Chapter 5: Radish Seals Worth Millions

The shopkeeper, referred to as Third Brother, nodded his chin toward the back door, gesturing for him to go in.

Su Wu handed him a cigarette and walked straight to the backyard.

At this moment, Liu Dahong sat shirtless under the shade of a tree, with a little girl massaging his shoulders next to him.

"Uncle Da Hong, you really know how to enjoy yourself."

"Su Wu? You haven't gotten into another fight, have you? Who did you hit?"

Liu Dahong's opening remarks made Su Wu's face flush with embarrassment.

Time was short, so he chuckled and explained his purpose.

Upon hearing this, Liu Dahong waved his hand, and the little girl tactfully left.

He then narrowed his eyes and said, "Su Wu, your father is much richer than me. You ask me for 2 million yuan right off the bat? Are you crazy?"

"You don't know my situation. If I had no other choice, I wouldn't have dared to come here."

"Hmph, do you think my money grows on trees and I can just lend it to you whenever I want? Did you lose money gambling, kid?"

"Hehe, you can see through everything, but I won't lend it to you for nothing. Take a look at this."

Su Wu didn't waste any words and directly took out the prepared photocopies of the documents.

"Hehe, borrow it for a year, and I'll definitely pay it back! If you can't pay it back, you can take the IOU to the mine to collect it," Su Wu said with a smile.

“If it weren’t for your mother’s sake, I really wouldn’t bother with you. At most, it’s 500,000!” Liu Dahong said casually.

Upon hearing this, Su Wu shook his head. "Uncle Da Hong, with my name Su Wu, even a simple IOU would be worth this much, right? Would my father renege on your debt?"

“That’s right. If your dad dares to renege on my debt, I’ll make sure his mine goes out of business.” Liu Dahong was quite pleased.

As he spoke, he examined the document closely, his eyes gleaming with a thieving light.

After pretending to think for a long time, he slapped his thigh and said, "At most 1 million, you must pay it back in one year, and I won't ask for much interest, just 100,000."
