The coffee shop and some restaurants are located here.
When they get tired of shopping, the young women like to come here for a sweet drink and a piece of cake.

Mingmei shook her head and said, "Let's rest for a while."
"Why do we have to come to this one? Isn't the ramen shop next door good enough?"
Kaito's mournful voice reached Kouyu's ears from the doorway.
"Because the tuna sushi here is really good." Aoko grinned mischievously, pulling Kaito along, her tone revealing a hint of her temper. "Besides, didn't you say I was in charge today?"
"All right..."
Kaito sighed deeply, offering no resistance, his demeanor suggesting he had accepted life and death with equanimity.
Hearing this, Kōyū understood why Kaito was so resistant; the kid was afraid of fish, but Kaito Kid's fear of fish was still a secret.
If Nakamori Ginzo knew, he'd probably be overjoyed. All that high-tech protection is useless; putting gemstones in a fish tank full of fish would be infinitely more effective.
Guangyou chuckled softly: "Unfortunately, he doesn't know, and he also doesn't know that his son-in-law is the person he's trying to arrest."
