The car was completely stuck. Lu Yuan secretly punched the steering wheel. At that moment, the termites smelled the human scent in the driver's seat and enveloped the entire cabin.
Lu Yuan sighed, then took out a flamethrower from the back seat. He had prepared this when he came.
With a "click," Lu Yuan lit the flamethrower, and a wisp of flame shot out from the nozzle. After making a few adjustments, Lu Yuan kicked the car door open.
The moment the car door opened, a swarm of termites rushed in.
Lu Yuan held a flamethrower and sprayed it at the termite swarm.
"Whoosh whoosh whoosh"
The flames continued to burn the termite colony, leaving countless dead termites inside the carriage.
Lu Yuan kept pressing the trigger until the tip of the flamethrower turned crimson red before finally releasing it.
However, the termite swarm's attack did not stop. They rushed into the driver's cab in a swarm, and Lu Yuan felt his body begin to feel heavy.
All I could hear was the sound of termites gnawing at my protective suit.
A casual swipe can kill a dozen or even dozens of termites.
Lu Yuan cursed inwardly, then took out another flamethrower and got out of the car.
The flamethrower's nozzle at the top was reignited.
Another burst of flames erupted, and the termite swarm continued its relentless pursuit of Lu Yuan, attacking him relentlessly.
Seeing the termites covering his body like a giant snowball, Lu Yuan felt extremely panicked.
He gritted his teeth, then took an oil drum out of the dimensional space and lit it nearby.

The surrounding flames formed a ring of fire nearby, instantly burning countless termites to death. The termite swarm suddenly seemed to receive a command and immediately began to scatter, but it did not launch another attack on Lu Yuan.
Seeing the termite swarm's reaction, Lu Yuan was startled: "Damn it! Do these termites have some kind of basic intelligence? If so, this is terrible!"
Next, Lu Yuan retrieved several oil drums from the dimensional space and carried them on his back. Then, he activated the flamethrower in his hand again and walked out of the fire circle towards the residential area.
From the windows of the residential area, Lu Yuan could see many people peering at him from behind the windows.
These people looked utterly shocked, but not a single one of them came out.
Just then, an airplane flew by in the sky, spraying a mist of spray from its tail. The spray fell and immediately killed a large number of termites.
Seeing this, Lu Yuan felt a sense of relief.
"I didn't expect they had already developed some termite-killing agents!"
Termites were dying in droves all around, their corpses scattered everywhere. However, when the pesticide was sprayed on Lu Yuan, he smelled a strong sour odor.
Then Lu Yuan saw that the oil drum he was carrying on his back began to emit wisps of smoke due to the corrosive effect of the liquid.
"Holy crap! Spraying sulfuric acid?"
Lu Yuan's heart tightened immediately, and he quickly walked towards a residential building.
Once inside, Lu Yuan finally breathed a sigh of relief. Looking at the solution on his protective suit, he was speechless.
Just then, a shout came from inside the stairwell.
"Please leave! You've brought termites here!"
Lu Yuan looked up and saw a man wearing a protective suit made of some unknown material, holding a gun and pointing it at Lu Yuan.
"Please leave! We do not welcome outsiders!"
Lu Yuan immediately sneered: "Is this your residence?"
"Of course! Our area has been infested with termites! You need to get out of here right now! We don't want the termites to find us here!"
"Heh! Fine! Since you don't welcome me, I can leave! But I hope you won't regret it after I leave!"
"Stop talking nonsense! If you don't leave, we'll shoot!"
Lu Yuan glanced at the other person and felt a strange sense of indifference rising within him; he had lost count of how many times he had been driven away.
They had clearly seen what had happened to him downstairs, but not a single person offered to help, and not a single person even suggested that he go inside to take shelter.
So, Lu Yuan left the building. Just as he stepped out, he heard the door behind him suddenly slam shut.
Then, as if they had planned it together, the sound of doors closing echoed from all the buildings in the residential area, clearly indicating that they didn't want Lu Yuan to go in.
Seeing this scene, Lu Yuan felt a pang of sadness in his heart.
At this point, they still don't know how to unite; this will only lead to their hasty demise.
