Cheng Yuanxing seemed to have discovered a new side of An Ruoning. "Wreaths and candles, don't you think this looks like a funeral?"

This amount of food is not much for a soldier; it might not even be enough to fill a gap between his teeth.
But An Ruoning is an actress, one of the jobs where she should be maintaining her figure the most. Eating so much was something Cheng Yuanxing really didn't expect. Moreover, the steamed buns in the army canteen were quite large.
"Can you finish it? Don't waste it."
Wasting resources in the military is absolutely unacceptable.
"You can finish it, don't underestimate me."
"Alright, go find an empty seat and wait for me for a bit."
The line at the food serving window was orderly and in a straight line, unlike the canteens in companies or schools, where there was no noise.
The hands of the aunties serving the food don't tremble like those of aunties in other canteens; they try their best to fill the bowls to the brim.
They knew they couldn't let down those who had dedicated themselves to the people and the country.
An Ruoning found a seat where there were almost no people around, took out the phone she had been longing for for several days, and as soon as she turned it on, a bunch of messages bombarded her. Luckily, she didn't turn on the ringer, otherwise she would definitely be the center of attention.
