Lu Yuan looked at his entourage; they seemed to be in a much more miserable state than the president, but their eyes were filled with a resolute expression.
One of the attendants came up to Zhou Tong and respectfully saluted him. Zhou Tong smiled slightly and returned the salute, then pointed to Lu Yuan and introduced him.
After Lu Yuan was introduced, the other attendants immediately stood at attention and saluted him respectfully. Freeman, unable to stand due to his leg injury, could only nod slightly at Lu Yuan.
"Mr. Lu, where are we going now?"
Lu Yuan didn't answer him, but instead looked at the source of the gunshots behind him.
"You don't have any tracking devices on you, do you?"
Freeman paused for a moment, then touched himself: "I don't know, there doesn't seem to be a tracking device on my clothes."
Zhou Tong shook his head, stepped forward and pulled open Freeman's collar, then found a stitched-up wound on the back of the man's neck.
"They may have been prepared all along. There's a tracker on the back of your neck. They can use that to find your location, so no matter where you run, you can't escape their tracking."
Upon hearing Zhou Tong's words, Freeman was immediately alarmed. He quickly reached up and touched the back of his neck, and sure enough, he felt a lump that looked like a boil under his skin.
He scratched at the wound and found it painful, so he gave up on the idea of removing the tracker: "So what should we do next?"
Zhou Tong then looked at Lu Yuan and said, "It seems we have no choice but to send him there!"
Lu Yuan knew what Zhou Tong was talking about, so after pondering for a moment, he sent Freeman and the others into the dimensional space with a single thought.
"Old Zhou, why don't you come in with us?"
Zhou Tong shook his head: "No, it's too dangerous here. I have to stay with you. Otherwise, if something really happens to you, how am I supposed to explain it to Xiao Shan when I get back?"
Alright, that's enough. Let me discuss this with my men. They can go in first, and the two of us will run. We're the two with the best stamina here; they won't be able to catch us. Let's figure out how to handle this area first, then find their armory, take what's inside, and we'll leave!
After thinking for a moment, Lu Yuan finally nodded and then instructed the other special forces members to settle Freeman and the others in, and not to let them know about his mysterious space.
With a flick of his finger, Lu Yuan sent all the other team members into the club space, leaving only him and Zhou Tong outside.
The gunshots behind him were getting closer and closer, and flashlight beams shone in his direction every now and then.
Knowing that this place was not a good place to stay, Lu Yuan exchanged a glance with Zhou Tong and then ran quickly westward.
However, there were too many pursuers behind them. After running for half an hour, they heard the sound of an engine behind them, and Lu Yuan frowned.
"Damn it, these guys were chasing us so closely. So they came by car. Old Zhou, what do we do now?"
The two squatted down, and Zhou Tong gently drew on the snow with a stick. After a moment of thought, he said, "How about we fly the plane over here first, then circle around them and have them guard this place while we go back to find the armory!"
After hearing the plan, Lu Yuan thought for a while and decided to give it a try. After all, there were only two of them, and they wouldn't stand a chance against these vicious soldiers from the beacon country. So Lu Yuan quickly got the plane out.
After boarding the transport plane, Zhou Tong quickly ran to the driver's seat and shut down all systems except the engine.
Because he didn't know if the people from the United States were carrying any signal tracking devices, and if they detected a signal on the plane, he would likely be tracked by them.
The headlights on the front of the transport plane lit up, and then the propellers began to spin continuously. After a few minutes, Zhou Tong nodded to Lu Yuan: "Warm-up is complete, we can take off!"
Then the other party pulled up the control stick, and the plane began to slowly climb upwards.
According to their original plan, they were to circle around to the back of the town, which, according to Freeman, was where they hid their armory.
They planned to use a feint, leaving some traces here for them, then flying a helicopter to their rear, taking everything from the armory, and returning.
So Zhou Tong piloted the helicopter towards the pursuers, while the soldiers who were searching for Freeman showed expressions of astonishment the moment they saw the signal on the signal device suddenly disappear.
Then the team leader, looking puzzled, asked one of his teammates, "What's going on? Where are you? Why is there no signal?"
The team member in charge of tracking the equipment also showed a hint of helplessness: "Captain, I'm not quite sure either. Maybe they entered some area with magnetic field disturbances. Their signal disappeared!"
"Damn it, we can't let them get away like this, otherwise we won't be able to explain ourselves to General Charles when we get back!"
After pacing back and forth a few times, the captain finally spoke: "Here's what we'll do. See if there are any mines or similar places nearby. If you find any places with a strong magnetic field, search them!"
