Chapter 194 Cunning Mind
The palace seemed more exquisite than when I first saw it, and the stone carvings on the wall were proof of that.
Today, not only the facade but also the alley on the right side shows traces of carving.
The stonemasons used their skills to the fullest on the corner stones, and the second corner stone from the eaves to the bottom of the wall was carved like a gem.
The glass on the upper floor spans the entire facade, making it larger and more imposing than before.
It can be seen that the palace has made good profits, and every detail has been carefully polished.
It was still the same gray-black door. Hela led Ron in. She had already greeted them.
"I'm sorry, sir, servants are not allowed to enter." The guard at the door stopped Anil and the others.
"I will not leave my master!" Anil grabbed the guard by the collar and prepared to throw him into the street.
"Mr. Sur," the Abu came over, "Madam doesn't like to be disturbed by outsiders. Your safety is threatened in the palace."
"He's my family," Ron pointed at Anil, "Come with me today to broaden his horizons."
Abu frowned. He knew that Ron was deliberately making excuses for the servant, but thinking of his wife's instructions, he gave in.
"He can go in, but he can only stay in the first floor lobby."
"Thank you." Ron nodded and then winked at Anil.
This is already a huge concession. The bigwigs don’t usually receive such treatment.
Everyone in the palace comes to enjoy themselves and would never give servants the chance to pry into their secrets.
Indian servants would never follow their masters into such places; they have this awareness.
Perhaps Lady Elizabeth was trying to show goodwill by making an exception for Ron.
Abu turned around and took Ron and Hela upstairs, while Anil stayed in the hallway, where he could get a glimpse of what was going on upstairs.
Abu was still as gloomy as ever, speaking in a shrill voice with disdain.
"The lady is in the room. She will see you immediately. I will go and prepare tea."
Abu took them to the third floor and turned to leave. The corridor was silent.
"Has the sound insulation here been replaced? The effect is better than before." Ron looked around. It was his first time on the third floor.
"It's nap time now, from two to five every afternoon. It's not as quiet normally because she knows you're coming."
Hela brought Ron to the door of a room. It was also quiet here, without a sound at all.
"Ready?" she asked.
"I think so."
"Then let's get started."
She knocked twice, turned the doorknob, and they both went in.
In the small square room, there was nothing else except a carpet, drawn silk curtains, and two large flat cushions.
Hela grabbed Ron's arm and led him over to the cushions.
The gray evening sunlight filtered through the beige curtains. The wall was bare, painted a yellow-brown color, with a metal fence about one square meter in size embedded in it.
There was a wainscoting beneath it, and Ron and Hela sat on cushions facing the fence, as if they were at confession in church.
“Hela, I know why we’re here. You’ve overreached this time.”
The sound came from behind the metal fence. Ron frowned and looked behind him.
It was pitch black inside, and nothing could be seen. Lady Elizabeth sat in the dark space, as if invisible.
"Ellie is our friend. I think it's a misunderstanding." Hela said in a cold voice.
Lady Elizabeth laughed, a gurgling laugh that came from her trachea and made you frown and lose all interest.
"Hela, you haven't come to see me in a long time. I've always missed you. Now you've ignored me for so long, and now you come and want to take away what I love most."
"Ellie is not only my friend, but also Mr. Soul's friend. She can't stay here."
"Really?" Lady Elizabeth said in an inexplicable tone, "I know why you don't come here often. You have someone you like, right?"
When she said the word "like", she seemed to be gritting her teeth, trying her best to endure something.
Her voice was so hoarse that it made people feel uncomfortable, like the malicious and resentful curses after smoking too much.
"Mr. Sule, Ms. Hela, your tea." Abu said.
His sudden appearance startled Ron. This guy came over silently, without making any sound.
He bent down and placed the plate between Ron and Hela. Ron glanced at him, but Abu's expression remained cold, not even his eyes moving.
"Oh yes, it's Mr. Soul. You guys are in love, right?"
"I'm not here to discuss love today," Ron frowned, "Ellie, I want to take her away."
Well, it was neither salty nor bland, playing hard to get. He remembered what Hela had said before.
"Is she important to you?" Lady Elizabeth's voice was a little colder.
"certainly."
“More important than Hela?”
"All are important."
She started laughing again, a laugh of gloating joy.
"Look, Hela, this is your love."
“You care too much.” Hela responded calmly.
"She owes me a lot of money, that girl. No one can leave the palace easily."
"How much does she owe?" asked Ron.
"Give Abu your card, Mr. Soul."
Ron glanced at Hela, who nodded slightly. The specially made business card was handed to Abu, who stepped back from the room, holding it and closing the door.
"Mr. Soul, I've heard about you. You're amazing. Just like this business card, dazzling and brilliant. We had a small misunderstanding before. To express my apology, you can take Ellie away."
Ron and Hela looked at each other and saw the surprise in each other's eyes.
The situation was tense just now, but suddenly it became peaceful and calm. It's so weird.
"Thank you very much, I'll speak for Ellie."
"You have a good relationship. You know her well, right?"
"Of course." Ron said shamelessly.
"Then you must like her and be willing to come to the palace for her."
"You could say that." Ron continued to make up stories, while secretly complaining about how gossipy Lady Elizabeth was.
"Then go see her. Abu will take you there."
Ron stood up, and Hela followed suit.
“Hela, stay here. We need to talk.”
It was a commanding tone, with no room for doubt.
Damn, Ron knew it wasn't that simple.
