Chapter Ninety-Three: Finding the Way

The creatures looked at each other in bewilderment. The creatures on their side, carrying torches, went to the edge of the cold pool to check. They confirmed that the little devil had not lied to them, but the thought of the densely packed creatures that looked like mosquito larvae made their scalps tingle!

“We can use fire. We all saw it just now. The creatures in the cold pool all ran away when the little devil threw in the torches, which means they are afraid of fire. If all of our companions hold torches, we should be able to reach the bottom of the lake!”

"Should? What if he doesn't make it?"

"As long as we have enough torches, this method is not impossible!"

"The key is that we only have these few torches left. We don't know how deep the cold pool is. If we run out of torches and haven't reached the bottom of the lake, won't we all die in there?"

"I feel like this little devil has a way, but it just doesn't want to tell us. It wants us to try it, hoping we'll all die inside so it can keep all the treasures left by our ancestors for itself!"

All living beings watched as the little guy and his group sat not far away, happily munching on dried meat and drinking fruit wine, causing countless creatures' stomachs to rumble involuntarily.

These creatures had been weary and exhausted from their journey, constantly on the run, dominated by fear, and preoccupied with how to survive. Their nerves were on edge. Now, as they suddenly relaxed and saw the little demons tearing at the jerky with relish, they couldn't help but swallow hard.

"What should we do now? Should we leave here first, go out and prepare torches before coming back in?"

"That won't do. They might go into the icy pool right after we leave, and by the time we come back with our supplies, there won't be anything left!"

"So what do you suggest we do now? We can't leave, and there's no way to drive away these creatures. We can't just starve to death here, can we?"

"What should we do? We don't have many companions left. We either die here, or we go out and find some torches and come back!"

“I feel like we have so many companions, and they only have two or three of them. How could we not be able to hold them back? Once we hold them back, everything else will fall into place!”

"Heh! Just those two or three? You must be dreaming! You've seen how strong they are. Even a lone wolf could terrify us. Not to mention there's Little Devil and four other wolves here, plus a bear. Don't drag me into this mess!"

"I know that even if we all join forces, we might not be a match for them, but look, they've already lost one of their members, which means our chances of winning have increased. Besides, we're not going to fight them head-on. We can do it this way..." The being began to explain its plan using its divine sense.

"Master, I have a feeling that these creatures are gathering together as if they are planning something. We should be careful!" After saying that, the wolf fiercely tore at the very chewy jerky with its teeth.

"Hehe, even Flower Wolf can tell these things aren't good birds. It seems these things really aren't good!" the wolf joked.

"No rush, I should know what they're up to. Just cooperate with me!" the little guy said with a smile.

Before long, several creatures arrived. The arrival of these creatures caused all four wolves, except for the still unconscious Sirius, to tremble slightly!

"Those creatures over there are truly vicious!" Xiong Xixi thought to herself.

The seven female wolves that came over were considered to be stunningly beautiful among wolves; otherwise, how could they have made the other four wolves feel like there was a wild boar running around inside them?

"I see that your kind is seriously injured, so we've come to help you take care of it!" A mother wolf looked at the white wolf and directly explained the purpose of her companions' visit.

"You should go back! We can take care of our companions ourselves!" White Wolf's tone was very cold.

"Don't misunderstand, we're here for no particular purpose. We just want your help in times of crisis. We just want to survive in this place!"

"Is that so? Your side is also full of strong people, not necessarily weaker than ours. You can attach yourself to one or a few of them, and they can protect you!"

“We are all wolves, but we have different stances. We don’t trust those alien creatures at all. I feel that the creatures of our own kind are more reliable!”

"Fellow wolves? You guys were probably involved when you beat up my brother too!"

"We really don't have it! If you don't show up soon, we sisters are prepared to find a chance to rescue it!"

"You would be so kind? If we hadn't come looking for us, you would have killed it and thrown it into the icy pond, wouldn't you?"

"I know you don't trust us, and we understand that. But we are truly here to help you. Those beings on the other side know they can't defeat you, but they want the artifacts left by their ancestors, so they are planning to use underhanded tactics to oppress you. You need to be careful!"

"Thank you for reminding us. We will be careful. Now you may leave!"

"Fine, since you don't welcome us, there's no point in us staying. Take care of yourselves!"

Seeing that their companions were wary and wouldn't accept them, the seven she-wolves didn't force the issue and prepared to leave.

"I was wondering why I couldn't find you guys. What? Want to join them?" A toad-like creature swayed over to the little guy and looked at the seven mother wolves with a mocking expression.

