The moment I reached the third floor, I understood why Wu Shuang was locked up here.

Wu Shuang and I didn't rush out of the lounge because we could hear that quite a few more people had arrived outside. If the two of us rushed out now, it would be tantamount to suicide.
Those outside don't yet know what's happening in the lounge, so we need to wait for Hu Fei's signal from below.
We hadn't waited long when gunshots suddenly rang out outside the research institute.
I knew Hu Fei's signal had arrived.
