"I'll go check the surroundings. You stay here and keep watch," Fei Lichao said before heading off to patrol the area.
After waiting for another half hour, around 1 p.m., the two of them left the hospital with their bags and medicines on their backs.

There was a sudden bump at the doorway; it must have been caused by the monster outside.
I was startled awake by the sudden noise. I swallowed hard, and the pain in my leg made me furrow my brow.
I looked up and saw that many of the items hanging on the wall had already been removed; it was now about 3:23 PM.
"I slept for more than three hours?" I rubbed my sleepy eyes and continued to lie in bed, not wanting to get up.
The sun outside the window is already setting in the west. It's still winter, so it'll probably get dark around six o'clock.
I lay in bed, and five minutes later, I was fully awake.
I covered my head, closed my eyes, utterly exhausted, and muttered, "Fei Lichao and the others must have left. Now I'm all alone. What should I do next?"
