The day after tomorrow, the 1298th day

This is a giant oil tanker parked on the shore of Quay. An Chuyu's dream is to travel around the world on a cruise ship. Sooner or later, Yunluo will overcome his fear of cruise ships and accompany him to fulfill his dream~ The last picture is of pancakes on the rock. I am drooling just looking at it now~ In fact, Yunluo and An Chuyu ordered a large portion of pancakes.

But Yunluo and An Chuyu wanted chocolate sauce, a lot of brown. The photos are really disgusting. You know. Of course, the taste is excellent~ It was 4pm when we had enough food and drink. For a city that doesn't set until 8pm, it would be a pity to go back to the hotel to rest now.

Let's go to Manly Beach~ Go to the pier to take a boat. This is the first time that Yunluo and An Chuyu use mymulti2 to take a boat. These ferries only require swiping the card when boarding, not when getting off. So, Yunluo and An Chuyu used this mymulti2 to board the ship smoothly. When they came back, they swiped the card at Manly but it showed that the card was invalid.

Yunluo and An Chuyu asked the handsome blond guy, who said that they must use mymulti3 to use manly. Yunluo and An Chuyu were not sure about the division of areas 2 and 3, so they could only say that they used this card to come to manly. The guy smiled, swiped his employee card, and let Yunluo and An Chuyu pass.

Yunluo and An Chuyu quickly went to "happynewyear" haha, is this taking advantage of others? Or is the system faulty? Until now, Yunluo doesn't know whether manlybeach is within the range of mymulti2. The map information in hand has all kinds of opinions. If anyone knows, please leave a message to Yunluo.

I've been troubled for a long time~~~Thank you~~~The last one is a proud work of An Chuyu, a girl on a boat that I took accidentally. What is the true meaning of beach trip? Wearing bikini to go into the water? Or playing beach volleyball? Australians will definitely say noono, the meaning of beach trip is that the family puts on sunscreen and lies on the grass to dry salted fish.

Haha, as a native Chinese, Yunluo still thinks that white skin is more desirable. Although dressed neatly, I also learned to bask in the sun for a while~ When the sun sets, I sit on the ferry all the way west and see the last ray of sunlight shining through the skyscrapers in Sydney CBD. If you are lucky, you can't block it.

When I got back to the hotel at 9pm, I happened to catch the fireworks at Darling Harbour. I quickly set up my tripod and took the above photos. The sky view room saved me the tickets for Sydney Tower. How can I not go to the fish market in Sydney? It's like going to Tokyo, Japan and not going to Tsukiji Market.

Yunluo and Anchuyu, who were impressed by the world's largest fish market, Tsukiji Market, decided to go to Sydney Fish Market to enjoy their food. However, as the seniors said, this place is already crowded with Chinese people. Many stalls have Chinese signs and all the shop assistants are Chinese.

The customers are all Chinese tourists. Of course, this is not the main point. The main point is that the things here are expensive. It is beyond imagination~~ I said while taking a picture. This is a big fish supermarket next to the parking lot. It is said that locals come here to buy seafood, but they are all raw. As a tourist, it is naturally difficult to buy. Yunluo took a walk inside.

Indeed, there seemed to be more locals, and there were almost no group tourists. As tourists, Yunluo and An Chuyu could only go to this crowded seafood supermarket, which had both raw and cooked food, but most of the visitors were tourists. Naturally, there were more people in front of the cooked food stalls. It was almost 11 o'clock and there were not many people here.

So they decided to walk around first. When Yunluo and An Chuyu came back from their round, there were long queues in front of each stall, and there was no place to sit even on the lawn outside. Yunluo and An Chuyu were not satisfied with this place, mainly because of the price. The food Yunluo and An Chuyu bought in the lower right corner is 6 scallops and 2 shrimp skewers.