“Where we go is none of your business. Besides, who we’re with is none of your concern,” one of the she-wolves said, looking at the toad with utter disgust.

"Hehe...yes! It has nothing to do with me, but when I see you guys putting your cold faces on someone's hot ass and then not wanting them, I feel inexplicably happy. If they don't want you, come to me, brother, I can take good care of you!" The toad, with its pimple-covered face, stared at the seven female wolves with its dead fish eyes that looked like they were about to bulge out.

"With you? You should take a piss and look at yourself in the mirror. Even if we have no other kind of people to accept us, we would never look at a disgusting thing like you, all pockmarked and covered in wraps!"

"Even if I'm disgusting, I'm still better than you rotten trash that no living being would want even if you paid me!"

"Who the hell are you calling trash?"

"Whoever agrees, that's who I'm talking about!"

"I think you're fucking desperate!"

"Hehe, how do you plan to make me die? Will it be an ecstasy or a death beneath a peony flower?"

"Wait till I twist that thing off you, then let's see if you're still so slutty!"

A she-wolf let out a low growl and pounced directly at the toad!

"Hehe, you called me a flirt, but now you can't help but throw yourself into my arms. Come here, my wolf sister, my chest is so warm!" The toad chuckled strangely, then opened its forearms and hugged the fierce she-wolf!

Just as the mother wolf was about to approach the toad, she suddenly leaped up and jumped over the toad's head. She had no way of fighting this disgusting-looking creature. If she had even made a slight contact with the toad, she would have felt disgusted for a long time!

"My little wolf sister, what do you mean by this?" the toad said with a grin, watching the mother wolf leap over his head.

Just as the mother wolf was about to hit the ground, a tongue as thick as an adult's arm suddenly came flying at her!

The mother wolf was startled! She hadn't expected that this wretched toad would launch a surprise attack on her before she even landed and before she had any strength left!

The toad looked smug, his tongue about to wrap around the female wolf. "I'll teach you female spirits to be so arrogant all the time and never even look at me properly. This time I must take down these seven female wolves. Even if I can't take them all down, taking down two or three shouldn't be a problem!"

Just as the toad thought it had the she-wolf in its grasp, a sudden gust of cold wind swept in from behind!

The toad snorted coldly, without even turning its head, its whole body suddenly swelled up like a giant balloon! The fist-sized lumps on its back spewed out countless toxic fumes towards the attackers behind it!

The mother wolf let out a mournful howl as she found herself tightly wrapped in a very sticky tongue. Goosebumps rose all over her body, and she felt unclean all over!

The female wolf behind was also hit by the toad's poisonous mist. She groaned and fell heavily to the ground, motionless and unconscious...

"Let them go, you disgusting thing!" The remaining she-wolves growled and charged at the toad. The toad gently placed its two spoils beside it and calmly began to deal with the attacking she-wolves!

"Tui!"

The toad spat a barrage of saliva at the ferocious-looking female wolves, who could only dodge it to avoid getting their saliva on them.

The female wolves were furious, but they were helpless against the disgusting toad. They could only circle around the toad, waiting for an opportunity to launch a surprise attack.

"Hahaha...wolf sisters, come and hit me, come and hit me! Hahaha..." The toad spat at the mother wolves while laughing smugly.

"What are you doing? Are you making a spectacle of yourselves for other creatures to see? All of you, stop right now!" A sudden, furious shout rang out.

A mountain leopard arrived and roared at several female wolves and toads.

"I advise you not to meddle in other people's business! Leave right now, or I can pretend you were just passing by!" The toad stared coldly at the mountain leopard, completely disregarding it!

The mountain leopard had been coveting these female wolves for a long time. Seeing them suffer a loss here, he rushed over to play the hero and save the day! He looked down on this toad from the bottom of his heart and felt extremely disgusted.

"Fine, release them, and I might spare your life!" the mountain leopard said arrogantly.

"Hehe! How could I possibly give up something I finally got? Don't act so high and mighty. I know what you're thinking. Fine, for the sake of us being kindred spirits, I'll take these two. The rest you can catch yourself!" the toad said with an evil grin.

"Hmph! I advise you to release those two immediately, or don't blame me for killing you!" Mountain Leopard said fiercely.

"Hahaha... Come on... I want to see how you're going to kill me!" The toad looked at the mountain leopard and said with an air of "I'm not afraid of you."

The mountain leopard stared intently at the toad with its amber eyes, then slowly extended its claws and let out a low growl!

