A new world, on an island.
call out!
Boom!!
The yellow beam shot straight out, causing a burst of explosions.
A group of pirates were scattered and crashed to the ground during the bombardment.
One of the pirates landed on the ground, got up in a disheveled state, and roared, "What a joke!"
"Oh~ How scary, it's still conscious?"
A human figure emerged from the smoke of the explosion.
Kizaru pointed a finger at the man and pouted, "'Advanced One' Riggs, no wonder you escaped from the sixth level of Impel Down. But wouldn't it be better to just retire quietly? Why did you have to steal a warship?"
"I'm a pirate!"
A man named Riggs shouted, "Of course we'll rob you if we want to! We finally got out of Impel Down, of course we'll get our revenge!"
"That's really terrible."
Kizaru emerged from the smoke, his index finger shooting out a beam of light that pierced through Riggs' chest.
Riggs coughed up blood and collapsed to his knees.
“But you’ll have to go back in again,” Kizaru said, looking down at him.
"Revenge will not stop!"
Riggs raised his head, a sinister grin spreading across his bloodied lips: "Just you wait, Kizaru! Your Marines will pay the price!"
"Oh~?"
Kizaru pouted, "A threat? How scary."
"Hey, don't think I'm just saying this casually. That man you've been promoting, Jin Ni, if we take him down, you'll lose all face!"
Riggs snarled, "We'll kill him! You're too late!"
These words made Kizaru pause. He pouted and said again, "That's really... scary."
...
On the sea, a huge golden ship is sailing.
Achoo!
In the office of the largest fortress within the fortress complex aboard the golden ship, a sneeze could be heard.
Kuro sat in the chair and rubbed his nose. "Who's thinking about me?"
"How could anyone possibly miss you?"
Lida shook her head decisively: "No one will miss you!"
After leaving headquarters, Kuro headed towards G-3.
He's only been in charge of G-3 for a short time, and he's spent most of that time outside. He's never really taken a proper break inside... no, he's never really been in charge properly. Now that he's back, he'll probably stay indoors for at least a few years.
If he doesn't go out, he'll be fine, and he won't run into Big Mom or Kaido, right?
Hiding one's strength has long been a pipe dream.
Demotion is something I haven't figured out yet.
If he tries to stay home as little as possible, then everything will be fine.
With his current status, he can live a comfortable life, but the most important security issue has not yet been resolved.
But isn't the reason he has so many subordinates just to do things for him?
Ultimately, the navy is specifically designed to combat pirates, but each person has a territory, and as long as their territory is safe, nothing usually happens.
As for the pirates of the Worst Generation who are currently stirring up trouble...
Let them fight like dogs, it's none of their business.
"We can see G-3 now."
Suddenly, Lida stood up and looked at the transparent window in front of her.
On that horizon, a large fortress gradually came into view.
"We've finally arrived..."
Kuro stretched and said, "Lida, have Kikyo make something nice. Speaking of which, I haven't treated the entire Marines to a meal yet. I was delayed before, but I'll treat them to a meal this time."
As he traveled along, he noticed that there weren't many pirates around G-3, which meant that Crowe and Cass had done a good job. But the Navy is a collective; they may be capable, but they also need to take care of the other Navy members.
Moreover, G-3's navy is not weak.
Lida perked up immediately at the mention of this. "A big meal?! I know!"
“You eat gourmet meals every day.” Kuro couldn’t help but roll his eyes.
"You can never get tired of good food!" Lida clenched her little fist, her words sounding like the truth.
The ship gradually approached G-3, where some navy personnel were already waiting at the fortress port.
The navy, led by Crowe, stood ramrod straight, waiting for the ships to dock.
Soon, the golden ship docked at the port, and as soon as the steps were lowered, Kuro slowly walked down.
At the same time, the navy below saluted in unison.
“Mr. Kuro!” Kuro called out loudly.
"Oh, Kuro, long time no see," Kuro said to him. "Without you, a lot of things don't go smoothly."
These words made Kro raise his head slightly and glance to the side, but unfortunately he couldn't see the person he wanted to see.
Cass isn't here; he hasn't come back yet.
“Yes, Mr. Kuro. As you instructed, there are no more pirates in the nearby waters, restoring G-3’s honor,” Kuro said.
"Good."
Kuro nodded, looked around, and said, "Where's Cass? You're back, right? Cass should be back in sync."
"I don't know, there's no news yet."
Kro shook his head and said, "Perhaps they are chasing pirates."
"That's slow... Let him know and ask where he is. I'm treating everyone to dinner. All the G-3 members need to come. If they're still chasing pirates, you guys go and pick them up. Take care of the pirates while you're at it."
“I understand, Mr. Kuro,” Kuro said.
Kuro nodded and walked forward.
...
boom!