Half a lobster cost AUD54, and the taste was very average. An Chuyu was afraid that the price was wrong, so he went back to ask the price of each item. Alas, it is so expensive, you can buy it if you want. When I think of the seafood platter that Yunluo and An Chuyu had on the first day, in such a good environment, eating such delicious food for only AUD130.

An Chuyu expressed strong dissatisfaction! Yunluo was unwilling to associate the poor quality and price here with the number of Chinese tourists. If you don't like the food, you will not be happy. You left here in a bad mood and decided to take the ferry again. This time, the goal was Watson Bay. The unpalatable fish market in the picture above made Yunluo and An Chuyu not eat too much.

So, the first thing I did when I arrived at Watson Bay was to find something to eat. This Doyles is pretty good. It's right on the dock where you just got off the boat. The squid rings are fried very tender. Alas, it can't be that you can only eat cheap and delicious food in places with few Chinese people. The picture above is a big box of squid rings and French fries.

Compared to Manly Beach, it is more suitable for young people, while the latter is more suitable for family outings. Watson Bay is a bar street with loud music. I don't like it, so I just skip it. It doesn't reduce the magnificence of the scenery at all. The small red-roofed houses are built on the cliffs.

Only those who visit in person will be shocked by the scenery here~ It was already past 6pm when we returned to the townhall. It was not dark yet, but all the shops were closed. Yunluo was still not used to the fact that Australian shopping malls closed so early these days. Yunluo preferred to visit scenic spots during the day and go shopping in shopping malls at night.

Does Yunluo have to spend broad daylight shopping in the mall? Humph. But closing the shops is not entirely a bad thing. At least there will be fewer people, so Yunluo and An Chuyu can quietly appreciate the beauty of QVB. The so-called QVB is the most famous shopping mall in Sydney, without a doubt, because it is not just a shopping mall, but more like a cultural relic, a museum.

A building that shows history in every detail. The picture above says ~ This part is an appreciation post, I won’t interrupt you. I will go shopping all day tomorrow ~~~ Good night Sydney ~ Good night qvb.

All-day shopping day. Nothing is particularly cheap in Australia. All luxury goods are not attractive enough due to the exchange rate. However, uggs are really cheap. I bought a lot. I didn’t take many photos during the day of shopping. However, friendly reminder, DFS not far from Circularquay is really Yunluo’s favorite. One-stop shopping~~~Of course, the staff can speak Chinese.

Why come to Australia at the end of the year and why celebrate the New Year here? One of the main reasons is today's New Year's Eve fireworks. Due to the time difference, Sydney is one of the first major cities to enter the New Year. It also has one of the world's top five New Year's Eve fireworks. It can be said that this New Year's Eve fireworks attract the attention of the world.

It also attracts tourists from all over the world. Therefore, as a national event, there are various strategies for watching fireworks several days or even weeks in advance, including where is the best place to watch fireworks, how to reserve seats, etc. Many people even queue up all night to occupy a good seat, just like the place where Mrs. Macquarie's chair is located as written by Yunluo.

It is the best place to watch fireworks. But Yunluo and An Chuyu are ordinary tourists. They can't compete with the media from all over the world, nor are they crazy photography enthusiasts. They are satisfied as long as they can see the fireworks from a good angle. Yunluo and An Chuyu arrived at Circularquay at noon.

Although this is not the best place to watch the fireworks, but look at the huge crowds. You will know how popular this fireworks is. See the picture above! This is when we arrived at noon~ There were already huge crowds. All good places to watch the fireworks have police limiting the number of people, and it says that this place is not the most popular place to watch the fireworks.

But at 3pm, the small green umbrella above was closed. It was all the equipment of Yunluo and An Chuyu. It was tied to the tripod, at least Yunluo would not be exposed to the sun. You know, the temperature today was over 30 degrees, and the sun was very strong. They were all traveling with their families. They brought mats, pillows, stools, and at least a small bench.

