Chapter 84 The Probe Spokesperson

On their way back, both of them were getting a bit hot from carrying the bottles. Chen Feng bought two bottles of chilled Sprite and handed one to Lin Nian.

"Brother, how many days are you going to be gone this time?" Lin Nian offered Chen Feng a cigarette.

"I estimate it will take about a week, barring any unforeseen circumstances." Chen Feng lit a cigarette and took a drag.

“Okay, then call me if anything happens at home. I’m usually home anyway.” Lin Nian was quite thoughtful.

"Okay, I'll let you know if I need anything." Chen Feng smiled and patted him on the shoulder.

Actually, there was nothing wrong at home, but Chen Feng didn't want to let Lin Nian down, so he agreed anyway.

After all, it's quite heartwarming to hear someone say something like that at a time like this.

"Brother, my grandpa wants me to come home and do some work. I'm leaving now. Call me if you need anything," Lin Nian said, glancing at his phone and looking up.

"Okay, go ahead." Chen Feng nodded.

After Lin Nian left, Chen Feng went to Han Jian's house to buy a few more small bottles to store goods.

After all, it's been five days outside the province, so two small bottles definitely wouldn't be enough to hold everything.

Actually, last night, he was deep in thought as he looked at the two large cans of food that his family had finished eating from last time.

Should we take these two things with us and solve the problem once and for all? It seems like we could fit a month's worth of goods, let alone five days' worth.

But after thinking about it, I decided not to do it, mainly because it was a bit too extravagant.

Small bottles are more convenient.

"Old Han, how's business lately?" Chen Feng asked as he pushed open the door to Han Jian's house.

There were only a few people chatting idly in Han Jianguo's house. Han Jianguo was at the bar, leaning back in a big, peeling black chair, with his legs crossed.

"Hey, isn't this Fengzi? How's my detector? You've been scouting quite a bit lately, haven't you?" Han Jianguo stood up when he saw him and asked with a smile.

"Not bad, business has been good lately, you must have sold a lot of detectors, right?" Chen Feng said with a faint smile as he approached the bar.

"Not bad, thanks to you, haha." Han Jianguo couldn't stop laughing when he mentioned it.

Ever since the news of Chen Feng finding the goods spread, he has been telling everyone he meets that Fengzi bought the detector from him.

The sales of those detectors really skyrocketed. His inventory of detectors was completely sold out, and he ordered another batch.

"What should we get this time? How about a big detector?" Han Jianguo said expectantly.

Last time, he recommended a smaller one to Chen Feng because he thought Chen Feng couldn't afford it; this time, he dared to recommend a larger one.

After all, everyone knows that Chen Feng can easily spend several thousand dollars on a single trip, and a large detector is no problem for him.

"We'll talk about that later. This is enough for now. Get me ten glass bottles," Chen Feng said.

"What, you can't even fit two of them? You have so much gold from outside the province?"

Han Jianguo was instantly shocked upon hearing this, and the others in the room also stared wide-eyed.

If ten glass bottles could be filled, how much money would that make? Wouldn't you become rich?

"What? Nonsense. My glass bottle broke last time, so I came here to grab a few more so I don't have to keep coming back here," Chen Feng lied.

"Oh, you scared me. I thought you could make so much money outside the province." Han Jianguo breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing this.

He turned around and handed Chen Feng ten glass bottles.

Han Jianguo hesitated for a moment, then put the package in a plastic bag for Chen Feng.

Actually, ten glass bottles only cost two yuan, but he sold them for fifty cents each.

He's been selling detectors under Chen Feng's name lately. If we charge him for the glass bottles again, will he blow up the temple?

He knew Chen Feng's temper well; he was easily swayed by gentle persuasion but not by force. If he got angry, things would get complicated.

"How much?" Chen Feng asked, taking the plastic bag.

Upon hearing Chen Feng's words, Han Jianguo suddenly had a brilliant idea. For a moment, he even admired his own wisdom and hurriedly spoke to Chen Feng.

"Fengzi, I won't charge you for the glass bottle. How about this, you become the spokesperson for my detector?"

"What the heck?" Chen Feng didn't understand what he was saying for a moment.

“From now on, you’ll be my spokesperson for the detector. You’ll be out there making money every day, and you’ll meet a lot of people. If anyone asks you where you bought the detector, just say you bought it from me, okay?” Han Jianguo said with a wise smile.

After understanding what Han Jianguo meant, Chen Feng was speechless. He crossed his arms and looked at Han Jianguo.

"No, am I that worthless? You think a few broken glass bottles would make me your spokesperson?"

What are you thinking?

"If you send me a large detector, I might consider it."

Chen Feng rolled his eyes and said.

Upon hearing about the large detector, Han Jianguo's face twitched.

"Fengzi, that big detector is so expensive, I can't afford to give it to you. How about I add two more shovels for you?" Han Jianguo suggested.

"What a load of crap! Celebrities make millions for endorsements. Even if I can't match their earnings, I can't just agree to do it for a few dollars. Are you insulting me?"

Chen Feng stared wide-eyed and said that he was now a well-known gold rush physique, and that an endorsement fee of ten glass bottles was laughable.

To be honest, Han Jianguo learned this endorsement strategy from the internet. Big companies all do it this way, so he figured he could just follow suit.

"No, let's discuss this, Fengzi. We definitely can't just give it away for free. How about I give you a discount?" Han Jianguo came up with a solution.

"You want me to be your spokesperson, and then I have to buy a detector from you?"

"No, you've become too cunning, haven't you? When you were the spokesperson, at least you gave me a few glass bottles, but now you won't even give me bottles, and I still have to pay you."

"Han Jianguo, it's a good thing you didn't become an official. If you had, you'd have been shot within a month," Chen Feng said, pointing at him with utter exasperation.

Han Jianguo blinked upon hearing this, looking embarrassed. It seemed that what Chen Feng said made no mistake. How did it become that he had asked Chen Feng to be his spokesperson and Chen Feng had to pay him?

I have to say, I'm truly a natural-born businessman, a genius.

"How about this? You'll have to replace the detector sooner or later anyway. I'll give you a big one at cost price; I won't make any profit," Han Jianguo quickly suggested.

"I don't want it, my small one is enough. Just tell me how much the glass bottle costs, I'm not going to argue with you anymore, I want to go home."

"If I keep arguing with you, you'll even fool me into revealing my underwear," Chen Feng urged, carrying the bag.

Although Chen Feng was considering replacing the detector, it was sufficient for the time being, so he had no plans to replace it.

Larger detectors have a wider range and greater depth, making exploration much easier than with smaller ones.

Even if Chen Feng wanted to change, he couldn't let Han Jianguo see it; he had to keep an eye on him.

"Come with me." Seeing Chen Feng about to leave, Han Jianguo quickly stepped out from behind the counter and pulled him to the warehouse on the side.

"Fengzi, look how great this big detector is. I've always sold it for four thousand eight."
