"Kouyu, are you really not going?" Conan asked Kouyu, who was eating breakfast, as he came out of the bathroom. "Haibara is going too."
Guangyou nonchalantly chewed on his sandwich and replied, "I'm not going. I have things to do today. Remember to watch your step, or I'll tell Xiaolan about what happened to you."
Conan was exasperated, then shook his head: "Fine, I won't go then. Why threaten me? I'm leaving now."
"Bang"
After hearing the door close, Guangyou quickly finished his sandwich, picked up his small bag from beside the chair, and called out to Xiaolan, who was tidying up in the kitchen, "Xiaolan, I'm going out now."
"Be careful on the road!" Ran's voice rang out from the kitchen. After hearing the response, Kōyū changed his expression and grinned, "We'll meet again, Kid."
Fortunately, Kaito also lived in Tokyo. Although he didn't live in Beika Town, it wasn't too far away, so Kouyu took the Shinkansen directly to Ekoda.
Leaning against the window, watching the fleeting beauty, Kōyū rubbed his temples and muttered to himself, "Ai's mental block is still there. I thought things had improved a lot, but it seems there are still some issues."
Then he suddenly smiled and said, "Thank goodness, we saved Mingmei, otherwise that girl would have made another phone call late at night."
While Kōyū was lost in thought, Ékoda arrived. Kōyū, realizing what was happening, smacked his lips, shook his head, and walked onto the platform.
As soon as Guangyou exited the station, he saw an extremely irritating face. The person was leaning on the railing, looking impatient. Seeing that the person hadn't noticed him, Guangyou slowed down and quietly approached.
The man didn't notice, his fingers tapping crisply on the railing as he muttered, "Damn guy, I don't know what he's doing here. I finally had some free time and wanted to go on a date with Aoko, but it's ruined again."
Seemingly recalling the appearance of the guy he was talking about, the face leaning against the railing twitched slightly, and he gritted his teeth: "I'll definitely teach him a lesson later!"
After saying that, he seemed to raise his fist as if to slam it on the railing, when suddenly Guangyou's voice rang in his ears.
"Who do you think should look good, Kaito-nii?"
The childish voice was like a thunderclap. Kaito's hand froze in mid-air. He forced a smile, cold sweat beading on his forehead. He slowly turned to look at the smiling Kouyu and said, "I'm telling you, this time you're here, I'm going to show you Aoko's cooking skills."
Kōyū nodded in satisfaction: "Okay, thank you Kaito-nii-san."
"Well then, let's go, I'll take you to my house." Kaito realized he had gotten away with it, so he quickly turned around and led the way. As soon as he turned around, he sighed and said in a low voice, "Luckily, I'm quick-witted and agile."
"What are you saying? Hurry up and go." Kōyū's voice rang out behind Kaito once again.
"Hi!"
...
Kōyū first followed Kaito to the Blue Parrot Billiards Bar. Kaito pointed to the door and said, "Grandpa Terai is inside."
Next, the two went into the bar, which was empty except for a bald old man in a dark blue suit wiping glasses at the bar.
Upon entering the bar, Guangyou was immediately drawn to a set of golf clubs hanging on the wall, and couldn't help but exclaim, "These golf clubs are quite luxurious."
Kaito looked at the cue sticks and said, "Yeah, that's a magic cue stick. I won it back."
Guangyou raised an eyebrow and continued to look at the cue stick on the wall, which was inlaid with many diamonds and emeralds. He didn't know if it was amazing or not, but he knew that the cue stick was very expensive.
When Terai saw Kaito and Kouyu enter, he walked over and said, "Young Master, you've arrived."
Then he turned to Guangyou and said, "You must be the little boy the young master mentioned before. Seeing you today, you are indeed extraordinary."
Kaito was too lazy to correct Terai's way of addressing him. He walked to the bar and said, "So, what brings you here to see Grandpa Terai?"
Kwang-yu didn't hide anything and said bluntly, "I want a Kid uniform that fits my body and the matching props."
"Doesn't your robe have a hang glider?" Kaito sipped his coffee and let out a satisfied sigh.
Guangyou also walked to the bar and sat down, poured himself a cup of coffee, took a sip, and explained, "Because that identity, like yours, cannot be exposed, I need an outfit that allows me to show myself in the open."
After hearing Kosuke's request, Terai looked at Kaito. Seeing Kaito nod, Terai said to Kosuke, "No problem, but it will take two days."
Seeing that the matter was resolved, Guangyou finally felt a little relieved. However, he couldn't show that robe too often. It was fine if he met someone like Jodie or Shuichi, or if Gin saw him, Guangyou's identity might be exposed.
As for why it had to be Terai's side that did it, it was because, up to now, Kousuke didn't know or remember what equipment Kid had, except for smoke bombs and other strange items.
He had also approached Professor Agasa, but Professor Agasa made it clear that he did not know what gadgets Kaito Kid had, and the only thing Terai had asked him to do was some small gadgets.
This trip wasn't just about getting equipment; Guangyou also wanted to indulge in his wicked hobby. Thinking of this, a cruel smile crept onto Guangyou's lips once again.
As Kaito finished his last sip of coffee, he suddenly felt a chill down his spine. He quickly looked around but found nothing else. He wondered if he was just being paranoid.
After saying goodbye to Terai Kinosuke, Kōyū followed Kaito to his house. Upon entering Kaito's house, Kōyū said curiously, "So your house isn't full of playing cards after all."
Kaito looked at Kōyū as if he were an idiot: "Why does it have to be that way?"
Shrugging, Kōyū followed Kaitō to his room. Through the window of Kaitō's room, Kōyū could clearly see the figure moving around in the room opposite.
Without paying too much attention, Kōyū turned to the most conspicuous portrait in the room. Seeing that Kōyū's attention was on the portrait, Kaito's words unconsciously carried a hint of pride: "That's my dad, Kuroba Toichi, the first Kaito Kid. You should know him."
He reached out and pressed on the portrait, and a faint gear-like sound suddenly came from the room. Along with the gear-like sound, the portrait seemed to move slightly.
Guangyou wasn't surprised. He reached out and gently pushed the portrait, which rotated half a circle, revealing a deep downward passage. Guangyou jumped directly into it.
Kaito was clearly shocked by Kouyu's skillful movements, his eyes narrowing slightly: "Has he been here before? It doesn't seem like it."
However, he didn't dwell on it and followed Guangyou into the passage with his question in mind.
As the two entered the passage, the portrait began to rotate. A white figure flashed past on the back of the portrait. When the portrait slowly came to a stop, the room returned to its original state, as if no one had ever been there.
