Liu Lieyu glanced down at Qian Xi and said impatiently, "I'll watch you pack."

Qianxi started tidying up like a pitiful little wife. At first, she was listless, but as she tidied up, she became more energetic. She muttered to herself while picking up some items, then wiped them clean and carefully put them back.

I glanced at Liu Lieyu's expression, and sure enough, his face was as cold as iron.

I tugged at Liu Lieyu's sleeve. "Let him take his time to pack. We've already waited so long."

Liu Lieyu glanced down at me without saying a word, then turned around and casually found a place to sit down while watching Qianxi tidy up.

I was getting a little tired of standing, so I sat down and watched the busy red figure of Qianxi.

As I watched, I realized something was wrong. At first, I thought he was just tidying up while packing, but now he was completely absorbed in it, and sometimes he would even open an ancient book and examine it closely.

My God, at this rate, when will we ever finish cleaning up this mess? I glanced at the endless pile of ancient books and ritual implements in the room.

However, this is fine too. At least I have a figure to look at and it can buy me some time. I picked up an ancient book and carefully flipped through it. With something to do, I won't be in a hurry.

Time seemed to stand still at that moment. Apart from the sounds of tidying up and my turning the pages of a book, I realized that I had already read two tall stacks of ancient books.

How much time has passed?

Liu Lieyu opened his eyes just as I looked up, glanced at me in the distance where I was about to disappear, and a hint of coldness flashed in his eyes.

"You should be all packed by now, right? Come back and get anything you forgot later." Liu Lieyu's tone was unfriendly.

The red voice in the distance visibly trembled, followed by a faint, weak voice. If it weren't so quiet here, one wouldn't have been able to hear what the faint voice was saying.

"Can I bring my bamboo house with me? Is there room for it?"

Liu Lieyu practically forced out the word "yes" through gritted teeth.

Sensing Liu Lieyu's anger, Qianxi cleverly got up from the ground and ran towards us, the golden bells on her ankles making a melodious sound with each step.

Liu Lieyu looked at Qianxi with a dark face. Qianxi went downstairs on her own, and Liu Lieyu pulled me to follow behind her.

As we stepped out of the bamboo house, Qianxi's amorous peach blossom eyes curved into crescent moons. I didn't see Qianxi make any move, and the bamboo house in front of me, along with the nearby grass and lake, gradually shrank.

In the blink of an eye, the bamboo house and the lotus-filled meadow disappeared, leaving only a vacant lot overgrown with weeds.

"Alright!" Qianxi stopped, satisfied, and turned to look at us with a smile.

My God, is this really a case of weak magic? It doesn't look like it to me.

"Qianxi, are all your animals inside?" I asked curiously.

Qianxi nodded. "What's wrong?"

"Did you let them out to run around?" I asked cautiously.

Qianxi looked up, her beautiful peach blossom eyes revealing a different kind of charm. "They don't like being outside, they don't like being at home," Qianxi said, then lowered her head.

I suppressed the urge to say something, but I decided to wait and explain it to Qianxi later.

Qianxi must have severe social anxiety, because he himself prefers to stay at home, so he also believes that animals like to stay at home.

Sigh, these adorable animals are really a bit pitiful; they've never seen the outside world, all they've ever seen is that one room.
