Chapter 112: Meet Blake Again

"Copy it in pairs."

Cyrus stretched the space in the room and conjured up another bed. Tonks immediately lay down on the bed, and her hair suddenly turned light blue.

"I am so tired."

"Tired? You sat in the bar for an entire afternoon and it cost me 12 Sikkim." Cyrus walked to the door and opened it.

Tonks rolled over, "Where are you going?"

"Go for a walk outside."

"I'm going too!"

"No, you stay and keep an eye on that goblin." Cyrus said, without giving Tonks a chance to refuse, and closed the door. Tonks was so angry that she picked up a pillow and smashed it against the door.

Hogsmeade looked a bit bleak in the evening, the sky began to darken, and the sun seemed to melt the clouds in the distance and dyed them orange. Several Aurors were patrolling, and the Soul Eater was floating around, wanting to pounce on anyone it saw.

Cyrus walked on the streets of Hogsmeade. He had no other purpose, but just wanted to experience the atmosphere of the magical world more personally. He had never seen the village of Hogsmeade since he traveled through time. He also wanted to try those interesting magical snacks.

However, as he walked along, he found that many shops had closed early. Because of the Soul Eater, the business of the entire Hogsmeade was not very prosperous.

Instead of buying any delicious food, Cyrus was targeted by another guy.

A big-boned but skinny black dog rushed up to Cyrus, wagging its tail, and bit his trouser leg with its mouth open.

"Sirius?" Cyrus naturally recognized the identity of the black dog at a glance, but he was very curious about how Sirius recognized him.

He looked around and found that the streets were full of Soul Eaters, so he lowered his head and whispered, "Follow me."

The black dog loosened its jaws and followed behind Cyrus as he walked toward the Three Broomsticks.

The Three Broomsticks was empty except for a curvy woman with a distinctive appearance, who was wiping the glasses. She was a little surprised to see Cyrus and a big black dog come in.

"I thought it was another Soul Eater. Those guys come here twice a day for patrol. There are fewer customers in the bar." Madam Rosmerta put down her glass and complained, "What would you like to drink?"

"Give me a room, two butterbeers, and two ribs, all delivered to the room." Cyrus said softly. He needed a private place to talk.

"The second floor is full of empty rooms, but if you stay here now, you'll inevitably be harassed by soul-eaters." Ms. Rosmerta said, then twisted her waist and walked into the kitchen.

Cyrus took the big black dog upstairs, and after closing the door, the black dog immediately stood up and turned into a down-and-out English gentleman.

"Cyrus!"

"How did you recognize me?" Cyrus simply took off his disguise and turned back to his original appearance.

"The appearance has changed, but the smell hasn't changed." Sirius grinned, revealing his yellow teeth. "I thought you had failed until I saw your wanted poster not long ago. I didn't expect you to sneak into the Ministry of Magic directly. What's going on? Are you here to arrest me?"

Although both of them were prisoners who escaped from Azkaban, they looked completely different.

"Smell? I didn't notice that." Cyrus was very happy that Sirius pointed out the flaw in his transformation. "But you, aren't you having a miserable time?"

"Misery? Anywhere is better than Azkaban." Sirius laughed at himself. "I just hate that the mouse is hiding too well. I'm afraid he decided to hide as soon as he heard the news about me. I can't enter the school with fanfare."

He had been out of prison for almost two months, but he had not seen Peter Pettigrew yet. However, he had recently found a clever fellow and planned to develop him into his assistant.

"You didn't go find Harry?" Cyrus wasn't very interested in Pettigrew. Anyway, punishment would eventually fall on that despicable traitor.

"I...saw him from a distance." Sirius's speech slowed down, and he looked very sad. "He looks exactly like James."

"Really? Then have you ever thought about meeting him?" Cyrus asked.

"I……"

"You can give him a home, Sirius, just like the Potter family adopted you after you left the Black family." Cyrus suggested, "Harry needs a home."

Harry is sometimes reckless, but that doesn't stop him from being a good kid. Cyrus considers Harry and the others as his friends, so he hopes to make up for some of the regrets.

But Sirius hesitated.

He escaped from the prison on the isolated island, but could not escape from the torment in his heart.

"What qualifications do I have? If it weren't for me, he would have a happy family..."

"So now you have a chance to make amends. I think you should have gone to Privet Drive to see that he didn't have a good time with the Dursleys. James Potter didn't leave any good impression on them."

"But he...he..." Sirius opened his mouth, looking extremely timid, "Do you think he will forgive me?"

"Or let's change the question. Do you really think he will blame you?" Cyrus asked back.

"Why not? He should do it. If I hadn't suggested it, maybe they would..." Sirius' face was full of pain.

"Then you underestimate Harry. He is a good boy. He will know who is the real betrayer and who is the murderer of his parents." Cyrus said lightly, "And he will be very happy that he has a real relative, not just a blood relative, but also one who will love him."

Sirius was silent.

At this moment, Ms. Rosmerta knocked on the door.

Cyrus changed back into Dawlish and opened the door a crack.

"Ribs, and butterbeer."

"Thank you, ma'am."

After Cyrus took the food, he closed the door again, put the ribs on the table, and drank the butter beer himself. This wizard drink tasted a bit sweet and mushy, but not greasy, and tasted good.

"Come and eat something first. I guess you've been rummaging through the trash for about two months?"

"Not always rummaging through trash cans." Sirius replied, and sat down to eat silently. It seemed that he felt relieved to bypass the previous topic. He was not afraid of Death Eaters or even the Dark Lord, but when facing James Potter's child, he was full of fear.

But in reality this is just a cowardly escape.

Sirius took a big gulp of butterbeer and swallowed the rib meat stuck in his throat, then looked at Cyrus seriously as if he suddenly remembered something.

"By the way, you have to tell me, what is the successor to the Chamber of Secrets?"
