Chapter 22 I can’t always save people (2/2)

After thinking about it, I decided to do it myself.

The dish is still cooked with rice, but with some sweet potatoes and potatoes added.

The rice steamed in this way will have the aroma of sweet potatoes and potatoes, and will be softer and more glutinous.

As for the dishes, the meat had been eaten yesterday. Su Miaomiao was a meat lover, so after thinking about it, she took out a piece of processed rabbit meat from the space.

This was when I worked in a state-owned restaurant and bought rice from farmers.

I'll tell them later that she went up the mountain to catch the cat herself.

The rabbit meat has been processed, now all you have to do is cut it and put it in the pot.

Rabbit meat has a fishy smell and tastes good only when stir-fried.

Su Miaomiao took out a lot of dried chilies from the space and prepared to stir-fry rabbit meat.

The rabbit was very big, weighing more than 8 pounds, and Su Miaomiao fried a whole pot of it.

Afraid that the Huo family wouldn’t eat spicy food, I fried some spicy and sour potato shreds.

Although there are only two dishes, the portions are big enough for many people to eat.

Here, the villagers have already finished work.

Huo Xinyuan dragged his two legs across shoulders that did not belong to him and moved home with difficulty.

Now it's autumn harvest time, and everyone is picking corn cobs in the fields.

Just like a clockwork machine, one after another.

After breaking up for two days, Huo Xinyuan felt like his hands were no longer his own.

They were so hungry that many villagers fainted in the fields this morning.

They were thin to begin with, ate little and ate a lot, so it would be strange if they didn't faint.

Fortunately, their little sister didn't go to the field, otherwise, with her small physique, she would have fainted within an hour.

Huo Xinyuan silently rejoiced in his heart.

The hut was right in front of him, and Huo Xinyuan tried hard to smile.

He couldn't let his little sister worry.

But as he walked, he smelled a strong aroma of coffee, and Huo Xinyuan's eyes widened.

"I smell a fragrance. My little sister must have made something delicious again." Huo Xinyuan quickened his pace at the seductive aroma.

"Why is Miaomiao cooking again? He hasn't recovered yet." Tang Chunlan followed and walked quickly home.

As soon as they walked out of the house, Su Miaomiao came out.

"You guys are back just in time. We can just bring the food in and start eating." Su Miaomiao said.

"Miaomiao, why are you cooking again? Didn't I tell you to have a good rest at home?" Tang Chunlan hurried forward.

"There's nothing serious wrong with my health, and it's boring staying at home." Su Miaomiao smiled.

"If you're bored, just go for a walk outside. You don't have to do these things." Tang Chunlan was already full of guilt towards Su Miaomiao, and seeing her still taking care of the family, she felt even worse.

Huo Xinyuan felt sorry for his sister, but the worm in his stomach was really tempted by the fragrance and couldn't stand it, so he quietly took a look inside the house.

Just one glance and his eyes widened.

"Little sister, what is that red thing you are frying?" Huo Xinyuan swallowed wildly.

"That's braised rabbit meat. It's better to eat it while it's hot. Hurry and bring the rice in." Su Miaomiao said.

"Okay!" Huo Xinyuan carried the pot and walked into the house.

"Miaomiao, where can we get the rabbit meat?" Huo Jianguo asked.

This was not among the things Su Miaomiao bought before.
