one hundred

I rode a cloud away from the battlefield, clearing the way for the upcoming fight.

The Three-Eyed Demon Crow merely stared intently at Feng Su, adopting an attack stance but not launching an attack itself. It seemed it wanted to wait for Feng Su to make the first move.

Seeing that the Three-Eyed Demon Crow remained motionless, Feng Su launched the first attack, as she had never been very patient.

Seeing Feng Su launch an attack, the Three-Eyed Demon Crow flapped its wings and rushed forward. Feng Su was very fast, and the Three-Eyed Demon Crow was not slow either. It seems that those huge wings that could blot out the sky were not for nothing.

The two engaged in a brief hand-to-hand combat in the air, neither gaining the upper hand, before quickly flying apart and widening the distance between them.

The Three-Eyed Demon Crow flapped its wings and stared at Feng Su, but it seemed to be making some unusual moves. The Three-Eyed Demon Crow gradually flew higher and the frequency of its wing flapping decreased, but I could sense a dangerous aura from its wings from afar.

Feng Su clearly sensed it too. She looked up, not in a hurry to launch an attack, and kept looking at the demon crow's wings.

After the demonic crow flapped its wings vigorously, a fierce gust of wind rushed straight towards Feng Su.

Feng Su was still tilting her head, looking completely bewildered. Was Feng Su stunned by the fright? I couldn't help but feel anxious for Feng Su and prepared to rush in to rescue her, but unfortunately, I was still a step too slow for Kuang Feng.

I watched as the raging wind enveloped Feng Su. I knew it was over; Feng Su was definitely going to get hurt. I shouldn't have listened to Feng Su; I should have stayed with her.

However, the next second Feng Su's seemingly familiar trick stunned me. I saw Feng Su rushing forward against the wind. Wasn't this the same stance I took when I fought the Ice Crystal Beast?

Feng Su is this strong too? I shook my head and rubbed my eyes to make sure I wasn't seeing things. This... This isn't the Feng Su I remember... In my memory, Feng Su was a phoenix who was quite skilled in formations, barriers, and feng shui, and was also very fast. He shouldn't have such strong combat power.

I was instantly dumbfounded. I tried hard to recall if there was any description of Feng Su being good at fighting in the original work, but there was none! I searched my memory again, but there was nothing there either.

My God, what on earth is going on?

I can't figure out why the female lead, who is clearly not weak, would pretend to be weak. Is Feng Su like that too? Does the female lead have some kind of scheme of her own?

I stopped paying attention to the battle between the Three-Eyed Crow and Feng Su after that, and I didn't even notice when Feng Su finished fighting, transformed into human form, and sat down next to me.

"Master, what are you thinking about?" Feng Su shook me, and I snapped out of my reverie, my gaze drifting to Feng Su's face.

I blinked. "Feng Su, when did you become so amazing?"

"Master, have you forgotten?" Feng Su asked, tilting his head, his eyes filled with disbelief.

I scratched my head and chuckled awkwardly. "I've lived for so many years, it's not like I remember everything."

Feng Su nodded with a hint of desolation, "That's right, ten thousand years have passed."

"Master, do you remember how you took me in?"

"Of course I remember that. Back then, your entire phoenix clan was massacred, and in the end, you were the only survivor. At that time, you were just a skinny little phoenix, like a chick." I remember this incident both from the original story and in my mind.

A look of nostalgia and sadness appeared on Feng Su's face. "Yes. If it weren't for my master saving me, I would have died long ago. And there would never be a phoenix in this world again."
