Lin Yu began to give his parents a heads-up.
First, she intentionally or unintentionally mentioned Yue Qianwen, saying that he was a kind and good-hearted person and that he was successful in his career. Then she revealed some news about her friends' unhappy marriages or tragedies caused by their parents forcing them to get married, so that her parents could be prepared.
He was still struggling with how to take the final step, but luckily, the boy living upstairs from him came out to his family.

“Go home,” he said.
