Chapter 69: Love

Chapter 69: Love

My mother's voice was much lower and softer than before, the tone she often used when she was happy.

"Have you eaten?" asked Mom.

"I ate my mother." Han Siti answered obediently.

Mom: "Come back tomorrow and I'll make you something delicious."

"good."

"Even if you become a regular employee, you still have to work hard and don't be lazy, okay?"

Han Siti felt really wronged: "How could I be lazy? I'm very diligent at the company."

She could make up such nonsense with her eyes closed.

After he finished speaking, the air was silent for a moment, and suddenly, a low and hoarse voice sounded from behind without any warning.

"Han Dandan, where is my cell phone?" Jin Huainian walked out of the study, looking a little lazy.

Her back stiffened, and she quickly covered her phone with her hands, turning her head to tell him to shut up.

Her mother's voice was still in her ears; she heard it clearly.

"Where are you now?"

Han Siti swallowed her saliva and looked at him with a hint of anger, even thinking that he did it on purpose.

She remained silent.

"Is this your boyfriend's house?" Mom's tone became increasingly gloomy.

Han Siti was almost pissed off by him and could only hum softly.

"Why didn't you tell me you were living together?"

"We don't live together. I'll be back soon."

"Let him answer the phone."

Han Siti's heart skipped a beat and her mind raced, trying to find a solution quickly.

Jin Huainian's figure fell on her shoulder. He smiled slowly, with a dark look in his eyes.

"Do you want me to answer it?"

If he accepted, their unclear relationship would be labeled as a couple. How would she get out of it then?

Han Siti pushed him, obviously not wanting him to answer.

"Mom, it's too late. Can I come back and talk to you tomorrow?"

She hung up the phone on her own.

"It's all your fault." Han Siti puffed out her cheeks. She didn't look angry at all. Her coquettish tone gave people the feeling that she was acting coquettishly.

Jin Huainian lowered his eyes, staring straight at her little face, and chuckled softly: "Do you want me to go back with you tomorrow to explain?"

Han Siti pounded his chest with her little fist: "What do you want to explain? Are you saying you're my boyfriend?"

Jin Huainian put his arm around her wrist and said, "It's not impossible."

Han Siti's heart trembled, and her face was blank. "No, no, if my mom knew, your grandparents would know too. If they knew, they would definitely tell your parents."

Jin Huainian touched the back of her head and asked her to calm down.

"Let's fall in love." His voice was clear and cool, so close that it seemed as if the background had blurred.

Breathing is disordered.

She blinked, and the atmosphere became subtle.

"Are you serious?"

Jin Huainian's eyes were locked tightly, with a hint of coercion and toughness.

"Don't you think so?"

Han Siti avoided his sight at a loss, her eyes blurred.

Jin Huainian held her waist, his eyes flashing, rolling with countless emotions, sticky and greasy.

"Is this a fake relationship or a real one?" Han Siti couldn't escape and was trapped in his arms, blushing terribly.

Jin Huainian was helpless: "Really."

Han Siti let out an "ah" and her emotions fluctuated slightly when she met his bottomless eyes.

"But I don't like you." After she finished speaking, she was afraid of hurting his self-esteem, so she quickly explained: "I mean, now I only like you a little bit."

Jin Huainian opened his eyelids and stared at her casually, his protruding joints slightly red.

He lowered his voice and coaxed, "Give it a try, okay?"

Han Siti couldn't stand his naked gaze and threw herself into his arms.

"Will the Jin family agree?" She pursed her lips and said, "Don't make a decision so suddenly. It's not a good idea."

She was a little moved. Dating is not marriage. Jin Huainian's conditions are among the best in the whole capital. To be honest, she is not at a disadvantage at all.

"I'll go talk to you over there."

Han Siti thought for a while and asked tentatively, "If we break up, will there be a breakup fee?"

“………”

Thinking about the breakup fee before even talking about it, only Han Siti could come up with that.

There was a slight redness at the corners of Jin Huainian's eyes. He rubbed her waist bit by bit, and his Adam's apple moved.

Finally, after a long time, he said, "Yes."

Han Siti smiled and kissed him, then raised her chin and said, "Okay, I'll date you."

Sure enough, to her, money is much more important than him.

Jin Huainian felt somewhat fortunate that he had money.

Just like that, after one night, they fell in love for some unknown reason.

To be honest, when she woke up, she felt a little regretful.

Han Siti got into the car reluctantly and felt very complicated on the way home.

"Why don't we just forget it?" Han Siti glanced at him out of the corner of her eye, her tone soft and unconfident.

Jin Huaian said seriously, "Didn't we agree on this?"

Han Siti's eyelashes trembled, and her ears turned red: "Can I regret it?"

"What do you think?" His face was gloomy and his tone was not much better, with an unquestionable attitude.

Han Siti sighed: "Okay."

Jin Huaian looked at her meaningfully and said nothing.

The two men got out of the car.

There are not many people in the community.

After getting out of the elevator, Han Siti said, "I'll go back and tell them first. Don't come over."

Jin Huaian showed no emotion and just asked, "Are you sure you don't need it?"

"No, my mom is probably angry."

"OK."

The two separated and walked back to their respective doors.

Han Siti took a deep breath, opened the door, and saw that there was no one in the living room.

She called out, "Mom."

Mom came out of the room with a bad look on her face.

"If you have something to say, just say it." Mom sat on the sofa, her arms folded, with a questioning attitude.

Han Siti lowered her head and said, "I'm sorry, Mom. I was indeed at my boyfriend's house yesterday."

"How many times have I told you to bring him back to see me? You didn't listen at all and even lived with him secretly."

Han Siti's mind was in a mess. She said, "You've seen it."

"I've seen him? Who?" Mom's face paused.

Han Siti didn't dare to say anything, and hesitated there.

"It's... it's next door." Han Siti closed his eyes, gritted his teeth, and looked like he was ready to give it a try.

Mom frowned. "Next door? Is that Grandma Chen's house?"

"Yeah." Han Siti pinched the corner of her clothes and sat next to her mother: "Jin Huainian and I are together."

My mother's eyes narrowed, filled with surprise, and she choked briefly.

"Is this the boyfriend you're talking about?" Mom sneered. "You two are superiors and subordinates, how could it have developed to this point? Do you know what kind of family he comes from?"

"I'm sorry, Mom." Han Siti looked at her blankly: "We've actually been together for quite a long time, but I didn't tell you because I was afraid you wouldn't agree."

Outside the window, there is a vast expanse of white clouds, mixed with the sound of the wind, clean and clear.
