, Yunluo and An Qingju decided to walk to the meeting point. There were few people and cars in Sydney in the morning, and the air was fresh.

Yunluo and An Qingjue walked and looked around. The journey that should have taken about 20 minutes took about 40 minutes. Fortunately, Yunluo and An Qingjue had budgeted enough time.

The meeting place was right in front of McDonald's, so Yunluo and An Qingjue had breakfast there. A set meal cost about 6 Australian dollars, including a cheeseburger, a hash brown, and a glass of orange juice. It is not cheap when converted into RMB, but this price is considered affordable in Australia.

The taste is just average, anyway, McDonald's in foreign countries all taste the same, but the strange thing is that the business is not bad. This is due to the superiority of foreigners' "working on time". Usually, meals are not opened until around 10 o'clock, so the only choice is McDonald's, which can be regarded as a time monopoly...

Yunluo and An Qingju were picked up by a new bus. The driver was a human. After a brief communication, we learned that he was the only one responsible for the itinerary today. He was the driver, tour guide, etc. This was different from Europe. Australia allowed drivers to be tour guides part-time, as long as they did not hold the microphone (earphones would be fine) when driving, and drove with one hand.

From this point of view, Australia is indeed quite relaxed. However, this is also hard for people working in the tourism industry. They have to drive and introduce information about scenic spots, which is not just a bunch of rambling. Compared with China, Chinese tour guides abroad are quite dedicated and their introductions are basically in place, allowing tourists to have a general understanding of the scenic spot and related culture before arriving at the scenic spot.

Plus, I often have to drive for a long time, so the fatigue and work intensity are self-evident. But as people say, in the capitalist system, more work means more pay, and if you do more work, you get more salary. So from this point of view, it is fair.

Although there are many travel agencies in Australia, the biggest ones are owned by Chinese. So it is not difficult to understand why they are all one person per car.

Although the money is relatively high, the intensity is very high. According to Yunluo's observation, it usually takes 10 to 12 hours of work a day if the journey is short. Sometimes you also need to pick up the driver at the airport if you are driving long distances, such as from Sydney to Melbourne, or to the Gold Coast.

(This is not the distance from Sihai City to Suzhou. The distance between cities in Australia is mostly over 1,000 km. Driving back and forth is a double test of physical strength and will.) Here, Yunluo expresses his sincere respect to the tourism workers working on the front line.

Most of the drivers and tour guides are from Hong Kong, but there are also quite a few from Sihai. Most of them have lived in Australia for more than 10 years, so they are quite familiar with the local customs and practices of Australia.

After driving for about an hour, Yunluo and An Qingju arrived at the first attraction of the day: the reptile park. It was probably because Yunluo and An Qingju arrived early, so there were relatively few tourists. This was just what they wanted. Yunluo and An Qingju could spend more time feeding kangaroos and watching koalas.

After buying the tickets, the staff will give everyone a bag of food that kangaroos like to eat, something similar to popcorn. After getting the food, Yunluo and An Qingju excitedly came to the kangaroo activity area. To their delight, the kangaroos were not kept in cages, but were released in the park. After Yunluo and An Qingju found two little kangaroos, they started one of the highlights of the day.

As the old saying goes, whoever feeds you is your mother. This saying applies perfectly to Yunluo and An Qingjue, the two protagonists today. At first, Yunluo and An Qingjue were still thinking about how to lure them over to eat, but later they found that it was not a difficult task. They were probably used to being fed, so they just poured the food into their hands.

There is no mistake in the poem, post, content, and read the book on 6, 9, and bar!

Just "show" them a little bit, and the two little guys will jump over to eat immediately, not afraid of strangers at all. It seems that the mother kangaroo did not teach them well that they should not eat strangers' candy casually. This is only in Australia. If they were in China, they would have been "trafficked" long ago if they were so unvigilant.

It's just a joke, let's get back to the point. I guess the two little guys are eating breakfast, no matter how much Yunluo and An Qingjue pour, they will eat it. When Yunluo and An Qingjue pour it in their hands, they will lick their hands, and when it falls on the ground, they will nibble on the grass, showing the desperate spirit of "waste is shameful, saving is a virtue".

While they were devouring their food, Yun Luo observed them. It turned out that kangaroos licked food with their tongues, but the speed was very fast. If you didn't stare at them, it wouldn't be so obvious. Basically, Yun Luo had a hand full of food, and a little kangaroo could eat it all in about 3 seconds. While chewing, his hands felt a little itchy.

Kangaroos are famous for another reason besides their ability to jump: their pockets. In order to observe this feature, Yunluo and An Qingjue raised their hands filled with food slowly, and something interesting happened. The two little guys saw a handful of delicious food slowly rising in front of them, just as Yunluo and An Qingjue had guessed.

Getting farther and farther away from them, they immediately changed their original squatting posture and slowly stood up with the help of Yunluo and An Qingjue's hands. Then Yunluo and An Qingjue focused their sights on their chests - unfortunately, there was nothing!

After feeding for about 20 minutes, Yunluo and An Qingju arrived at the koalas' location. They first saw a few "old and frail" koalas.

Maybe it was because Xiong was old and had seen a lot, so his reaction was slow. He had no reaction to Yunluo and An Qingju's various "provocations", and he didn't even raise his eyelids, simply treating Yunluo and An Qingju as passers-by.

One of them was so mean that it wouldn't let Yunluo and An Qingjue "see each other". When you held up the camera, it would turn its head away. It did this several times. It would just show its fat back to you, which was very disrespectful.

Later, Yunluo had to pretend to leave and hide in the bushes like a tree, and then suddenly rushed out when the bear turned its head, so that he could take the following precious historical frontal photo. Because the front view of the bear was too different from Yunluo's imagination, Yunluo was frightened and shook the camera at the moment of focusing and pressing the shutter, so the picture is not very clear, I hope you will forgive me.

But objectively speaking, it is better to be vague. After all, everyone has seen the painful lessons of the "beauty behind"...

Perhaps because of the poor performance of the old koalas, the zoo was worried about losing tourists. So under the arrangement of the staff, Yunluo and An Qingju came to the place where the koala cubs lived. Considering that the little ones are not experienced and afraid of being frightened, only 2 to 3 tourists can enter at a time, accompanied by staff, and can only touch but not hold.

Queensland is the only state in Australia where koalas can be hugged, so you can’t hug koalas in Sydney. They look cute, but they actually smell pretty strong when you get close to them. I believe most girls won’t hug them.

After entering, the little guy was sleeping and looked like he couldn’t wake up. He was so cute when I looked closely. He was so different from the old guys before. That’s why it’s good to be young and we should cherish our youth.

Chameleons are pretty good. You can play "spot the difference" to see where they hide:) In fact, Yunluo has processed the photos, with close-ups and emphasized areas. If you see them live, it is indeed a matter of training your eyesight. (To be continued...)
