Chapter 213 Oranar Cooks

While it may pale in comparison to the historical accumulation of hundreds or thousands of years, it is still a very unique and precious gift within this interstellar alliance.

Clearly, Lu Mingming wasn't the only one who thought this way.

The other tourists stopped in front of the palace, taking photos with their personal computers, while others stared blankly at the distant buildings, unable to come back to their senses for a long time.

"This isn't the liveliest place."

Aunt Shi's interruption brought Lu Mingming back to his senses.

"If we're talking about the most popular place, it's still the restaurant you run. It's practically always packed, with big banquets every day. Your return this time is just in time, so we've reserved a table for today to celebrate."

"celebrate?"

Lu Mingming looked over in confusion.

"Yes, on this day three months ago, we just launched our tour of Blue Star, and you just arrived, which means there's a bit of a connection between us."

"Then I'll have to try your cooking."

The large group of people went straight up to the VIP seats on the 4th floor.

Lu Mingming had just sat down by the window and looked around once when she said, "Huh, could Oranar have gotten lost?"

"No, I thought he was talking to Aunt Shi, maybe he was going to the bathroom."

Morian answered calmly.

He never treated a certain person as an heir to the alliance; in some relationships, their status was equal.

"I see."

Lu Mingming ignored it and sat down to wait for the food to be served.

"This is a special matcha cookie recipe I made for you, based on your size. There's no shortage of tea leaves on Earth, so you can eat as many as you want."

The chief offered it directly and placed it in the middle of the table.

The matcha cookies are baked until soft and crispy, and their aroma alone is enough to tempt any hungry person.

"The steamed fish soup is here."

Aunt Shi held a large bowl of white porcelain, and the rich aroma was so strong that it wafted directly into Lu Mingming's nose.

"It took me a long time to learn how to make this dish. Today, the chief and I will each serve one dish, but you'll have to wait a little longer."

Lu Mingming picked up her chopsticks but put them down again.

"Is there anything else?"

Aunt Shi smiled knowingly: "Someone specially prepared a dish for you, sneaking around, I thought they were going to do something."

Morian suddenly felt something was wrong, but it was too late to stop it.

The sound of footsteps echoed up the stairs, and Oranal's blond hair emerged from the bend, his icy eyes carefully fixed on the porcelain plate in his hand.

He was holding a bowl of red and yellow dishes that were unrecognizable, emitting a musty aroma that wasn't particularly appealing but was incredibly tempting.

Others might not be able to tell what it was, but Lu Mingming remembered it.

This is clearly the first dish she made for someone in a parallel world—scrambled eggs with tomatoes.

Orannal coughed lightly, placed the food closest to Lu Mingming's hand, and then covered his hand behind his back as if to cover up his actions. His tone was casual: "I suddenly felt like making it, so I did. Try it and see if you like it?"