"call"!

A blur of motion! The mountain leopard was incredibly fast! In the blink of an eye, it was in front of the toad, its sharp claws poking fiercely at the toad's head!

In that instant, the leopard's claws were struck by a rock. The leopard felt a sharp pain in its claws and quickly moved away from the toad, returning to its previous position.

It was only a blink of an eye! The toad was also frightened, not expecting this mountain leopard to be so fast! If it weren't for the help of other creatures, its head might have already been cleaved in two by the leopard's sharp claws!

"There are accomplices!" Mountain Leopard looked around warily, still searching for Toad's accomplices. He was now regretting getting involved in this mess.

"Don't look! I'm not with it. I saved its life because I wanted to cooperate with it!" The little guy's voice rang out from not far away.

"Cooperate with it?" The mountain leopard looked at the little guy with some doubt, unable to understand why this human would cooperate with this toad.

"Want to cooperate with me? Cooperate on what? Take down these she-wolves? Heh heh, so young and already so bad!" The toad said with an evil grin.

"I saved you, shouldn't you repay me?" the little guy asked the toad.

"Logically speaking, I should repay you. What? Do you want me to repay you with my body?" the toad said with a shy expression.

"vomit"!

None of the creatures around could bear it; they were all disgusted beyond measure.

"Forget about offering yourself in return. I'm not interested in your kind. I only have one request: take us down to the icy pool!" the little guy said very calmly.

"What? What did you say? Say it again!" The toad thought it had misheard. It never expected that this human was telling it to go to the icy pool to die!

"You can take us to the bottom of the icy pool, and we can take whatever we want from there, as long as you take us there!" the little guy said.

"What if I don't agree?"

"It's not up to you! Besides, don't think that a few of you can handle anything. Anything can happen inside, don't you think? I have very strong combat power on my side. Even if we encounter any trouble, we can solve it. Cooperate with me, and I won't treat you unfairly!" the little guy said.

"Hehehe, judging from your tone, even if I don't want to cooperate with you, you can still get through the Cold Pool, right?"

"right"!

"Then why did you drag me into this? We have no connection whatsoever!"

"I think you and your companions have already explored the cold pool, but you didn't dare to go too deep inside, fearing there might be creatures you couldn't handle. So you're waiting, waiting for me, and also waiting for these creatures to be your guides, your stepping stones!" the little guy said softly.

"Hehe, you humans have such clever brains. If I eat you and your brain, will I become just as smart as you and have a brain as clever as yours?"

"Well, I really don't know, but you can give it a try!" the little guy said with a smile.

"Really? Then I'll give it a try!" The toad finished speaking and suddenly leaped up! Caught off guard, it pounced on the little guy!

Like a toad on a small hill, it pressed down on the little guy with the force of Mount Tai! Vast swaths of poisonous mist instantly enveloped the little guy! The toad knew that this human child was unfathomable, so it took the initiative and began to use its trump card, striving to kill him with one blow! Then it would kill these creatures that knew its secret.

Because he couldn't reveal his secret, and he was waiting to reap the benefits, he couldn't expose himself!

A loud "bang"!

The cave trembled slightly as the toad's massive body pressed heavily onto the spot where the little creature stood. In the toad's eyes, this human child was nothing more than an ant, which it could easily and happily crush. Even if it couldn't crush him to death, the poisonous mist it emitted would be enough to make him suffer!

"Croak!" The toad croaked, its entire body swelling up like a giant balloon! Now, even if an elephant stepped on it, it would bounce away!

"Could he be that weak? I killed him in one hit?" The toad hid within its poisonous mist, cautiously sensing its surroundings. Wherever its poisonous mist spread, its divine sense would follow! But it seemed there was nothing there except itself!

Even the human's underlings were gone! They seemed to have vanished into thin air! The toad knew it was in danger; its first attack had missed, and now it had to be wary of the human cub's next attack!

Just as the toad was cautiously sensing its surroundings, a hand suddenly grabbed one of its hind legs and pulled hard. The toad quickly gripped the ground tightly to prevent the hand from dragging it along!

"Boom boom boom!"

The toad's front claws dug grooves more than a meter deep into the ground, but the strength of its hind hand was immense! So strong that it lifted the toad's body, which was like a small hill, into the air!

"ah……",

"Bang bang bang!"

The toad's screams echoed throughout the cave, followed by a series of very muffled sounds!

All living beings watched in terror as a toad, as large as a small hill, was being grabbed by its hind legs and swung around inside the cave by a human child. The toad was tossed around like a tattered sack and slammed hard onto the ground!

