Chapter 15: Follower

Chapter 15: The Tailor

After the two Defense Against the Dark Arts classes in the morning, Mike started to wander around Hogwarts. He had eaten too much in class and needed to digest the food.

He didn't want to go to Ravenclaw, as Mike had already visited that place. After thinking it over, he decided to go to Gryffindor.

The Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom and the tower where the Gryffindor common room were located were not far apart. After taking a ride on an automatic flight staircase, Mike finally arrived in front of the fat woman's portrait.

Looking at the fat woman combing her hair in the portrait, Mike recalled that the password for the Gryffindor common room seemed to be... "Dragon Scum."

"The password has changed, dear." The fat woman stopped what she was doing and looked at Mike, "Oh, you are a student of Ravenclaw. Handsome little Ravenclaw, what are you doing in Gryffindor?"

The fat woman acted pretentious, and Mike felt very disgusted.

"Look who this is, isn't this our Prince Charming?"

"Yes! It seems that our Prince Charming finally remembered his friend in Gryffindor."

The Weasley brothers just walked over from a distance.

"You came at the right time, George, Fred. I was just about to go in to find you." Mike spread his hands and shrugged, "Also, what's the matter with Prince Charming."

"Don't you know yet? Your deeds in the restaurant that day have spread everywhere." George made an exaggerated expression and said in surprise.

"Poor Cinderella Hermione was blocked by the evil young Malfoy in the restaurant. At the critical moment, her Prince Charming suddenly took action and saved him from the evil young man's hands." Fred held his hands in front of his chest, raised his head and pretended to be very intoxicated and looked at the sky and said.

Mike was speechless. He didn't expect that the restaurant incident would become a story of a hero saving a beauty after being spread. However, looking at the funny looks of the two brothers in front of him, I am afraid that they are the culprits.

The Weasley brothers did not continue to tease Mike. They have a strong control over joking, which is one of the reasons why Mike is willing to make friends with them.

George glanced at the black guy following Mike and said, "By the way, who is this person? Is he your new friend?"

"Yes, this is my new friend, Franklin." Mike shrugged helplessly.

Yes, that's right. Franklin has been following Mike since the Defense Against the Dark Arts class. He doesn't say anything, just follows silently.

Poor Mike, in order not to make the atmosphere too awkward for the two of them to see each other, he talked to him intermittently at the beginning.

But after they walked up several stairs, Franklin still had no intention of leaving, so Mike ignored him.

After several people introduced each other, the Weasley brothers finally opened the door of the Gryffindor lounge for Mike. As soon as he entered, a girl with big wavy hair appeared in front of Mike.

"Mike, how can you enter the Gryffindor common room?" Hermione's reaction was a bit exaggerated. Students from other colleges are generally not allowed to enter the common rooms of the four major colleges, but she immediately realized that her attitude was a bit wrong. "I mean... how did you think of coming to the Gryffindor common room to find me?"

"I was worried about you, Hermione. When I left yesterday, I found that you were not in a good state." Mike lied, "And where are Harry and Ron?"

Hermione curled her lips and said with some disdain: "They are playing wizard chess in the dormitory. I will take you there. I don't know what's fun there. It's a waste of time."

The two of them quickly came to Harry's dormitory under the leadership of Hermione. The door was not closed, and the shouting of the two people inside could be clearly heard in the corridor.

Hermione walked into the dormitory first. Girls can enter and exit the boys' dormitory at will, but it is different in reverse. The boys who try to enter the girls' dormitory have a miserable end.

"Oh my god! Hermione, this is the boys' dormitory! Even if you want to come in, please knock first!" Ron was surprised to see Hermione suddenly break in. He was hiding his pants that he had thrown on the floor when he saw Mike, "Mike! You came to see us? Great, Harry and I are studying wizard chess, do you want to join us?"

Mike and Franklin did not refuse. They were two little wizards from Muggle families and were very curious about wizard chess. After introducing each other to everyone, the four of them gathered in front of the wizard chess.

But Mike looked away after just a few glances. Except that the chess pieces could talk and move by themselves, this was simply a replica of chess. In Mike's eyes, it was really boring.

Hermione was very happy to find that Mike was not interested in wizard chess like her, and began to criticize Harry and Ron again. Franklin looked embarrassed on the side. He was also the person who Hermione said was a toy-loser.

Mike did not agree with Hermione's words, but invited everyone to the restaurant for dinner. He had almost finished shopping, and if he didn't go to the restaurant, he would miss lunch.

As soon as he walked out of the dormitory, Franklin immediately returned to his previous state and followed Mike silently.

Mike strode forward without caring. Harry and others seemed to notice something, but they didn't say anything.

Today's lunch was roast chicken and mashed potatoes, which was obviously very suitable for Harry's appetite. He was seen chewing a chicken leg in each hand with great pleasure. His hands were full of oil and sauce from the chicken legs, and there was a circle of dark brown stuff on his mouth, which was mashed potatoes mixed with roast chicken sauce.

"You should try this, it tastes really good." Harry held out the chicken leg in his hand that he had not chewed yet and said to Mike, "By the way, Mike, Ron and I have an appointment to go see Hagrid together this afternoon. Do you want to come?"

Mike dodged the chicken leg that Harry stretched out, cut a piece of chicken with a knife and fork and stuffed it into his mouth and said, "I'm afraid not, I have something to do in the afternoon."

Before Harry could ask what it was, Hermione interrupted and said, "That's right, Mike is not like you who just think about playing all day. Let's go to the library to read books together in the afternoon." The second half of the sentence was said to Mike.

"Well, I'm afraid that's not possible. Professor Flitwick wants to see me this afternoon." Mike felt that Hermione's attitude towards him was a little strange, so he made up an excuse to evade her.

"Well, then." Hermione was a little disappointed, and poked the chicken on the plate with a fork nonchalantly.

"Can I go with you?" This was Franklin. The child seemed to be dependent on Mike. When he heard that Mike was going to see Flitwick in the afternoon, he asked hurriedly.

Mike was helpless. If he didn't arrange something for Franklin in the afternoon, the child might have to watch him walk into Professor Flitwick's office before he could feel at ease.

"How about this, Franklin, can you do me a favor this afternoon?" Mike came up with a plan in a hurry.

Franklin on the side was as if he was facing a great enemy. He immediately nodded and stood up. It seemed that he was not even going to eat.

"Oh, sit down, Franklin, don't be so anxious, it's just a small matter." Mike hurriedly asked him to sit down, "I think the bottle of drink I drank during class this morning is very good, can you help ask what kind of drink it is?"

Hearing Mike's words, Franklin sat down again, wolfing down the food on the plate, and said in a very vague voice: "Don't worry, I will do it after lunch, and I promise to get it done for you!"

Mike looked at Franklin's back as he finished lunch in a flash and walked towards the Hufflepuff lounge, and couldn't help sighing: "This kid is hopeless."

"But maybe he is a good chess piece." Mike thought.

I typed these two pictures on my mobile phone when I was on the night shift, and there are a lot of typos.

But I have already corrected them, sorry.
