Along the way, all kinds of ingeniously designed mechanisms and traps hidden in the dark seemed to have touched sensitive nerves and were triggered one after another.
Suddenly, hidden weapons flew, poisonous mist filled the air, spikes appeared... all kinds of dangers ensued. But for Su Yan, a battle-hardened and exceptionally powerful man, these seemingly terrifying traps were mere tricks. Even if he stood still, these traps wouldn't pose the slightest threat.
At this moment, suddenly, a deafening roar was heard.
Then, everyone watched in amazement as a massive iron hammer, as huge as a small mountain, roared down from the sky with overwhelming force. The hammer, engulfed in an unparalleled gust of wind, smashed down on Su Yan's body with the force of a thunderbolt.
Yet, facing this fierce and ferocious attack, Su Yan didn't even blink. His figure, as steady as a mountain, stood still, radiating an invisible pressure that seemed unshakable.
The moment the massive hammer made contact with Su Yan's body, a startling scene occurred—the hammer, as if struck by an impenetrable wall, abruptly stopped in mid-air, unable to move forward even a fraction. Su Yan then gently shook his head, as if the blow were a piece of cake for him. Then, with a flick of his arm, he casually tossed the heavy hammer back into the distance, as if it were trash.
But before Su Yan could breathe a sigh of relief, he suddenly heard a movement from the ground. A pair of pale, bony hands burst out of the earth and, with lightning speed, grasped Su Yan's feet. Su Yan glanced down indifferently at the sight, then exerted force. With a crisp snapping sound, the bony hands instantly broke into several pieces.
Despite facing repeated attacks, Su Yan remained calm and composed, his steps firm and steady as he continued forward without hesitation. At this moment, his expression grew increasingly serious, and he dared not slack off or pause for even a moment. He knew full well that in this area fraught with unknown dangers, the slightest misstep could lead to irretrievable destruction.
Shalltear crossed her arms, pouted, and looked at Su Yan with discontent. She had never imagined that this guy would march forward so directly, as if there were no obstacles before him. Moreover, from beginning to end, Su Yan remained extremely calm and composed, without the slightest hesitation or concern. This made Shalltear, who always thought highly of herself, feel a strong sense of defeat.
However, she reconsidered, remembering that Su Yan was now a god, possessing abilities and powers beyond ordinary human imagination. For such a being, breaking through the obstacles she had set might not be a difficult task. Shalltear felt a little more at ease with this thought, but she also realized that if even a god could easily break through her trap, wouldn't that mean she was invincible?
Thinking of this, Shalltear nodded softly, muttering to herself, "Hmm...it seems my design is quite reasonable!" Meanwhile, Su Yan continued to walk forward at a leisurely pace, his sharp eyes scanning the surroundings. Suddenly, a thick black mist surged in like a tide, instantly enveloping the entire space and blurring everyone's vision.
Anyone else would have been bewildered and lost in the black fog. But for Su Yan, this little trick was no problem. His eyes shone with a strange light, effortlessly piercing through the thick fog and taking in the surrounding scene. Then, his gaze fell on the ground beneath his feet.
A horrifying scene unfolded—pale, bony hands rapidly emerged from the ground like mushrooms after a rain, their claws bared, reaching toward the air, attempting to grab anyone who passed by. Faced with this sudden, terrifying scene, Su Yan simply smiled, showing no fear. He knew these so-called threats were nothing to him.
Unexpectedly, however, these skeletal hands didn't stop their strange movements, continuing to climb out from the ground. Immediately afterwards, a flood of white-boned, hideous-looking skeleton monsters emerged, the sheer number of them simply staggering! With stiff, mechanical steps, they in unison approached Su Yan's position.
Faced with this scene, Su Yan showed no sign of panic. Instead, he nodded slightly, expressing a certain degree of curiosity and interest in these suddenly appearing skeletons. After all, this was a mysterious tomb, filled with a wealth of corpses. If one could cleverly utilize this unique advantage and transform these skeletons into a powerful fighting force, it would undoubtedly be a brilliant idea.
In the blink of an eye, Su Yan was surrounded, completely overwhelmed by a dense mass of skeletons. These skeletons clutched a variety of battered weapons, mercilessly swinging down at him. Su Yan tried to dodge, but was shocked to find he was surrounded by skeletons, with nowhere to hide. Even if he had the chance, he didn't seem to want to. When the skeletons' battered weapons slammed down on him, there was a crisp "crack," and those seemingly powerful weapons instantly shattered, turning into debris on the ground.
