Time passed quickly while Gu Yiming and Jiang Hua were asleep. In the blink of an eye, it was afternoon. Jiang Hua slowly opened her eyes and saw Gu Yiming beside her.

She complained that he only allowed himself to be angry but not her to have a disagreement with him. She also had a temper. For so many days, Gu Yiming had not given her a kind look, and she had been serving Gu Yiming diligently for so many days, but Gu Yiming had not shown her any appreciation at all.
And now she only made such a small joke with Gu Yiming, and Gu Yiming got angry. He's so petty and not magnanimous at all.
Moreover, it's so unfair that Gu Yiming is allowed to get angry but she's not allowed to resist; it makes no sense at all.
When Gu Yiming heard that Jiang Hua was just joking with him, his expression softened. He then followed Jiang Hua's movements back to the bed and pulled her into his arms, holding her affectionately.
Jiang Hua knew that Gu Yiming had forgiven her, and she was very happy. She then obediently lay in Gu Yiming's arms, fully enjoying the scent that belonged only to him.
The two lay there cozy for a while, and Jiang Hua took the opportunity to explain to Gu Yiming that she and Xu Li were truly innocent and that nothing had happened. Then she recounted the whole story of that night to Gu Yiming again.
Gu Yiming listened patiently as Jiang Hua finished speaking, his smile deepening. Although he knew all of this, he still wanted Jiang Hua to explain, so that he could believe that Jiang Hua cared about him and that was why she was willing to explain.
Seeing Jiang Hua's sincere expression, Gu Yiming knew he couldn't keep up the act any longer and had to give her an explanation, otherwise she might become even more worried. So Gu Yiming expressed that he believed Jiang Hua and forgave her.
Jiang Hua was overjoyed to hear that Gu Yiming was willing to believe her, so she happily kissed Gu Yiming on the lips and then hurriedly left, shyly lowering her head.
Gu Yiming was in a very good mood when he saw Jiang Hua taking the initiative, which was rare for her. It seemed that his move was correct. He gave her a taste of her kindness and then rewarded her with something in return. This was a win-win situation.
Then Gu Yiming seized the opportunity to make a request, saying that although he had forgiven Jiang Hua this time and said he could trust her, he did not want such a thing to happen again, and that there should never be a next time.
Furthermore, Jiang Hua was required to keep his distance from any other women besides himself, not to have any intimate interactions with them, and not to spend time alone with them.

The two made love in bed for a while longer before reluctantly leaving each other and getting off the bed.
After they tidied themselves up, Gu Yiming took Jiang Hua to a restaurant in the city center. Gu Yiming was a regular at this restaurant, and the restaurant manager greeted him warmly as soon as he arrived.
Gu Yiming and Jiang Hua ordered their respective favorite dishes, then signaled to the manager that they didn't need to attend to them, and sent the manager away. Gu Yiming simply wanted to have a meal with Jiang Hua and didn't want to be disturbed by outsiders.
The manager was a shrewd person; he understood Gu Yiming's expression and quickly left. Afterward, Gu Yiming and Jiang Hua began their loving dinner.
After demanding a farewell kiss from Jiang Hua in a domineering manner, Gu Yiming licked his lips with a satisfied look, his eyes filled with ambiguity.
At the entrance, Jiang Hua looked obedient and said shyly in a sweet voice, "Alright, you should go to the company now, or you'll be late. As a CEO, being late all the time will affect your image in the eyes of your employees..."
That's just how she is; when she's shy, she likes to ramble on and on about nonsensical things.
