Chapter 959: Love in Mid-Autumn

It is common to see Europeans chatting while eating desserts and drinking coffee, which is quite pleasant. Yunluo thinks this is also a way of life. The culture that Long Yingtai talks about is the lifestyle of ordinary people. Comparing Yunluo and Yan Chenyu with the Germans, Yunluo thinks the cultural differences between the two countries are also very obvious.

wmf, a German tableware store that can be found everywhere in Europe, is a bit expensive -_-, but in Germany you can get a tax refund for 20 Euros. However, if you are not leaving from Germany, you still need to find the German customs to stamp it, which is a bit troublesome. Yunluo and Yan Chenyu didn't buy too many things, so they didn't go for a tax refund.

The first day in Heidelberg was spent wandering around leisurely. The next day Yunluo and Yan Chenyu will go to Brandenberg, the hometown of Mr. Karl Benz, an unusually quiet town, 15 minutes away from Heidelberg by train.

You can buy tickets at the automatic ticket machine or the manual ticket office. There are English labels on them. For specific purchase methods, please refer to the practical guide in the German ticket purchase method. You can buy a day ticket, which is about 13 euros for two people. By the way, this train starts with s, which is different from the real train number you see on the ticket machine.

This kind of short-distance train probably changes frequently. Yunluo and Yan Chenyu were waiting by the side with their tickets. But a train starting with S came and stopped there. As the time was getting closer, they still couldn't find Yunluo and Yan Chenyu's train. But there were fewer and fewer people on the platform, so Yunluo and Yan Chenyu were very anxious.

You can adapt to the situation when the time comes. They don't speak much English and there are few English expressions. You can ask more people when the time comes. They are still very er and go to get a tourist map of this town.

Then you can start your journey. The town is smaller than Heidelberg, so don't worry, you will find it slowly.

If you keep going along this road, you will see the Carl Benz Museum. However, the Mercedes-Benz Museum is only open on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Yunluo and Yan Chenyu went there on Tuesday, so they could only walk around the courtyard... But through the door, you can see countless Mercedes-Benz cars, all kinds of luxury cars from different eras. It is still worth a visit.

This town is quite small, and the tourist attractions are concentrated. No need to rush. Yunluo and Yan Chenyu slowly visited the attractions in the morning, and started walking along the river in the afternoon.

Many bicycle enthusiasts (most of them are elderly people, the young people are probably at work, haha) often ride along the river. Yunluo and Yan Chenyu met many elderly bicycle enthusiasts.

There was also an American couple who saw McDonald's and Haha written on the sign of the school next door. What lovely old people.

Around 4 o'clock in the afternoon, Yunluo and Yan Chenyu decided to go to the market. Their market also had stalls like Yunluo and Yan Chenyu, but they really liked flowers.

There are people selling flowers in every market, and the flowers are all very neat, clean and beautiful, but they don’t speak English... But it doesn’t matter if they don’t speak English, you just have to hand over the money and wait to pay for your meal, haha.

Choosing Augsburg is more interesting. Yunluo and Yan Chenyu originally wanted to go directly to Neuschwanstein Castle from Heidelberg, but found that it was really difficult and a bit expensive to go from Heidelberg to Füssen, so Yunluo and Yan Chenyu chose a transfer point to save money, and inexplicably chose Augsburg (actually Yunluo thought the name sounded good at the time.

Just choose this one), after choosing, when I really started looking for a guide, I found out, it’s over, there is no guide on it! It’s okay, Yunluo and Yan Chenyu are the first to try it, what are they afraid of!

Yunluo and Yan Chenyu set off from Heidelberg at 7:30 pm and arrived in Augsburg around 10 pm. It was only then that they realized, at the train station, that they had forgotten to print out the hotel map!

It was late at night, and she was dragging a big suitcase! So Yunluo and Yan Chenyu came out of the train station and walked to the nearest hotel to ask if they knew where Yunluo and Yan Chenyu's hotel was. Fortunately, Yunluo and Yan Chenyu's hotel was not far from the train station, and the people there were very enthusiastic.