Despite the toad's formidable defenses, it cannot withstand the onslaught of human babies!

An hour later,

The toad, which had been swollen and inflated, began to slowly deflate. Its internal organs had been displaced by the impact! Its head was spinning, and all it could hear was the whooshing sound of the wind. With each heavy slam into the ground, it felt as if its internal organs were about to be shattered!

"Stop, stop, stop... I give up, I surrender!" The toad finally couldn't take it anymore and begged the little guy for mercy.

"What did you say? I can't hear you!" the little guy asked, continuing to grab the toad's hind legs and keep hitting it!

"I'm willing to cooperate with you, please spare me! I'm about to die!" the toad wailed.

"I haven't had enough fun yet!" The little guy didn't stop, continuing to swing the toad around while slamming a tattered sack onto the ground.

"I'm willing to submit to you, please let me go! I'm really about to die!" The toad felt that it was teetering on the edge of death, and could be crushed to death by this perverted human at any moment!

With a "bang",

The toad crashed heavily to the ground, its mouth full of blood. Its body was covered with fist-sized lumps of grayish-white venom. Its once round, brownish-red belly had shrunk, and there were puddles of excrement beside it. It lay motionless on the ground, barely alive, as if it were dead!

The little guy approached the toad with a look of disgust, then poked the toad with the stick in his hand, but the toad didn't move at all.

"Master, you didn't really kill it, did you?"

"That shouldn't be! I haven't even used any force yet!"

"I feel like this toad is either dead or crippled now, it's useless!"

"I thought it was really powerful, but I didn't expect it to be so fragile. Oh well, it's dead, so be it. Even in death, we should make use of it." After saying this, the little guy grabbed the toad's hind leg again and dragged the toad, whose life or death was unknown, toward the cold pool.

"Cough cough! Who am I? Where am I? What happened?" The toad suddenly woke up, then felt himself being dragged along, not knowing where he was being taken!

"Ah... please stop hitting me! I've surrendered! I've given up! Please, please let me go!" The toad, seeing the little guy dragging it away to who-knows-where, felt a surge of fear and quickly begged for mercy.

"What? You're not pretending to be dead anymore? You've woken up?" the little guy asked the toad with a smile.

"Ahem, you woke me up!" The toad spouted nonsense with a straight face.

"Alright! Now that you're awake, let's talk about cooperation!"

"Okay, okay! I'll do whatever you say, as long as you stop torturing me!"

"What is the longest time you have spent in the cold pool?"

"Well? We really haven't calculated it! But we've been walking and haven't reached the bottom of the pool yet!" the toad replied.

What are the creatures in the cold pool most afraid of?

"I don't know what they're afraid of, but they're terrified that the poison on us is real. They'll run far away as soon as we get close."

"If that's the case, then you have this advantage, but why don't you just go down to the bottom of the pool?"

"It's not that we don't want to, it's that we simply don't have the chance to go to the bottom of the pool!" the toad said with a look of fear.

"Why? You have this innate advantage, so why can't you go to the bottom? Is there some terrifying creature down there blocking your way?"

"I don't know if there are any terrifying creatures down there, but I do know that my two companions died inside. I can't say for sure whether they are dead or not, I can't be sure right now!" the toad said with a bitter expression.

"What do you mean?" The wolf was increasingly confused.

"I wonder if you've ever had this experience: walking alone in the dark. At first, you know which way you're going, but as you go deeper and deeper into the darkness, and for longer and longer, can you still tell which way you want to go? Can you still be sure that what's ahead of you is where you're going? Who can guarantee that they won't get lost in the dark?"

"You mean your two companions got lost in the icy pool and haven't come out yet?" the little guy asked, frowning.

The toad nodded. He and his companions had wandered around inside and escaped by sheer chance. So he decided to let the little guy or other creatures explore inside first, and then he would follow them in to see if they had any methods to avoid getting lost inside.

"How did you get there? Shrink a bit, my neck is getting sore from looking!" the little guy said, looking at the toad.

"Oh!" The toad quickly shrunk its size to the size of a millstone and looked at the human child with a timid expression.

"At first, we were overjoyed to find these mosquito-like creatures afraid of us. Then we entered the icy pool, and these mosquito-like creatures kept avoiding us, so we began to slowly fall downwards."

But the deeper we went, the more numerous and denser these mosquito-like creatures became, and the slower we fell. After we passed them, the creatures above slowly covered us again, and we were thus enveloped by these mosquito-like creatures.

