Chapter 78 says he likes concubines, but I wonder what His Highness likes about them.

A whiff of intoxicating wine mixed with a delicate fragrance wafted toward him. Jing Yan swept Yue Jiang into his arms, feeling utterly helpless at her appearance.

What kind of wine do you want to drink now?

Yue Jiang remained silent, her red lips slightly upturned, shimmering with a silvery sheen. She wrapped her arms around Jing Yan's neck and pressed her lips against his.

Jing Yan's eyes widened instantly, and his throat moved involuntarily until a spicy, mellow liquor rushed into his stomach with unstoppable force, and Jing Yan felt a surge of heat.

After Yue Jiang poured the wine into his mouth, she left Jing Yan's lips and kissed the wine stains around his lips, their necks intertwined in a tender embrace.

"Your Highness, does the wine smell good?"

Jing Yan didn't answer, but his increasingly tighter arms conveyed his meaning. He lowered his head and gently brushed Yue Jiang's soft lower lip, speaking in a hoarse voice.

"Is it alright?"

Yue Jiang remained silent, covering her lips with his own. Jing Yan, with practiced ease, pulled Yue Jiang closer to his chest and went straight to the bed.

The candlelight burned brightly, its leaping flames dancing wildly on the bed curtains, while breaths came from within.

Yue Jiang's voice was seductive, enticingly saying, "Your Highness, I like you, and you say you like me too."

Jing Yan obediently replied, "I like Jiang'er."

"Not enough, Your Highness, please continue," Yue Jiang hummed unsatisfiedly.

“I like Jiang’er,” Jing Yan repeated in a low, hoarse voice.

"Your Highness forbids me from repeating your words; you must think for yourself," Yue Jiang said, her chest burning with an unusual heat. Her eyes were clear as she listened to Jing Yan parrot her words and sighed inwardly.

Jing Yan paused for a moment, then said, "I am in love with Jiang'er."

Yue Jiang said disdainfully, "Is there any difference between what I said earlier?" It's just a more elegant way of saying it.

But the more refined and gentlemanly a person is, the more enticing their words become.

Yue Jiang wanted to see how far Jing Yan could go, so she patiently guided him: "You say you like me, but I don't know what it is about me that Your Highness likes. Is it something you've just touched on?"

Jing Yan remained silent for a long time, staring at the place that made his eyes water. He couldn't say anything, so he swallowed and hummed softly.

"What is this?" Yue Jiang snorted, still dissatisfied. Suddenly, she felt that the time to tease Jing Yan had come, so she covered his lips and retaliated by giving him a hard kiss.

Jing Yan let out a soft hiss, then stopped what he was doing. His voice was even hoarser, filled with an unspeakable suppressed emotion: "Jiang'er, you bit me again!"

However, Yue Jiang did not admit her mistake this time. Instead, the curtains moved even more violently. Suddenly, Yue Jiang rushed out of the bed, her clothes half off, as if she had shed layers of cumbersome clothes.

The red marks on it are eye-catching and just waiting to be picked.
