Mingmei showed no fear and still refused to give up her naive idea: "I didn't bring any money. I hid it somewhere else! Where is my sister? Bring my sister here first! We made a promise! You said that if I completed this mission, we sisters could leave the organization!"
Gin looked at Akemi with a hint of mockery in his eyes: "This is going to be very difficult. Your sister is much more useful than you. She is one of the few top talents in the organization, and the organization needs her services right now!"
Mingmei's hopes were dashed; she could only hope that the man in the crimson robe would really come!
Gin picked up his gun: "Tell me where the money is!"
Kwang-woo knew it was time for him to step in: "Hey, isn't it a bit much to bully a girl like this?"
Two gunshots rang out along with Kōyū's words, and the whistling bullets struck Gin and Vodka directly.
Gin's instincts allowed him to dodge a fatal blow, but it still struck him in the chest. The weapon was unidentified, but it was enough to keep him in bed for a while!
Vodka wasn't that powerful, but he wasn't bad either. He shot him in the kidneys, which basically ruined one of his kidneys.
Gin lost interest in asking about money and decisively gave up. He raised his hand and shot Akemi in the chest, causing a flower of blood to bloom on Akemi's chest.
Akemi collapsed, and the blood flowing from the corner of her mouth reassured Gin somewhat, at least he didn't have to worry about the others finding out!
Gin and Vodka clutched their wounds and hid in a corner of the warehouse.
Gin recognized the voice and shouted, "Shark! Why are you interfering with my plans again!"
A hoarse laugh echoed throughout the warehouse: "Why? Because I'm not happy that you're all dressed in black! How about that reason? Are you satisfied?"
Gin cursed under his breath, but Kousuke's next words made them somewhat panicked.
Guangyou said, "I've already planted a bomb in this warehouse, just waiting for you to take the bait!"
Gin looked at Akemi lying on the ground and said, "That bitch! Good riddance!"
Gin then looked at Vodka: "Can you still walk?"
Gin still felt a little reluctant to part with his long-time follower, after all, they had worked together quite well, and losing such a useful follower would really make Gin feel a bit uneasy.
Vodka nodded: "Not bad enough to kill him!"
Gin's face showed resentment: "Let's go, let's retreat first. Anyway, that bitch is dead! Luckily we knew she hid that money in the safe! Go back and take some men to look for it!"
Vodka responded and quickly followed Gin out.
The two tried to run away, but Guangyou didn't think he could stop them so easily. Besides, his goal today wasn't to kill them, but to save Mingmei!
At that moment, Kōyū stepped out from the corner: "Ms. Akemi, you can get up now!"
Upon hearing this, Akemi, who was lying on the ground, slowly got up and coughed twice: "Thank you, sir!"
Despite wearing a bulletproof vest, the impact of the bullet still caused Akemi some minor injuries.
Guangyou shook his head: "I saved you, mostly for my own sake!"
At this moment, Kōyū dragged the fake corpse out and placed it where Akemi was. He said to Akemi, "Follow me through the secret passage I prepared at the back! I'm going to blow this up!"
Akemi nodded and followed Kōyū out of the warehouse through the back passage. After leaving the warehouse, Kōyū pressed the detonator in his hand.
With a loud "BOOM," the warehouse collapsed, and scorching flames engulfed the wreckage. Looking at the state of the warehouse, Guangyou nodded and breathed a sigh of relief.
Gin, clutching his wound, looked at the warehouse from a distance. He was naturally suspicious, and even though he was injured, he had to confirm whether the shark that Kousuke was disguised as was to save Akemi.
Luckily, when Kōsuke pressed the detonator, Gin saw from afar that where Akemi had died, there was indeed a "Akemi" lying there. Watching the warehouse explode, Gin, his face pale, got into the car and said to Vodka, who was also pale, "Death confirmed! Let's go!"
