Qin Yunie clutched her heart, which was pounding wildly with tension, and muttered to herself, "I did the right thing. At worst, I could have booked him a private room. That way, he wouldn't have to share a room with other patients. I could have prepared more food that would have helped his wounds heal and helped him recover."
Qin Yunie had never done anything bad in either his past or present life. This was the first time he had ever done something like this. Even though he knew he was doing the right thing, his heart still couldn't stop pounding.
The next morning, Qin Yunie first took Jian Er to the hospital on the street. She originally planned to ask him for a private room, but for some reason, all the private rooms in the hospital were occupied these past two days.
Qin Yunie had no choice but to settle for second best and chose a room for two.
As soon as they entered, they smelled an indescribable odor, and there was someone lying on Jian Er's bed.
Qin Yunie had taken care of her grandmother before and knew that many family members were not used to sleeping in the bed with their mother and would sleep in the patient's bed instead. Therefore, although she frowned, she did not say anything, but instead woke the person up.

He then found some snacks that Qin Yunie had prepared for Jian Er, to prevent him from eating when he was hungry or bored.
Upon seeing it, the man immediately took it out and started eating. "Where did you buy this? It tastes pretty good. You seem like a nice guy."
Jian Er simply glanced indifferently at the doorway.
Just as the man was finishing his meal, Qin Yune returned.
When she returned, she found the bag she had prepared for Jian Er in a complete mess, with almost all the food inside taken out and eaten.
Looking at Jian Er, who was nearly 1.9 meters tall, she lay obediently on the bed, looking like a pitiful little thing who dared not speak out against her anger. Qin Yune was furious when she saw this. She frowned tightly, her face darkened, and she questioned in a cold voice: "How could you rummage through other people's things? And eat our food? Did we agree to that?"
