Chapter 218 Arrival in Anhui Province

With a deafening roar, the explosion was instantly detonated, shattering the entire control panel into pieces. Fortunately, Lu Yuan was hiding beneath the control panel, and thanks to its protection, he escaped unharmed.

William had already jumped out of the plane window when he pulled the pin. Lu Yuan could clearly see William's parachute slowly moving further and further away from the plane, and the place where he jumped was exactly the spot he had just mentioned.

However, the plane they were on continued to fly forward. The control panel was blown to pieces, and thick smoke was still billowing from the tail of the plane. It looked like it was about to crash into the distant mountain peaks. The entire plane was shaking violently, and everyone sitting in their seats felt as if their internal organs were being churned up.

"That damn conman tricked us! Who knows how to fix a plane? Hurry up and get it repaired, let's see if it can survive!"

"What are you thinking? How are we supposed to survive! The control panel is blown to smithereens, hurry up and find a parachute!"

Lu Yuan grabbed his seat to prevent himself from being thrown out of the plane.

Realizing that the situation was out of control, the bodyguards were in a panic, and one of them even jumped out of the plane. However, the plane was flying at an altitude of about 500 meters. Although it was already in the lower layer of volcanic ash, falling from a height of 500 meters would still result in being smashed to pieces.

The other bodyguards were still gripping their seats, screaming incessantly, while Zheng Yi was now deathly pale with fright. The entire cabin was filled with thick smoke. He desperately grabbed the screaming monkey next to him, slapped him hard across the face, and yelled, "Stop fucking screaming! Get the stuff out of here and let's jump!"

The monkey was finally shaken awake. He looked at Zheng Yi in a daze, then finally remembered what he was supposed to do. So he quickly unbuckled his seatbelt, staggered to the back of the cabin, and pulled out two parachutes.

Just as the two were about to put on their parachutes and leave amidst the chaos, several bodyguards nearby saw what they were carrying and immediately rushed forward, tearing it apart.

"Let go of me, you bastards! This isn't yours!" Zheng Yi struggled desperately, trying to snatch the parachute back, but the bodyguards had no intention of letting go. Only by getting the parachute could they save their lives. In this critical moment of life and death, how could they possibly hand over the parachute to them?

"You bastard, you secretly prepared a parachute behind our backs! Didn't you say you'd die with us if you couldn't find a parachute?!" one of the bodyguards roared angrily as he pulled at the parachute.

Zheng Yi tried to pull out a pistol from his waist, but his hand was held down by another bodyguard, preventing him from moving. He stood up and cursed, "You bastard, let go of me right now! I have no obligation to protect your safety. I've already paid you. It's too late to back out now. Let go of me!"

Seeing that his brotherhood's bodyguards were wrestling with Zheng Yi and his companion, Liu Cheng knew his chance had come. He quietly gave a wink to the engineers around him, and they immediately took out their toolboxes from their seats.

Taking advantage of the chaos, the group ran up to Lu Yuan and was about to kick him to unlock his handcuffs when they saw that his handcuffs had already been broken. A look of surprise appeared in their eyes.

However, now was not the time to ask about this matter. Liu Cheng immediately took out something that looked like cardboard from the largest toolbox and handed it to Lu Yuan.

"I've already tested the paraglider; it can support up to 200 pounds without any problem. Hurry up and put it on, but be careful, the wind outside isn't very stable right now, so we can only go down now!"

After saying that, Liu Cheng quickly put on the backpack with the paraglider attached. The others also quickly put on their gear. Lu Yuan followed suit and carried the last remaining paraglider on his back.

Meanwhile, chaos had broken out at the back of the plane. Zheng Yi was wrestling with several other bodyguards. Although these bodyguards looked strong and powerful, they found that Zheng Yi's skills were just as good as theirs in actual combat. He was forcing three of them to fight, and he was not at a disadvantage at all.

Upon seeing this, Lu Yuan and the others were overjoyed. The plane was about to crash, and he had to jump out with it.

Seemingly sensing something was wrong, Zheng Yi turned his head to look behind him, only to find that the engineers had disappeared, while Lu Yuan, carrying a huge package, had opened the canopy of the plane and was preparing to jump down.

"You bastard, you're playing me!" Zheng Yi shouted desperately, but to no avail. Lu Yuan waved his hand lightly at him, then a wicked smile appeared on his lips. With a push of his feet, he flew away from the airport.

The moment Lu Yuan jumped out of the cabin, he felt as if he were being pulled down by a huge rock. The wind was whistling in his ears, and he felt his mouth was filled with air mixed with volcanic ash, which made him feel choked. So he gently pulled off the rope on his chest.

Immediately, a tremendous pulling force brought him back into the sky, and an umbrella-shaped object, just like the one in the picture, opened up behind him. Lu Yuan felt as if he were floating lightly in the sky.

However, the weather wasn't very good at the moment, with crosswinds everywhere. Moreover, Lu Yuan didn't know where he was or how far he was from home, so he just let the wind blow as the paraglider above his head slowly approached the ground.
