Chapter 59 Don’t mess with people you shouldn’t mess with

Looking at it from a bright side, at least Liu Ruyan was not deceived.

After getting out of the car, Liu Ruyan and Chen Ya looked at each other.

"what?"

"I'm not full," she said.

"Tsk, why do you always think about eating every day?"

Chen Ya looked at her waist and it wasn't thick.

"It's all your fault," Liu Ruyan blinked. "I didn't even get to eat anything, and you took me away."

"I didn't take you away, you came here on your own."

"Anyway, I'm not full." Liu Ruyan looked as if she wanted him to take responsibility.

"Cooking is too hard now," Chen Ya scratched his head and said, "I can only ask the neighbor if she has any food at home."

Liu Ruyan thought he was just joking, but unexpectedly, he actually knocked on the neighbor's door.

"Auntie, we missed dinner tonight and we're out of food at home. Do you have anything to eat?"

"Yes, yes, yes! Come in quickly!"

The aunt enthusiastically pulled the two of them into the house, and kept looking Liu Ruyan up and down, as if she liked her very much.

Liu Ruyan felt that it was very bad to disturb others, and also felt that Chen Ya's behavior was a little too familiar.

But seeing how enthusiastic the aunt was, she was a little unsure whether the other party was just being polite.

"Lao Zhang, how are you doing lately?"

On the sofa in the room, a tall and thin man leaned on a crutch and stood up with difficulty. He hugged Chen Ya, patted his back, and said with full energy:

“Very good!”

This man has only one leg.

The neighbor aunt came out of the kitchen, wiped her hands and said, "I just ate. There's a little soup left at home, but no rice."

"Then drink some soup." said Chen Ya.

"That won't work. Aunt Zhao next door must have some left. I'll go ask her."

After she finished speaking, no one could stop her and she rushed out of the house. After a while, a man and a woman came over with a pot of rice and a dish of vegetables.

"We haven't eaten yet, so why not eat with you?" Aunt Zhao said with a smile as soon as she walked in.

His man was supported and sat down side by side with the one-legged uncle who was his neighbor just now. They looked very affectionate:

"How can so many people share one dish? I think we should invite Old Lu over as well. His family eats last, so maybe he can make more."

Liu Ruyan noticed that the man was wearing sunglasses and was blind.

Chen Ya stretched out his hand: "There's really no need to alarm so many people."

"Don't worry, I'll go call her." The neighbor aunt ran out again.

After a while, one called that, and that called this, and a large group of people came into the room, some carrying food, some carrying wine, and they all ran here.

Liu Ruyan noticed something.

Every one of these neighbors must have a disabled person.
