Chapter 16 is not a casual person.

Mu Tao looked at him as if he were an alien, then reached out to touch his forehead.

Luo Tianya, "..."

Luo Tianya slapped his hand away in anger and said irritably, "I'm not sick."

I thought you were sick.

Mu Tao chuckled and said, "It's just that the contrast between you and others is too great."

It would have been better if he hadn't said it, because once he did, Luo Tianya was filled with resentment.

“I told you I wasn’t going to sign up, but you guys went crazy and dragged me into it, making me one of the ‘lucky ones.’ God knows I really have no interest in surviving on a desert planet.”

He sighed deeply, unable to understand how he had ended up in this situation.

Originally, with his qualifications, he could have lived a carefree and comfortable life on the Central Star, but now he has been reduced to only being able to eat raw food.

That's fine, anyway, he's strong and his digestive system is incredibly efficient, so eating raw food doesn't bother him.

The key issue is that there's only one survival resource available. What does that mean?

This means that he hasn't had a change of clothes in the past three years.

This day...

There's really no way to get through this.

He said worriedly, "Big Peach, do you think it's possible that in the future we might end up like early humans, only able to wear grass skirts and wrap ourselves in leaves?"

"!!!"

What is that?

Mu Tao stared in shock, her eyes wide. "Why would you think that?"

He said with a look that said, "Don't forget, we're wearing high-end protective suits with self-cleaning capabilities. We don't need to worry about that. Sang Ning is the one who really needs to worry."

That's right, Sang Ning didn't even have a protective suit; she was just wearing ordinary clothes.

He's only worn this one outfit for three years...

Not to mention Mu Tao, even the viewers in several live streams started to worry about Sang Ning.

Some viewers asked the person in charge whether the equipment would still be provided to the players later on.

When asked about this, the person in charge, Mr. Luo, replied that it was still uncertain at the moment and that the specifics would be known later.

This statement is essentially meaningless, but the audience knows the show's nature: the survival show held every five years is essentially a program that tortures people to death.

No matter how outstanding you are, you'll still end up in a sorry state when faced with a segment like Survival on a Deserted Planet, which is full of outrageous and unconventional tactics.

This production team, from the general director, executive director, planner, person in charge, and executors, are all the kind of people who are utterly immoral.

He gets criticized every time he goes live, but the more he's criticized, the more popular and famous he becomes.

First, all intelligent beings have a flawed nature: they enjoy seeing people in a sorry state.

Secondly, the production team is really generous, with unbelievably high rewards for each episode.

This is why tens of thousands of intelligent beings sign up for the program every time it is held.

However, Mu Tao and his group were not short of money, had little desire for the prize money, and had no interest in habitable planets.

They all have suitable habitable planets under their names, with better scenery and more pleasant environments than the habitable planets awarded by the program team.

The reasons I signed up were twofold: first, I wanted to challenge myself; second, I was just bored and wanted to challenge myself.

Neither of them was prepared to be selected, but to their surprise, they were both chosen.

They exchanged a glance, and Luo Tianya said quietly, "I just hope we won't be eliminated in such a pathetic way. I really don't want to lose face in front of all intelligent life in the universe."

Mu Tao scoffed, "It's not like I'm hoping for it. Think positively, at least we won't have to worry about food or drink after teaming up with Sang Ning."

"Is Sang Ning really that capable?"

After carefully recalling Sang Ning's behavior on the spaceship, Luo Tianya felt that Mu Tao was probably poisoned by Sang Ning.

"Is he really that capable?"

As Mu Tao led the way, she picked a dark purple fruit and handed it to him, saying, "Eat it, this kind of fruit is edible."

"I'll give it a try."

Luo Tianya was holding a large crab in his arms. This crab was incredibly resilient; even after being captured for so long, it was still jumping around, trying to break free of his grip.

Therefore, Luo Tianya didn't have time to reach out and take the wild fruit.

He was also easygoing and trusted Mu Tao quite a bit. He never even considered the possibility that Mu Tao might try to trick him, and he ate the purplish-black wild fruit right from his hand.

Then, his eyes lit up.

"These wild fruits taste good, sweet and sour, have more."

“Sang Ning found it.”

Mu Tao smiled and picked several more wild fruits for him. Seeing that he looked like he wanted more after he finished eating, she immediately pulled him forward, saying, "Let's hurry back, there are wild pheasants and ducks to eat."

Luo Tianya, “???”

"W-How were you caught?"

Birds with wings are hard to catch, especially those that live in the wild; they are incredibly agile and can fly.

Often, the birds fly away before you even get close.

He wanted to catch poultry to eat, but he couldn't catch any after trying for a long time.

Now, Big Peach is telling him there's meat to eat. Is he sure he's not hallucinating?

"It was caught using a vine-lock trap."

Luo Tianya suddenly realized, "In that case, Sang Ning is indeed quite adept at survival."

"Absolutely, otherwise I wouldn't have teamed up with her."

Mu Tao laughed and said, "You should know that I'm not that kind of person."

Mu Tao's live stream audience scoffed, "You're not being casual? Sang Ning offered to cook for you, and you readily sold yourself out."

If this isn't casual, they can't even imagine what casualness means.

Mu Tao casually led Luo Tianya on their way, and they came across a fruit tree laden with fruit.

He stopped and looked up at the fruit on the branch.

Seeing this, Luo Tianya stood with him, holding a large crab.

When Monet emerged from behind the bushes, she saw two idiots with their backs to her, looking up at her, seemingly doing something. She immediately greeted them.

Upon hearing the familiar female voice behind him, Mu Taoluo and Tianya both wore bitter expressions.

Oh my god, how could I possibly meet Monet, a woman with so many flaws that I can't stand her?

"Are you coming or not?"

Luo Tianya said in an almost breathy voice.

Mu Tao was about to suggest they run when Mo Nainai chimed in, "Hey, you two idiots up ahead, are you deaf?"

"You're the one who's deaf, your whole family is deaf."

Mu Tao, who originally didn't want to talk to her and was about to run away, exploded when she heard this.

He turned to look at Monet, paused for a moment, and then burst out laughing.

"Hahaha, Monet, you unlucky bastard, how did you end up in such a sorry state?"

He laughed wildly, making no attempt to hide his mockery of Monet.

Luo Tianya, curious, also turned around and looked over, then laughed.

"Miss Mo, you look terrible..."

After racking his brains for a suitable adjective, Luo Tianya laughed and said, "So ugly."

"You talk as if you're all that pretty."

Monet's eyes reddened from their laughter, but she stubbornly walked towards them, still clutching her bearded mushroom.