Yunluo and An Chuyu could only sit on the ground. But Yunluo was still very grateful, because An Chuyu cleverly tied the small green umbrella to the tripod. At least she didn't have to hold the umbrella. You know, Sydney sunset is around 8 o'clock. Does Yunluo have to hold the umbrella for 7 hours? ? ? It was 1 o'clock in the afternoon, and there were still 11 hours before the fireworks started.

Tears. Nothing happened, even the network was down. The reason might be that there were too many people and the network of the base station was not enough. Basically, I could only make calls, and I couldn't check Weibo or photos at all. Would Yunluo tell you that Yunluo only spent $10 on this T-shirt? Would Yunluo tell you that it was bought from Giordano?

I can't accept the reality that Australians only need 10 dollars to buy a short-sleeved shirt, while their graduates earn 40,000 to 50,000 dollars a year. I borrowed the Australian flag from a Japanese girl and posed for a photo. In fact, tourists from all countries are basically friendly, as long as you don't invade the territory occupied by others with blankets and floor mats. It's 6 o'clock in the afternoon and I'm really getting restless.

The consequence of doing it on the hard marble floor for more than 10 hours was that Yunluo and An Chuyu both felt pain in their buttocks the next day and couldn't sit still. Look at the picture, there are people everywhere. It was finally dark, and now Yunluo couldn't remember how he had survived the day, hurt. Tsk tsk, that's the place where Gao Shuaifu is.

Even the Meriton Hotel on Kent Street where Yunluo could not see the fireworks cost 8,000+ RMB per day. I wonder how much this more upscale hotel where you can watch the fireworks without queuing costs? Yunluo guessed, 20,000+ RMB? ? ? It's all just a guess. Of course, the rich have other ways to play.

For example, they booked a dinner on the shore, which was said to cost AUD 600 per person, or booked a ship to watch the fireworks in the sea, which was said to cost AUD 698 per person. Yunluo and An Chuyu, these poor guys, should just sit on their butts until they are blue. Tears again. This is the only photo of Yunluo and An Chuyu that is relatively presentable.

The reason is that there is no good angle, nor a good position, and there are people holding up their hands in front of the camera lens, hahaha. However, it is enough to feel it~~~ I will download a few photos from the Internet for you to see. I declare in advance that the following photos are all from the Internet. Yunluo just wants you to appreciate them, and there is no other meaning.

Wow, a good angle and a good camera make a difference~~ After the show, I rushed back to the hotel. The sound of police evacuation outside the window continued until after 2 a.m. When I returned to the room, I saw the New Year's chocolates given by the hotel.

The first day at Sydney University is a new beginning, and this should be Yunluo's last day in Australia. No matter how late he came back last night, he still has to struggle to get up today. As mentioned above, Yunluo and An Chuyu couldn't afford to live in Meriton for the last three days, so they moved to North Sydney, right in Milsonspoint.

Although the price is much cheaper than the 8000 RMB per day at Meriton, it is still expensive for Yunluo and An Chuyu. The price of this very ordinary Vibehotel for three days is AUD1550, which is 3000 RMB per day.

The only thing worth recommending is the good location. Lunapark is downstairs. Let's go downstairs and take a look at Lunapark. Luna Park~ The Luna Park in the picture above is actually a children's playground. People bring their children here to play. Yunluo doesn't need to join in the fun. Just check in at the door~ Can you hold up the three faces in the picture above?

There is no mistake in the poem, post, content, and read the book on 6, 9, and bar!

Haha, Lunapark is not only a great place to visit, but also a great place to see the bridge and opera house in North Sydney. Yunluo came here purely to check in. It is said that the house that has not changed for hundreds of years is called Susanna House. Later, when I talked to my friends who have lived in Sydney for many years, they didn't know about this place at all. Haha.

It's all prepared for tourists. When you arrive in Sydney, you must visit the university that Yunluo and An Chuyu rejected three years ago, the University of Sydney. Is it to make yourself feel at ease or to make yourself regret? In fact, people have such different perspectives at different stages of growth, and the things they care about are also so different.

