The other side.
A long queue formed in front of the city gate of Hebron, and various Hebrew tones were heard one after another.

David simply glanced at it and then said, "These are all the necessary facilities for a city. Hebron is now the capital of the New Hebrew Empire."
"Elisha, do you know what can make a city stronger than these facilities?"
Elisha turned his head and shook it excitedly.
“What really makes a city strong is its order and the hearts of its people.”
“As long as we can unite everyone, there is nothing we can’t accomplish.”
The team stopped in front of the city gate, and the guards immediately lined up nervously to salute.
An old man hurried over and bowed deeply. "Your arrival brings honor to Hebron, Lord David!"
"We have prepared accommodation and a feast..."
David just raised his arms: "No need."
"Take us to the city hall. I need to know about the city's defense deployment, granary reserves, and population registration."
When Elisha heard David's words, he began to mutter, "These things again..."
He didn't understand why David always cared about these boring data first instead of the magnificent palace or majestic ceremony.