I don't know how much time passed, but we finally stopped inside. Looking around at the densely packed mosquito larvae swaying back and forth, we felt a little uneasy. We had no choice but to grit our teeth and slowly start to walk back the way we came.

We don't know how long we walked, and the more we walked, the more we broke down. Everyone knew that we were trapped in this icy pool. The longer it went on, the more mentally exhausted we became. In the end, we were completely lost inside. Later, some of our companions couldn't stand the oppressive environment and went completely insane. They got separated from us. Fortunately, thanks to the protection of our ancestors, we were able to escape from there! The toad said with lingering fear.

"So you didn't go down to investigate again?"

“We almost didn’t make it back the first time, how could we dare to go a second time!” said the toad.

"You've all heard it. Tell me your thoughts on how to avoid getting lost inside and successfully reach the bottom of the icy pool," the little creature said, looking at the creatures that had already surrounded it.

"This is a bit tricky. If these mosquito-like creatures are really as dense as the toad said, the deeper we go, the more creatures we send down, the more they can hold us up. At that point, we'll be stuck in the middle, neither up nor down. Even if we're not in mortal danger, we'll starve to death inside!"

"We still don't know how deep this cold pool is, or how long it would take to get to the bottom, unless we try again!"

"Do you think there might be another possibility, like when the toads enter the icy pool? How do you know you're falling towards the bottom? What if these mosquito-like creatures lift you off course and drag you towards danger without you even noticing?" White Wolf said after thinking for a moment.

"How come I didn't think of that before?" The toad became even more frightened after hearing the white wolf's analysis.

"It seems this path inside the icy pool is extremely difficult to traverse!" another creature remarked.

"With so many living beings gathered together, I refuse to believe that we cannot come up with a perfect solution!"

"Yes! With so many of us here, we're bound to come up with a solution!"

"What do you want to do?" The toad's heart skipped a beat as it watched the human child approaching with a stick as thick as an arm. It looked at the human child with a face full of terror and asked.

"Don't move!" The human cub completely ignored the toad's terrified expression and started stabbing the toad repeatedly with the wooden stick in its hand!

The toad closed its eyes in pain, bracing itself for the blows from the freakish human, but the human cub just poked and prodded itself with the stick.

"What are you doing?" The toad looked at the human cub with a puzzled expression, wondering what the human cub meant by poking him with a stick. Had he done or said something to offend the cub, and now the cub was humiliating him by poking him with a stick?

The little guy looked at the stick emitting white smoke in his hand, feeling frustrated. He wanted to extract a little poison from this toad and then use it to test on the creatures that were standing quietly behind the mosquito larvae, their heads drooping.

However, after poking at the toad for a long time, he couldn't get anything on it; instead, a large part of the stick was corroded by the toad's venom.

"Get up and spray the poison mist off those creatures!" the little guy commanded the toad.

"Oh! I see!" The toad suddenly understood what the human cub wanted to do!

The toad approached the creatures covered in bluish-gray scales. As soon as the toad got close, the creatures, which had been drooping, suddenly raised their heads and stared intently at the toad with their grayish-white pupils, as if warning it not to come any closer.

The toad was also feeling uneasy, fearing that these creatures controlled by the mosquito larvae might suddenly attack him, leaving him with nowhere to cry.

But seeing that all the creatures behind him were looking at him, he knew he couldn't back down now. He had no choice but to bite the bullet and come to them, ready to release his poisonous mist!

"Hehehe..."!

"Hehehe..."!

These creatures covered in bluish-gray scales suddenly let out a series of eerie laughs, and their grayish-white pupils began to slowly bulge out of their sockets, as if something inside was pushing their eyeballs out!

Seeing the creatures like this, the toad quickly sprayed its poisonous mist at them!

"Hehehe..."

"Hehehe..."

Within the hazy poisonous fog, the laughter of those creatures never ceased. The toad was extremely nervous and, without needing any instructions from the human offspring, sprayed its own poisonous fog once more...

"Hehehe..."

Suddenly, a creature whose entire body was covered in mouths, each filled with layers upon layers of extremely sharp teeth, burst out of the poisonous mist! It then prepared to pounce on the toad!

The toad let out a strange croak, which scared it so much that it leaped away from the monster that was covered in mouths and hid behind the human cub.

The creature that had burst out of the poisonous mist spewed by the toad slowed down after only a few steps, struggling to walk towards the toad. But it hadn't gone far before the scales covering its body began to peel off in a rustling sound.