If time could go back, would Yunluo come here to study? I have to say. The University of Sydney is a school that Yunluo feels is so high-end, and the campus is full of scenery. I don't know what this Wesley College teaches. If Yunluo is a graduate student here, will he have the opportunity to take a class here?

Although I don't have the opportunity to study here, it's nice to just sit here and do nothing. If Yunluo had come here to study, he would have stayed after graduation. Would he have worn this outfit to visit his alma mater? Maybe to entertain relatives and friends who came to Sydney for a visit?

Would I also take this photo? The main building of Sydney University If Yunluo's university could be so dreamy, Yunluo would definitely not skip classes and would definitely study hard~~ Before leaving, I must take another look at Sydney and take another photo of Sydney's night view. Maybe I will never come here again in my lifetime. After all, the world is so big, and there are so many landscapes that I have not seen.

No matter how good and unforgettable I think this place is, the chances to visit it again are still very rare. The bridge without fireworks as the background is so quiet~ Good night Sydney, good night Yunluo's dream.

All accommodation was booked on booking.com, and the results were pretty good, although there was a bug after they came back. The Sydney Mantrachatswood Hotel, which Yunluo and An Chuyu had canceled early, still charged Yunluo's credit card. Yunluo and An Chuyu immediately contacted booking.com, and of course they helped Yunluo solve the problem.

However, due to fluctuations in the exchange rates of the Australian dollar and the US dollar against the RMB, the refunded money was only 978USD. Yunluo lost 200 RMB in total. It was infuriating that the accommodation along the way was chosen based on the requirements of economy and comfort. Moreover, the most important thing was that Yunluo and An Chuyu did not book it until the end of October.

The reason is that it was a few days before Sydney's New Year's Eve fireworks show. I booked it 50 days in advance. I wanted a hotel that was closer to the bridge and cheaper, so this was it. I was afraid that it would be inconvenient if I was too far away after watching the fireworks in the middle of the night. The price was really amazing. It was much worse than Hanting Inn and Home Inn in China. After conversion, it was 2,900+ RMB a day. Damn!

But you don't need to worry, the railway operation is really good, there are not many people, the interval between trains is small, and it operates until 3 am on New Year's Eve. You can really book a farther place, Olympic Sports Park is a good choice. ) The following are pictures of some hotels.

There are no photos of the terrible hotel. The above set of pictures are of Whitsundaya Apartments on Hamilton Island. It must be said that a rich island is an island for rich people. This is really not the best hotel on the island. It is just an ordinary apartment. The conditions are so attractive to Yunluo. Alas, a large suite with a large kitchen.

There is a honeymoon feeling everywhere, and the price is not expensive, 263 AUD/day, about 1500 RMB/day, this condition is not bad, and the kitchen is super convenient, as long as you can think of it, there is nothing you can't find. I saved a lot of money on meals, I was secretly proud of it, hahaha. Recommended index: Pegasus Apartment Hotel (Pegasus Apartment Hotel).

This is the Pegasus Apart-Hotel where I stayed for just one night in Melbourne. The kitchen is fully equipped, but unfortunately I didn't use it. It was already afternoon when I arrived in Melbourne. Yun Luo was so hungry that he had no time to buy groceries and cook. He had a delicious hotpot in Chinatown. The conditions of this hotel are average. I recommend Oaks William Apartments.

(oaksonwilliamapartments) The above set of pictures are of Yunluo and An Chuyu coming back from the Great Ocean Road. They chose the Melbourne Oakson William Hotel. The hotel is on the 18th floor. This room faces west and overlooks the whole of West Melbourne. It is a good angle to watch the sunset. The price is really affordable, AUD170/day.

The price is 960 RMB per day. Recommendation Index (Since it is really economical and has a good location, I really want to give it 6 stars) Meriton Serviced Apartments Kent Street Meriton Serviced Apartments Kent Street This is the first hotel Yunluo stayed in Sydney. (To be continued...)
