Chapter 788 Returning to the Outside Space

"They ran 500 meters carrying a bleeding person. If it were a monster, it would have eaten them on the spot. But to be able to carry a person for 500 meters, it seems they must be related to a nearby tribe!"

Upon hearing his words, Lu Yuan was taken aback at first, then said with a deep gaze, "Old Zhou, do you mean that the nearby tribes have attacked our people?"

Zhou Tong nodded: "That's right, it seems to be Harold's men. I felt something was off about them a few days ago. They've been negotiating with us. If it were a normal person, they would usually give up after two or three days, but one of them has managed to hold out for so long!"

Lu Yuan took a flashlight and walked along the road ahead. Suddenly, a figure flashed behind a large tree in the distance and disappeared. Without thinking, Lu Yuan took a step and chased after it.

The sounds of gunfire echoed through the woods, suggesting that the people in the distance were unarmed and were simply running without offering any resistance.