Countless mouths on its body hissed, and from them emerged mosquito larvae as thick as a thumb, which fell to the ground and turned into puddles of light brown, very viscous liquid...

The toad hid behind the little guy, looking with lingering fear at the creature that had fallen to the ground and turned into a skin, afraid that the skin would suddenly float up!

"It seems the toad's poisonous mist does have some effect on them. I wonder how effective its venom is?" the little guy said.

"Still...still want to try?" The toad looked at the little guy in horror. It had almost died just now, and this human cub actually wanted it to try.

"Aren't you supposed to be very brave? Why are you suddenly so timid? This isn't like you!" the little guy teased the toad.

"B-Big brother, I'm brave, not stupid, okay? These things are so eerie, I'd better try to avoid getting involved!" the toad said.

"This time you don't need to get so close. You just need to get the venom out of your body and then find something to put it in for me!" the little guy said, seeing the toad's cowardly appearance.

"Okay, okay, I'll get it out for you right away and then give it to you," the toad said, feeling like it had been granted a pardon. It ran to a corner and began to extract the venom from its body. Then it found a leather bag, trotted over, and handed it to the little guy.

The little guy opened the leather bag, and an indescribable stench emanated from it. The bag was more than half full of dark brown secretions that looked extremely sticky.

The wolf standing to the side was very curious. Then it came up to the little guy, glanced inside, and immediately jumped away with a howl. Its head was dizzy from the stench, its stomach was churning, and it started vomiting violently.

The little guy ignored the wolf, found a stick about the thickness of a finger, poked it into the leather bag and stirred it around, then took it out, looked at the creature that was about five or six meters away from him, and casually tossed it away!

This stick, like a sharp arrow, transformed into a streak of light and flew towards this creature!

With a muffled "thud",

The stick was driven deep into the creature's head. The creature suddenly convulsed violently, and the scales covering its entire body began to peel off rapidly. In less than five breaths, it was reduced to a skin and fell to the ground.

"It seems this venom is more useful than the poisonous fog! You need to produce some of this every day, the more the better. Also, you creatures with toxic talents should also act like toads and extract the venom from your bodies. Maybe then we can reach the bottom of the icy pool!" the little creature said, looking at the creatures around it.

"You mean you're planning to use this venom or slurry to clear a path and head all the way down to the bottom of the icy pool? Is that feasible?" Some creatures questioned.

"I'm just trying it out. If you have a better way, you can bring it up, and we can discuss it together. Everyone can try their own method. I'm not forcing you to follow my method. Do you understand?" the little guy said, looking at the creature that questioned his method.

"You're utterly useless and yet you question other people's methods. If you're so capable, come up with a more perfect and appropriate method than our master's. If you don't have that ability, don't spout nonsense here!"

"Exactly, I think it's just jealous!" Xiong Xixi and the gray wolf looked at the creature that questioned their master with unfriendly expressions.

The creature was furious, but there was nothing it could do. If it wanted to beat up these creatures, it would be courting death. If it didn't fight, it couldn't argue with them. It couldn't win a fight, and it couldn't win an argument either. So it could only swallow its anger and leave the place...

"Hmph! You think you're being too kind?" The flower wolf cursed viciously at the departing creature.

The little guy has been very busy these past few days. Countless creatures have sent him their venom and venom, and he has started to mix these venoms and venom together to synthesize a very powerful poison!

While mixing these poisons, the little guy took his newly synthesized poison to the icy pool to test it, since he had already wiped out all the scaled creatures, so he had no choice but to test it in the icy pool.

The little guy was wearing leather gloves. He then picked up a stone coated with a deadly poison and threw it into the icy pool.

The moment the stone fell into the icy pool, the mosquito larvae in the pool sensed the poison on the stone and all scattered at once, causing the stone to plummet rapidly to the bottom of the pool.

"Yes, this time the effect is better than last time!" The little guy looked at the large bundle of rope in his hand and nodded.

"Master, this time it's deeper than every time we've tried. Have we already reached the bottom of the pool?" the white wolf asked.

"I feel the same way. We only have this little bit of rope left!" Tianlang said. Tianlang's injuries had healed, and he began to help his master with various tasks, such as testing poison for the little guy.

"I feel like we haven't reached the bottom of the pool yet. Even if we do, we don't know what the conditions are like down there. If there are problems down there, how can we get back here safely?" The little guy frowned as he pondered.

Everyone watched as the mosquito larvae in the cold pool covered the rope again, and the cold pool returned to its original state...
