"Where are Jinyu and Hao?" I looked at the door and found it empty. With all this commotion, Feng Su and Luo had arrived, but they were nowhere to be seen.

"I set up a barrier to isolate them before I came, as they were still asleep," Luo whispered to me.

Why did you set up the barrier?

“I don’t know what happened, and I’m afraid they’ll speculate about the master’s identity.”

Luo is truly meticulous; I couldn't help but admire her. "Go and call them; it's time to leave."

"Does the Lord really intend to take them away?"

"I don't know about Hao yet, but Jinyu will definitely be taken along; he's always wanted to go out."

Luo nodded and walked towards the door to call Jinyu and Hao.

When Jin Yu and Hao came in, they looked like they hadn't woken up yet. Hao was in Jin Yu's arms with his eyes still closed, and Jin Yu also looked sleepy.

"Why is there another child?" Jin Yu woke up immediately after seeing Lingling in my arms. She looked around and then saw Xu and Liu Kun. She wanted to say something but then realized the atmosphere was a bit serious, so she remained silent.

"Jinyu, we're leaving now. Do you still want me to take you out?" I glanced at Jinyu and Hao. Hao was still asleep, so I asked Jinyu first.

"Go? Where to?" Jin Yu scratched her head, looking confused.

"You're really not awake yet." I said, looking at Jin Yu's confused little expression.

"Are we going to the ground?" Jin Yu's sleepy eyes widened instantly as if she had just thought of something, and she said excitedly, "Yes, you have to take me with you. You can't go back on your word."

I knew Jin Yu would definitely come with us; we had already made arrangements. But what about Hao? I shifted my gaze to Hao. Unlike Jin Yu, he wasn't as fixated on the outside world's attention, and there were countless lesser demons waiting for Hao to return to the Miasma Forest.

"Hao, wake up." I stepped forward and patted Hao's soft little face. This might be the last time I patted Hao.

"Hmm~ Sister?" Hao's childish voice came through as he rubbed his eyes and looked at me with a confused expression. "What's wrong?"

"Hao, your sister is leaving. Are you going back to the Miasma Forest?"

"I don't want to go back to the Miasma Forest, I haven't had enough fun yet." Hao pouted and said unwillingly as soon as he heard that they had to go back to the Miasma Forest. "Is Sister going to see Lord Sun and Moon? I'll just wait for Sister here."

I paused for a moment before replying, "I'm not going to see Lord Sun and Moon. I'm leaving the Abyss; my sister is going home."

Hao stared blankly for a moment, as if he understood something, and then cautiously asked, "Will my sister come back?"

I looked away, unable to bear seeing Hao's expression. I didn't know if I would ever come back to the Abyss, so I couldn't give Hao a definite answer.

Hao suddenly reached out to me, and I took him from Jin Yu's arms. Hao brought his face close to mine and whispered, "Sister, I will always wait for you in the abyss. I can live for many, many years and never die. I will always wait for you to take me out to play again."

I hugged Hao tighter and asked, "So, are you going back to the Miasma Forest next?"

"Hmm, I miss them a little too." Hao touched my face with his little hand. "Sister, I'll be waiting for you in the Miasma Forest, but don't hit me next time you come."

"Okay, I promise I won't hit you again. Next time I see your sister, I'll bring you some snacks." I happily ruffled Hao's hair.

After saying goodbye, Hao left alone and returned to the Miasma Forest. I don't know if I will ever see him again, but as Hao said, we may meet again someday in our long lives.
