Aunt Shi panicked and quickly rushed forward to cover Lu Mingming's mouth, leading the group into the nearby staff rest room.
The entire road was filled with tourists who had changed into Blue Star travel clothes; their casual attire was far too conspicuous.
"You mean you're going to rebel?!"
Once inside the room, Aunt Shi suddenly raised her voice.
It wasn't fear, but rather excitement.
"How can this be considered a rebellion? I was originally the heir to the alliance."
Oranner suddenly spoke up from the side. Despite his not-so-good temper, he softened his tone somewhat when speaking to what might be his future mother in name only.
"Rest assured, we will absolutely not threaten the development of Blue Star."
"What are you saying?"
Aunt Shi looked at him.
"I'm upset that you don't let us participate in your work, it's so annoying... No, Blue Star has developed to this point, of course we'll help if we can. Don't worry, I'll go find the chief."
Aunt Shi was efficient and quick; a second mechanical carriage soon pulled up in front of the door.
"You're saying you want to rebel?!"
The chief slammed his hand on the table and stood up.
"Aunt Shi, what did you say to the chief?"
Lu Mingming had no choice but to explain it all over again from beginning to end.
"...So we just want to build a hidden base here, it's really not a rebellion."
The chief was visibly disappointed.
"Sure, whatever you want. I'll give you a way to contact whoever you need in advance."
The chief gave verbal assurances.
"Why don't we enjoy the hospitality of Earth today? A lot has changed while you were away."
Lu Mingming turned around to ask for the others' consent.
"sure."
Morian responded gently with an affirmative tone.
"I contacted Yi Fu's agent three days ago, and she promised to come today, so we don't need to rush and can enjoy this pleasant time."
This might be the last time I can relax in two months.
6. Yan echoed Morian's words.
Orannal: "Then let's have some fun first."
As soon as he finished speaking, the chief took Lu Mingming's hand and excitedly led him to the changing room.
"I've thoroughly researched all of these, and I guarantee I'll give you a major overhaul."
Under Aunt Shi's direction, the other four men each chose a suitable outfit and went to different dressing rooms to get ready.
30 minutes passed.
"What do you think?"
Aunt Shi hurriedly pushed Lu Mingming out of the fitting room.
"I haven't even seen what it looks like yet..."
Lu Mingming followed behind Aunt Shi awkwardly. She was not allowed to look in the mirror the whole time, so she had no idea what she looked like.
The three men were already sitting in the living room. Morian was dressed in a scholar's suit, Liu Yan was a free-spirited knight-errant, and Orannal was still best suited to his princely attire.
Upon seeing Lu Mingming appear, everyone fell silent for a moment.
A barrage of intense gazes shot towards her, making Lu Mingming feel waves of heat rising from her face.
She lowered her head to look at the floor-length pink dress, which was another young-looking custom-made outfit that Aunt Shi had matched. The combination of light peach pink and matcha green did not look tacky, but rather added to the girlish and delicate charm.
The playful double buns hang behind the ears and are tied with two hair ribbons, and the bells at the ends ring out with each step the deer takes.
Lu Mingming unconsciously picked up half a bunch of peach blossoms and used it to cover half of her delicate face.
In the distance, she saw Oranner's gaze as intense as a lamp. Lu Mingming suddenly felt a shiver run through her body, her blood rushing to her face and pressing heavily on her heart.
Orannal walked straight over, smiled politely at Lu Mingming as usual, and gently kissed the back of her hand. The other two turned their gazes to the hand that had been kissed.
"The sun seems to be shining a little brighter on you today. May I invite you to join me on a cruise on Earth?"
Since that bunch of ambiguous words, Lu Mingming felt that someone's initiative had suddenly increased a lot. Usually, he would just stay quiet on the sidelines, but today he actually dared to show such abrupt behavior in front of Aunt Shi and the Chief.
Aunt Shi and the chief both cast inquiring and curious glances at Lu Mingming, who couldn't resist averting their gaze.
The two people further outside leaned closer together: "Why don't we go together? We're free anyway."
"If you're free, you can find something to do."
Orannal remained expressionless.
"It seems you've had quite a few interesting things happen to you during this time."
The chief chuckled to himself.
"Let's go see. I'm curious to see who Mingming will choose?"
Lu Mingming glared at the person, half embarrassed and half annoyed, and quickly left the room.
Stepping onto the street—I hadn't looked around carefully before—I realized that the surroundings had undergone tremendous changes.
The roadside was lined with beautifully constructed lanterns and streetlights. The once monotonous street was now filled with small shops that had moved in, all selling products from Lianhe Lanxing. Many of the faces were ones that Lu Mingming had never seen before.
“There are very few native Blue Star people in the area. Most of them choose to become big bosses or stay at home to figure out how to come up with new ideas. We have to keep the emerging trends of Blue Star going so that tourists don’t lose their sense of anticipation.”
Unexpectedly, the people of Earth had a strong business sense when they first opened a shop.
Lu Mingming thought to herself: If she had stayed, perhaps such a big change wouldn't have been achieved.
As you continue walking inside, you'll find that the buildings that previously only existed on paper have all been built into their "complete form" under Aunt Shi's guidance, perfectly replicating the palace that Lu Mingming envisioned.
