Jiang Hua was happily watching TV when she was interrupted by a phone call. Angrily, she picked up her phone and saw that it was Gu Yiming. Before she could even start yelling at him, Gu Yiming told her to quit her job and become his assistant. Jiang Hua was furious.
"I don't want to resign, and I definitely don't want to be your assistant." Jiang Hua rejected Gu Yiming without even thinking. Dream on! She didn't want to be Gu Yiming's assistant and be bossed around by him.
When Gu Yiming heard Jiang Hua directly reject him, his face darkened instantly. He gritted his teeth and asked again, "Are you sure you don't want to take back what you just said?"
Jiang Hua heard the threatening tone in Gu Yiming's voice, but she was not afraid at all and firmly refused Gu Yiming, "Of course I won't take it back, give up on that idea."
Jiang Hua hung up the phone immediately after speaking. It was one thing for Gu Yiming to interrupt her movie, but he even wanted her to be his assistant. It was infuriating, Jiang Hua thought angrily.
Hearing the dial tone, Gu Yiming was so angry he wanted to slam the phone down. This woman was ungrateful; she rejected him and dared to hang up on him. "Come in here for a moment, I have something to tell you." Gu Yiming called his secretary in from outside the door.
"Go and compile all the information on Qi Yanxu's small companies and give it to me as quickly as possible," Gu Yiming said coldly, sitting in his office chair.
"Yes, I'll take care of it." The secretary didn't dare to look up and quickly left after hearing Gu Yiming's instructions.
Gu Yiming sneered, "You won't resign? I have ways to make you resign."

Gu Yiming nodded. "Okay, you can go out now." After the secretary left the office, Gu Yiming opened the documents she had prepared. The documents were very detailed, containing everything Gu Yiming wanted to know. Gu Yiming nodded in satisfaction, a smile curving his lips, his face revealing a confident air of certainty.
Gu Yiming sneered, "Jiang Hua, my plan is about to begin." Gu Yiming muttered to himself.
"Go and arrange appointments with all the companies that Qi Yanxu is planning to collaborate with, the sooner the better. I need to meet with them one by one." The secretary looked puzzled, but still went to carry out Gu Yiming's instructions.
"I heard that your company wants to cooperate with Qi Yanxu. I wonder if you could do me the favor of turning down your cooperation with them and cooperating with our company instead?" Gu Yiming said to the company representatives whom his secretary had arranged to meet. The company representatives were undoubtedly pleasantly surprised to hear Gu Yiming's words and nodded repeatedly in agreement, saying that it was their honor to cooperate with Gu Yiming.
The matter was resolved quickly and smoothly. Gu Yiming couldn't help but feel smug; his plan was about to succeed.

Watching Jiang Hua's retreating figure, Gu Yiming was somewhat looking forward to seeing her when she found out she had been fired. He was sure she would obediently come back to be his assistant. Gu Yiming stood up, thinking about Jiang Hua, and smiled.
Jiang Hua arrived at the company in no time. She had been resting for the past two days and was getting restless at home. She practically skipped and hopped into the company.
Jiang Hua had been watching movies at home for the past few days and was completely unaware of what was happening outside. So she didn't even know that the company's boss had changed. Jiang Hua walked into her office as usual, only to find someone already there. She paused, then asked, "Who are you? What are you doing in my office?"
The man replied, "You've got the wrong place, this is my office."
Jiang Hua was puzzled, so she went to the office to ask the boss what was going on.
"You've been fired." The boss said this directly to Jiang Hua. Jiang Hua was momentarily stunned. "Why? Why am I being fired? Give me a reason."
The boss sized up Jiang Hua and felt it was a waste to let her go so easily. He looked at Jiang Hua with a lecherous gaze and said, "How about this, you spend one night with me, and I'll reinstate you. You won't have to rely on the Gu family for a living anymore."
Jiang Hua glanced at the boss with disgust. "Accompany you? You don't deserve it." With that, she slapped the boss across the face.