Although Yunluo and Yan Chenyu did not stay at the hotel, the hotel owner was very enthusiastic to tell Yunluo and Yan Chenyu how to get there and even gave them a local map. Under the guidance of the three people's strong sense of direction, Yunluo and Yan Chenyu successfully found the hotel, a 16th-century castle!

But in fact, the interior decoration is just like a fast-food hotel, haha. But Yunluo and Yan Chenyu live in the city center, very close to various attractions.

Mozart Museum. Augsburg is Mozart's hometown, and the history of Mozart is exhibited here. When Yunluo and Yan Chenyu went to this museum, there were only Yunluo and Yan Chenyu! The receptionist was a slightly older woman, very elegant, who helped Yunluo and Yan Chenyu try on the equipment and explained it to them, etc. She was very serious and nice.

Tickets are around 3 Euros. During the explanation, I learned that Mozart himself was a versatile person, talented and wealthy. He had a very good business mind. He contracted many performances for the European royal family at that time, and traveled around the world with his children and wife, performing and making money while traveling. It can be said that he traveled thousands of miles and performed thousands of miles. Haha.

The last one is Fogg’s former residence~~~. Fogg was a wealthy man in his past. Later, his former residence became a place similar to an orphanage. There are still people living there now, but from Yunluo and Yan Chenyu’s observations, most of them are elderly people. Each person has a small apartment on two floors, but the space inside is relatively small. Young and middle-aged people and children were also seen, but very few. It feels a bit like a nursing home?

Augsburg is not a particularly famous tourist city, but it is quite interesting.

One night before leaving, Yunluo and Yan Chenyu decided not to buy food themselves, so they went out to eat and chose a restaurant that served Turkish kebab and sat down.

There were a few young people nearby. I don't know if they had finished eating, but they were chatting loudly. They looked at Yunluo and Yan Chenyu from time to time, and it seemed that they were discussing Yunluo and Yan Chenyu. There weren't many people traveling in this city, and even fewer Chinese. Yunluo and Yan Chenyu didn't see any Chinese faces at all.

So Yunluo and Yan Chenyu are also considered outliers to them? ? Haha. Anyway, after Yunluo and Yan Chenyu finished eating, they discussed whether to give a tip? And how much to give? After thinking about it, they finally gave 2 euros (Yunluo and Yan Chenyu ate 20 euros in total). When they gave the bill, the boss was very surprised.

It seems that Yunluo and Yan Chenyu gave too much. After I came back, I asked a classmate of Yunluo who lived in Austria about tipping. The classmate said that you still have to give, but you don’t have to give so much, about 3% to 6% is enough. After I returned to China, I talked about this issue with a colleague who traveled to many countries.

My colleague also thinks that tipping is not necessary in Europe. Tipping is mainly popular in the United States, which has led Europeans astray. Anyway, if you go out to eat, you can refer to these two statements to weigh them. Yunluo thinks that Yunluo’s statement may be more accurate. 5% seems more reasonable?

There is no mistake in the poem, post, content, and read the book on 6, 9, and bar!

Neuschwanstein Castle is a symbol of Germany, right? It is the prototype of the Disney castle. I was lucky enough to come here and see it.

Yunluo can only say that after seeing the beauty, I still feel that distance creates beauty haha. The castle has gone through hundreds of years and is actually a bit old. From a distance, especially when there are clouds around, it is very beautiful, but up close it is just so-so. Without further ado, here are the pictures and we will discuss how to get there later haha.

The weather was getting colder. Both castles were on the mountain, so the fog was often difficult to dissipate. According to Yunluo and Yan Chenyu's experience, the fog would almost dissipate at around 11 o'clock. When Yunluo and Yan Chenyu left the next day, it was still foggy at 10 o'clock.

To get to Neuschwanstein Castle, you need to go to Füssen first. Füssen is a train station, and you can go directly from Augsburg to Füssen. After you get out of the train station in Füssen, turn right and you will see a bus stop. You can transfer to bus 841 to Neuschwanstein Castle. The address on it is the Old and New Neuschwanstein Castle.

In Füssen, you can use the Bavarian ticket. You can ask the driver to buy the Bavarian ticket after getting on the bus. It costs 29 for two people a day, but it will be a little cheaper if you only take this trip. (To be continued...)
