Child?
I gave myself to my sister on my very eighteenth birthday; you didn't even start before me.
The sharp, familiar sound of high heels rang out from behind, and Chu Liyue, dressed in a black velvet dress and carrying a black coat, strode over.
Seeing Chu Nanfeng standing shoulder to shoulder with her, their height difference amusing, Chu Liyue's cold eyes narrowed slightly, her aura aloof and intimidating. "So you've finally decided to come out?"
Leng Ruxue's blush deepened, and Chu Nanfeng quickly tried to smooth things over with a smile:
"Well, Ah Xue was a little nervous, so she took a while to pick out clothes."
As she spoke, she gestured with her hand, "Look, do we look good together?"
Chu Liyue said coldly, "The man is ten years older than the woman. It's like an uncle leading his daughter. They're quite a good match."
Xiao Wujie chuckled and shook his head; his sister had a dry sense of humor.
Ignoring Chu Nanfeng's face, which was as black as the bottom of a pot, Chu Liyue walked straight to Xiao Wujie. Her cold and sharp gaze softened, and she gently pinched the tip of Xiao Wujie's pert nose, speaking in a low, cold voice:
"Sweetie, get up and put on a coat, it's cold outside."
He reached out and straightened the collar of Xiao Wujie's black turtleneck sweater, then lifted his arm and put a black coat on him, his palms moving gently to smooth out the wrinkles on the coat.
Her stunningly beautiful face was bathed in soft light, her snow-white skin almost translucent, and her cold eyes held a serious expression.
Gazing at her captivatingly cold yet focused face, Xiao Wujie felt a surge of warmth in his heart. He couldn't help but lean down, his perfectly handsome face close to hers, wanting to kiss her.
Chu Liyue, who was adjusting his collar, shrank back slightly. "Be good, wait a minute."
Xiao Wujie ignored him, his eyes showing grievance, "No."
Chu Liyue smiled indulgently and helplessly, raised her hand to hook his neck, pulled him into her arms, satisfied him, and kissed him deeply for a while.
Her lips parted, her warm fingertips gently brushed the corner of his mouth, and she took his hand, intending to lead him outside.
Xiao Wujie didn't move. When he saw her turn around, he bit his lip and said, "I want to hold you."
Chu Liyue's cool and aloof eyes curved into a smile as she reached out and wrapped her arms around his waist, leading him outside.
After taking a few steps, she suddenly stopped and turned around to look at Chu Nanfeng and Leng Ruxue, saying coldly:
"Aren't you leaving yet?"
Xiao Wujie trembled, thinking she was talking about him. Chu Liyue gently pinched his lower back. "Be good, I wasn't talking about you."
In the distance, Lu Zhufeng, who was pretending to be sophisticated, crossed his legs and held a cup of coffee, shook his head and sighed:
"The world is full of discord, and China is famous for its double standards."
