Although I don't have any magical powers now, strictly speaking, I am no different from an ordinary person.

"Of course not." Liu Lieyu pointed in the direction of the Liu residence. "We live in the Liu residence and still sleep in our old courtyard."
Living in the Liu residence? I swallowed hard. I suspected that Liu Lieyu was deliberately messing with me.
So many people died at the Liu residence, and a large portion of them were arguably because of me, yet Liu Lieyu still made me live there... Although I've become bolder, there's no need for me to make a fool of myself.
I always sensed an ominous aura emanating from the Liu residence. I don't have any magical powers to see it clearly, but when I strolled around the Liu residence during the day, I would often feel inexplicably chilled to the bone.
Now that night has fallen, I glanced in the direction of the Liu residence, and I felt an even stronger sense of malevolence.
Didn't Liu Lieyu feel anything? I glanced at Liu Lieyu; his expression remained unchanged.
I'd rather sleep in the wilderness than stay at the Willow House.
"Lieyu, I don't want to sleep at the Liu residence." I tugged at Liu Lieyu's sleeve.
Why?

"Are you scared?" Liu Lieyu pinched my face and stared into my eyes.
I glanced uneasily in the direction of the Liu residence. That ominous aura was getting closer again. If I didn't leave soon, it would be too late. A sense of fear enveloped my heart.
"Liu Lieyu, let's go."
"Okay." Liu Lieyu stared at me for a long time before finally nodding in agreement before the evil aura got close to us.
As soon as Liu Lieyu finished speaking, he pulled me into his arms, and in an instant we were thousands of feet away from Changbai Mountain.
The fear in my heart subsided. Strange, what exactly was this ominous aura, this sense of foreboding?
Why did I not notice it during the day, but it became so obvious at night, and even spread throughout the entire Changbai Mountain?
There's something wrong with the Liu residence! The person who can instill fear in me is definitely not a nobody. Unfortunately, I have no magical powers and have no way of finding out what it is, so I can only flee in panic.
