Chapter 25 Famous Sword [Huazhou]

There are no way to catch all the pirates, and Kuro doesn't have the ambition to capture all the pirates in the world.

The warships sailed out of the doldrums and entered the Grand Line.

Apart from Kro, who looked a little agitated, everyone else remained calm.

Smoker and Tashigi trained at headquarters and visited the Grand Line, while Lida herself was born on the Grand Line.

Kuro was completely indifferent. What was there to get excited about in a crappy sea route? Others had sailed through it so many times.

...

Inside a restaurant in a town on an island.

Kuro yawned.

"Smoker, the ocean is so vast, where are you going to find Straw Hat Luffy? Why don't we just go straight to Headquarters? You can do some work for me, and then you can drift along the Grand Line while I go back to the East Blue."

This island is called Runes Island. There is a small town on the island where the navy stops to purchase supplies.

Smoker looked out the window at the distant sea and said in a deep voice, "He couldn't possibly have sailed that fast. Even if he had the Log Pose, he would still need to record the island's magnetic field."

The Navy's biggest advantage is that their intelligence is definitely better than that of the pirates. Luffy's killing of many bounty hunters at Whiskey Peak has been exposed, and Smoker has accurately known his route.

However, there were no further clues. The ocean was too vast, and finding a ship was far too difficult.

Even the Grand Line felt vast enough to Kuro; the size of this world was astonishing.

"Colonel Smoker, the procurement is complete!"

A navy officer entered the restaurant, saluted, and said...

"Lida, hurry up and finish eating, we're leaving."

Kuro said to Lida, who was still eating voraciously.

"Uh-huh."

Lida chewed her food, nodded, and ate even faster.

A group of people walked out of the restaurant.

"By the way, where's Tashigi?"

Smoker looked around but didn't seem to see any of his men.

"have no idea."

The navy replied, "It was nearby just now."

"Stop! Don't run!"

Suddenly, a voice came from not far away.

Then they saw Tashigi holding a knife, chasing after a man, running towards them.

"Daschi, what are you doing!" Smoker shouted.

“Colonel Smoker, help me catch him. This man is suspicious; he’s been hiding from our navy!” Tashigi replied.

"Tch, this is troublesome. Navy, prepare to surround that man."

Smoker began issuing orders to the surrounding navies.

However, at this moment, Kuro's gaze paused, and he looked at the man's waist, where a knife was hanging.

Whoosh!

In an instant, Kuro appeared in front of the strange man, tripped him, and he fell to the ground. Kuro then reached out and grabbed the knife.

"Thank you, Mr. Kuro, you've been a great help." Tashigi bowed in gratitude.

"No... I think I should thank you."

Kuro gripped the hilt and drew the sword. "You're an expert in sword appreciation, come and see what this is."

The knife has a very small curve and is not grooved, meaning it was forged without any adjustment to the center of gravity. The patterns on the blade resemble fiery clouds.

"This one..."

Tashigi was stunned for a moment, then quickly took out her notebook and flipped through it rapidly. Soon, she exclaimed excitedly, "Huazhou! It's Huazhou! One of the 'Fifty Excellent Swords'!"

"Huazhou..."

Kuro looked at the man on the ground and remembered that this knife seemed to be the one Tashigi obtained from a Baroque Society executive after entering the Grand Line.

It is one of the eighty-three swords, and it is even more advanced than Tashigi's [Shigure]. After all, [Shigure] is just a famous sword and is not considered one of the top eighty-three swords.

"Thank you for your kindness, so I'll take this knife," Kuro said with a smile.

"What are you saying? This is what you got, and a swordsman as skilled as you deserves a famous sword!"

Tashigi always thought it was a real shame that Kuro didn't have a famous sword. She originally planned to give it to Kuro if she came across one, but unexpectedly, Kuro got one himself.

Her goal was to retrieve the famous sword from the bad guys, and a good guy like Mr. Kuro naturally deserved a famous sword.

A famous sword, and I got it for free!

Rather than nurturing his power day and night with overwhelming force, Kuro prefers to take advantage of what's readily available.

With a famous sword, he was one step closer to a safe life.

"Oh? You terrifying fellow, you've gotten a good knife, and your strength has increased even further."

Smoker walked over with a cigarette in his mouth and looked at the man. "Dashi, who is this guy?"

"I don't know. I've only heard that he calls himself Mr. 11 and deliberately avoids the Navy. I've been observing him for a while now. A normal person wouldn't do that."

Dashi shook her head.

“A suspicious person? Take him away and interrogate him on the ship.”

Smoker spoke to the Navy and then walked towards the warship.

They continued sailing on the high seas, and as for the so-called Mr. 11, he hadn't uttered a word since being arrested.

The more he remains silent, the more suspicious he becomes.

But keeping quiet was useless; soon, the Navy intercepted a message using a wiretap snail.

"Mr. 0, the Straw Hat Pirates, Vivi..."

Smoker listened to the information and pondered, "Vivi, I remember it's the name of the Alabasta princess. Why is she connected to the Straw Hat crew... Anyway, I know where their destination is, Alabasta."

“Alabasta? I heard there’s a coup going on in that country,” Dashi said.