Hela was dragged there, and he could only follow the dead eunuch out of the room.
Abu looked at him with disgust, the disgust of a master who had been deceived and a servant who was ashamed and angry at the culprit.
This time it was Ron's turn to have a blank expression. I'm a big shot, a Brahmin, why should I care about a dead eunuch like you?
Abu pushed open a room and pointed inside, saying, "You know that girl, then prove it to Madam. This is a gift from her, you should thank her."
He stood at the door with an expression of watching a good show on his face, with no intention of leaving.
Ron was a little skeptical, but walked into the room anyway.
The door was open, and the room was decorated with large movie posters, both from Bollywood and Hollywood.
On a large bed lay two very young and beautiful women.
They all had blond hair, long, thick, and curled at the ends.
They were all beautiful too, with flawless, pink skin and lipstick-coated lips.
The two of them were wearing very little clothing, and Ron could see almost all of their secrets at a glance.
The most puzzling thing is that they have their eyes closed, as if they are asleep.
What the hell?
Ron approached suspiciously and shook one of them, but there was no response.
He couldn't tell who was Ellie, but Hela hadn't told him. Actually, there was no point in telling him; the two looked practically indistinguishable from their attire.
Ron returned to the door and saw Abu still standing there. There were a few more people in black clothes around him, staring at the room coldly.
"Mr. Soul, you only have one chance. Madam said you like her, and you have enough time to do anything. When you're done, you can take her away."
"What do you mean?" Ron frowned.
"Miss Hela will know everything here, but you have to do it."
Damn it! This Lady Elizabeth is truly a twisted psychopath.
She thought Hela liked Ron, and now she wanted Ron to have sex with another girl in front of her.
This girl was her friend, Ellie. Lady Elizabeth was going to destroy Hela's love, and destroy it right in front of her.
She may have also realized that Ron was temporarily pulled in by Hela to help, so she set another test.
If Ron took another girl away after he was done, she couldn't blame him for not giving him face.
Kill two birds with one stone, malicious intention.
Damn it, Ron glanced into the corridor. It was a corner and very quiet.
He estimated that even if he shouted at Anil now, he would not be able to hear anything, as one was on the third floor and the other was on the first floor, too far away.
And it was too late, the damn eunuch had already planned it out.
Ron slammed the door shut.
Mary was right, this evil lady was indeed cunning and difficult to deal with.
She probably saw through Hela's plan from the beginning, but Ron was there so she didn't completely break off relations with him.
But she was also very angry. She was not a small minion who could be manipulated by others.
She is one of the bigwigs in Mumbai and has leverage over many powerful people.
No one would dare to do this to her, and Ron had wasted her advances, so he had to be given a warning.
In the room, Ron was also having a headache. What should he do? He really didn't know who Ellie was?
Returning to the bed, he carefully flipped the two girls' eyelids. They were sleeping soundly, as if they had been given some kind of drug.
He sniffed carefully around the two people but did not smell the familiar smell of anesthetic.
Then he lay on their chests and listened, and he had a rough idea in his mind.
Well, it's drowsiness, not coma.
It is difficult to wake someone up from a coma, and it requires drastic action, but there are people watching outside.
If you fall asleep, it will be much easier.
Ron looked around the room. The desk was covered with girls' makeup, half-drunk wine, and small plastic bottles.
Hey, Ron walked over and picked up the white plastic bottle to confirm it carefully. It was some kind of antidepressant.
After taking a look at the recipe, his eyes lit up.
Then, without saying a word, he poured out a few pills, put them in the wine glass, and stirred it vigorously.
While stirring, he also rubbed the wall of the cup with his hands to keep it warm artificially.
After about two minutes, a pungent smell wafted out of the cup.
Ugh, Ron almost vomited because of this weird smell.
Time was urgent, so he immediately held the cup to one of the girls' lips.
"Uh" the girl frowned in pain, as if she was enduring great torture.
"Ellie! Ellie!" Ron called softly in her ear.
"Who?" The girl's eyelids moved and she opened her eyes with difficulty.
Those were a pair of sky blue eyes, incredibly beautiful.
"Are you Ellie?" Ron stared at her.
"Do you know me?" The girl lay there holding her forehead. Her head was dizzy and she didn't even have the strength to sit up.
What good luck! Ron was overjoyed. He chose one of the two and won.
"I'm Ron, I..."
"Why does your mouth stink so much!" Ellie turned her head away in disgust.
Ron couldn't hold it in any longer. He put the cup back on the table and then turned his hand over Ellie's shoulder.
"Listen, this is an emergency, you have to cooperate with me."
Abu Zhenzhen stood motionless outside the door. Five minutes had passed and he didn't hear the sound he was looking for.
"Ah!" There was a scream, very intense.
"Huh?" Abu was stunned.
The sound continued, and became longer and more lingering, with a sense of pleasure.
The men at the door looked at each other, then turned their heads and pretended not to hear.
They didn't dare to act rashly in front of Abu, a eunuch who hated that kind of thing.
You can tell from his increasingly gloomy expression that he must be holding back anger, jealousy, or something else.
The screaming lasted for half an hour, and finally his voice became hoarse.
After a moment of silence, Ron came out with Ellie, whose face was flushed.
"Can I go now?" He asked with a smile in his eyes.
"Please go ahead, Mr. Sur." Abu said through gritted teeth.
"Thank the lady for me. I will remember her hospitality today and always will!"
Ron helped Ellie away.
