Just then, my struggling hands touched Jiang Kexin's body. I glanced at her out of the corner of my eye, then turned to look at Zhu Chen and called out softly, "Zhu Chen."
Zhu Chen paused, speechless, when I called her. I tried to look at her with a pitiful expression: "Please let me go, I'll do whatever you say, okay?"
For a moment, Zhu Chen's eyes showed a hint of emotion. I pressed my advantage and said, "You haven't forgotten me, have you?" Seeing Zhu Chen frown slightly, I continued, "Me too, I've never forgotten you."
A tear suddenly welled up in Zhu Chen's eyes. He instinctively turned to wipe it. Just then, I reached for the knife next to Jiang Kexin, gripped the handle tightly with both hands, and stabbed it towards Zhu Chen's neck. I pushed Zhu Chen away with the force of the movement. Zhu Chen clutched the knife, staring at me in disbelief. I stood up and sat down next to Jiang Kexin's corpse: "What? You really think I'm still hung up on you? Why don't you look in the mirror and see what kind of person you are? Do you deserve my lingering affection?"
Zhu Chen angrily rushed towards me, intending to draw his sword. I quickly said, "If you draw your sword now, you will surely die. Why don't you give it a try?"
Zhu Chen was startled by my words and froze on the spot. A strange look suddenly flashed in his eyes. I turned my head in confusion, but before I could turn around, I heard a gunshot.
