Chapter 23 Climbing

Li Wenjia knocked on the toolbox at the door. The staff officers looked at him together, then turned their heads at the same time and looked at the figure sitting in the dark.

"It's you! You're here?" The figure in protective clothing muttered to himself in a hoarse voice, but he did not turn to look at the door.

Li Wenjia randomly picked a staff officer and asked, "How long has he been like this?"

The staff officer held up five fingers and said only one word: "Five."

Li Wenjia nodded, then walked around them, walked behind the figure, leaned down, and said to him in a tone that was almost commanding: "Let's go climb the mountain."

The two climbed up the terraces, using their hands and feet to climb higher and higher. Lao Ma soon couldn't keep up with Li Wenjia's speed. He rarely wore protective clothing, so he was not used to the lack of oxygen inside and began to gasp for breath.
